Problem Statement
PROBLEM STATEMENT

Africa is the second largest continent in size in the world, second only to Asia.  Including its islands, Africa is three times the size of Europe and four times the size of the United States.  The whole of Europe, the United States, India, and China could fit within African continental borders.  It is approximately 5,000 miles long (from south to north).  Its 11,700,000 square miles covers over 1/5 of the total land surface of the world.  The Continent that is now called Africa is the center of the world's land mass.  It is bordered in the north by the Mediterranean Sea, in the west by the Atlantic, and east by the Red Sea, Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean.  The Continent has many environments, ranging from the snow-capped mountains of Mt Kilimanjaro to the desert wastes of Sahara and Namibia to tropical rain forest, swamps, savanna, and major rivers.  The diverse environments have supported a variety of human societies reflective of cultural adaptations and technological developments, which, in turn have evolved varying economic, social, and political systems.

Africa is a very large continent.  It is about 5,332 miles across the Continent, both east to west and north to south.  Africa is the most tropical of continents, being practically bisected by the Equator.  While virtually any kind of climate or topographical feature can be found somewhere on the African continent, the majority of land is either desert or savanna (open plains).  Substantial rain forest (so-called 'jungle') covers the lowlands near the Equator.  However, the majestic snow-capped peaks of Mt. Kenya and Mt. Kilimanjaro are also located near the Equator.  The Continent has four major river systems: the Nile, the Niger, the Congo or Zaire, and the Zambezi.  It population is light Semitic in the north coastlines, darken Semitic in the north in-land, dark brown and black near 1000 millions of the equator either way, and dark brown and whit at the southern coast.  White people rule Africa externally.  Arabs rule north Africa and control all of north east Africa, even influencing Ethiopia.

At present, the African continent is divided politically into about 52 countries, most claiming independence, most having their economies dominated by European and American economic, mineral, and military/strategic interests.  The largest populations are in Nigeria (167+ million), the middle to low range is reflected in Zimbabwe, (15.8 million), and others whose populations number fewer than 6 million.  In size the differences are equally as great, with countries ranging in size from tiny, Rhode Island -sized Gambia to giant Congo, whose territory equals that of the entire United States east of the Mississippi River, plus part of Michigan.

Their Cause; Our Responsibility

Africa has the largest amounts of rich mineral resources in the world, yet its Black population is the poorest in the world. Africa's Black population trades raw materials with the most technologically advanced/industrialized nations in the world, yet Black Africa has the least developed manufacturing/technological infrastructure in the world. Africa ships food around the western dominated world where most whites are overweight/bordering on obese; yet most of Africa's own Black population is malnourished, poorly feed, with many bordering on starvation. Everywhere you go in the world, the blacker the population, the poorer the population; the whiter the population the richer the population. If this were a scientific formula, this would be a law of relationships between white and black population. Blacks are on the bottom, whites on top; whites are first, and make sure that they remain so; blacks are last and seek help from the populations keeping them last. Whites have the technology to produce everything the world needs to live and yet 100s' of millions starve to death, are homeless, and are sick with curable diseases. Blacks sit on the most valuable real-estate, yet are continually reduced to begging, pleading, cup-in-hand. This is no accident. It's perfectly asymmetrical. Almost 100 percent probability that one population has everything and the other has nothing. Its like winning the lottery every time: it surely would have to be rigged. And it is. But we have all lived long enough to know that others caused this sorry state, but it is the responsibility of Africans (the world over) to end this miserable condition.

What Will it Take

To create a new African society, and to unearth and reconstruct ancient African civilization and culture, survival methods are not enough. Africans in America will never build an African civilization in white and Arab nations. The whites and Arabs cannot allow it. However, to build a new African form of society in a period of Scientific and Technological Revolution (STR), Africans need a higher conception of social development than feudalism, capitalism, socialism, and communism. Africans need a higher appreciation, respect for, and understanding of African culture and ancient civilization before white invasions and pillage destroyed them.

