Stage 2: Gather Books,
video tapes, audio tapes, slides, transparencies, pictures, pamphlets, manuals, articles, newspapers. Secretly establish
a cooperative library or a series of cooperative libraries at members' homes.
Stage 3: Implement Curriculum from SC, using the outline
of African historical development (21,000,000,000-to present) Recruit and Train Membership for Pan African Study Teams.
Single out potential African members for study cooperative. Africans only. Select quality men and women.
Stage 4: Bring to
study cooperative after careful determination of recruit's moral standards, commitment to learning their history, and
commitment to African self-family-Civilization improvement.
Stage 5: Short Formal Interview: Interview by recruit committee. Candidate
member is required to write a 1 page single-space autobiography giving background particulars, education, general family background,
purpose for wanting to join this study cooperative.
Stage 6:
Vote. Practicum. Study Assignments; Practical Assignments. Membership Requirements, Rights, Handbook, Duties.
Each member must have an accurate understanding of the team's program, purpose, and objectives. Members
must also be prepared for all study-action sessions.
Each member must complete a
short term and a long term practicum; journal production, distribution, exchange and consumption; promptly pay dues.
Complete short team project based on plan for the provision of food, clothing, shelter, transportation for membership and
self.
Each member must attend meetings on time. Three consecutive missed meetings
will result in automatic dismissal.
Each member must offer constructive advice or
criticism to the team and its members directly.
When a decision is made by the collective,
each member must carry out all assignments in a precise manner.
Each member must
place the needs of the cooperative above the needs of the individual; place the needs of the many Africans above the needs
of the few. If members disagree with the team, it is their responsibility to discuss this disagreement with membership
internally, and not to go to enemies outside the team with criticisms.
Each member must
be active, disciplined, self-respecting, and equally respectful of others.
No idle
gossip is acceptable. Everything significant to the team must be said in an environment that helps others to learn from
the dialogue.
Members should be alert, prepared, precise, honest, and on time.