  1. In Africa (and only in Africa), will the total liberation, reconstruction, and rebirth of African civilization be achieved with the assistance of technically trained Africans from around the world. This is the only final solution to the African world problem.
  2. To fulfill this purpose, Africans will need highly skilled, highly moral, professional organizations of a new type.
  3. With the hunting of black skins being raised again to the level of an art form by whites, Africans in America must defend themselves against the worst assault on their lives since they were captured, kidnapped and exiled to North America.
  4. In order to survive in America, and contribute to the African Liberation Movement, Africans need the accumulated political, economic, cultural and social knowledge of world civilization. Even with this knowledge, Africans still, (in America and throughout the world) go begging to the white man for food, clothing, shelter, health care, education, language, transportation, and money because whites own or directly influence all of the means of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption in America. The white ruling class owns every major industry in America. Africans in America live in a white society, with a white supreme court, a white senate, a white president, a white house of representatives, a white religion, a white language, white sports, white clothes and dress codes, white buildings, white schools, white culture, white history, white military, white laws---white everything. Every institution in America is an institution made by white people in the image, interest, and direct benefit of white people. In such an alien and hostile environment, Africans in America have only attempted to survive. Now with labor replacing technology, people being made superfluous, even that survival has been made temporary.
  5. Africans must bear in mind that the struggle with whites for partial demands of an end to slavery, an end to segregation, voting rights, integration, etc., and the winning of token concessions such as affirmative action are only skirmishes, encounters on the outpost, whereas the decisive engagement is still to come. Africans must understand, with much clarity that Africans purposes in life must be higher than temporary survival in decadent societies. Given the Holocaust of enslavement, Africans lives are worth more than this. The goal, the outcome, the purpose of Africans lives must not continue to be a life long exercise in helping whites and Arabs to build their societies and civilization. It is time to do for ourselves. It is time to place the same precise value in rebuilding African civilization in Africa that Africans place in building white civilization for whites.
  6. In essence, Africans must not organize just to buy time in a 2700 year old white/Arab genocidal process which has had us reduced to being treated as the lowest of animals in the world. African workers must not suit up in this emerging race/class/culture/gender struggles merely to bargain for more time to dig graves for their children in the Diaspora and Africa. What should an African in the United States, Canada, Brazil, England, France, Sudan, Mauritania, Western Sahara, Egypt, or any place in the world care about "from each according to their ability, to each according to their need" (i.e., communist phraseology), if whites slaughter the majority of people of African descent to arrive at a higher white form of society that again benefits mostly whites? Africa's problem is bigger than socialism, or communism for whites.
  7. Africans goal is higher than living in a socialist or communist white society that benefits whites. Africans are fighting on three major fronts. Lenin, Marx, and Mao had only one. They did not have to worry about their hides just because they had black skin and woolly hair. They did not have their cultures, civilizations, and societies completely decimated by whites and Arabs. Their history was not totally debased. Their curriculum was not a cell-block of lies, falsehood, and statements of inferiority against them. They were not reduced to mere chattel---animals, beasts of burden, by whites and Arabs. Africans, subjugated on the basis of color and a class/culture surtax, must forever remember what whites and Arabs have done---and what, daily, they practice to do. Accordingly, African workers must organize not only a necessary migration apparatus and outlet, but they must also develop a federation of their own independent working class organizations which will prepare them to apply certain historical fundamentals of survival in periods similar in savagery to Nazi Germany.
  8. As Africans established before, the solution to the 2700 year problem for Africans is not simply a question that can be resolved by dispensing with capitalism, or socialism. This historical process of the African renaissance---rebirth, reconstruction---is much more significant to the total liberation of Africans than class struggle. Class is one element (significant in the moment of transition) of the formula which includes culture, gender, race, generation, and psychology. This must be Africans ultimate aim: a comprehensive solution to a 2700 year problem. This will start within, not arguing out in the streets. We must study, then act with precision, courage and intelligence as Harriet Tubman and others did. It includes liberation from others; reunification of African, men, women, and children; material equalization of male and females in African societies; rebirth, advancement, replication, and multiplication of indigenous African culture, science, technology, economic systems, political systems, social systems, martial methods throughout the African continent---the renaissance of the whole of African civilization.
  9. Not a single oppressed group in history has achieved its complete liberation without producing its own political leaders, its prominent representatives trained to precisely design a social movement and, through much hardship, lead it to victory.
  10. Making a general call for action, as many African American organizations have in the past, without putting forward a particular plan of action is similar to leading sheep to slaughter. While these African organizations may have been sincere, their plans of action (or lack of planning) were of little use to the forward flow of African liberation. Therefore, below are guiding principles of the difficulties Africans face in their move to reunification and renaissance.
  11. Africans of the Kmtic nation, therefore, first worked out the foundations of the exact natural sciences 2500 years before other nations of the world existed. The analysis of the universe into its individual parts; the mastery of astrophysics, physics, chemistry, biology, psychology, anthropology, archaeology, geology, and mathematics; the grouping of the different natural processes and objects in definite classes; the study of the internal anatomy of organized bodies in their manifold forms; the classification of societies, their stages of development and other aspects---these are the fundamental conditions of the gigantic strides that modern Africans must make.
