Africa is the world's richest continent in untapped natural resources. It is also severely under-populated, in large measure because of the impact of European and Arab invasions, pillage, theft, slave raids, and parasitic colonialism. It is clear that the African continent, (1) the sole victim of slavery in modern times (with 600 to 650 million people murdered, maimed or kidnapped ), with its (2) demographic emptiness, (3) sufficient sources of natural energy, (4) raw materials, and (5) arable land has the ability to sustain such a policy of intensive in optimum time.

As is well documented, whites and Arabs have undermined African natural societal development for centuries by: (1) invading, seizing land, conquering Africans, enslaving the remnants of African civilizations and peoples, stealing culture, (2) extracting millions of Africans from the continent who would have labored to advance African civilization, (3) robbing Africans of their natural resources, first through naked force and later through "commercial robbery," (4) divide and conquer, religious conversion to Christianity and Islam, (5) a curricula of slavery for the Africans and a curricula of domination for the whites and Arabs, (6) man-made unnatural disasters, wars, diseases, and (7) forced economic disaster via World Bank/IMF austerity measures that benefit whites and the hand picked black collaborators while millions of African workers suffer. There interests are not in the health of Africans but in the profit from abundant mineral resources.

1. In 332bc, when the invaders marched into Africa, they merely took advantage of a favorable situation to garner, land, buildings, temples, houses, schools, food, clothing, libraries and the books within them. They were conquers, looters, thieves, occupiers. They did not bring civilization; they brought to an end African civilization, language, culture, architecture, civil engineering, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, science, morality---everything. In capsuled form, with "Rosetta stones," they merely translated, transformed and transferred African science, philosophy, and theory when there were, of course, no copyright laws. They imported ready-made scientific knowledge, translating it into their language---just as the Arabs and Persians did after they conquered parts of southern Europe and its territories after the collapse of ancient Rome. They (whites/semites) did not produce science in Alexandria, they translated and transferred it there. Alexandria in North Africa (KMT territory) became the base for transference of African knowledge to Europe and the Arab world. This occurred at a time when all other invaders, the Assyrians, Persians, in particular, sensed as vultures the decay and decomposition of a dying African KMT society which was moving into a period of "white age". 
2. Slavery, feudalism, capitalism---the social system did not matter. Autocracy, monarchy, democracy---the political system of rule did not matter. Allah, Jehovah, God---the religion of the invader did not matter. Crusade, jihad, armageddon---the justification for destruction/invasion did not matter. Ruling class, nobleman, middle class, working class, lumpen---the class mattered little. These were always white/semite, slave/feudal/capitalist, Greco-Roman/Arab-persian assyrian, male destroyers seizing African land, life, and liberty.
3. For 2700 year, with spear, sword, gun, cannon, automatic rifle. and now nuclear rocket launcher whites, Jews, and Arabs have ripped apart African civilization, interrupted natural growth process, retarded its culture sending it backwards, dismembered its institutions, plagiarized its great cultural and scientific legacy, crippled its people, making cowards and deserters out of African men, rape victims out of African women, and orphans out of African children. With African our people, they took turns. The sheer savagery of these invaders effectively hitched the entire African race to their merciless plow building Western Civilization for the whites, Islamic Civilization for the Arabs, and Jewish Civilization for Semitic Jews.
4. With the blessing of the Pope, in no time, slavery became big business in Southern Europe. In the ecclesiastical annals of Ortiz de Zungia dated 1474, so many Africans had been kidnapped, transported, and enslaved in that city that their population was equal to those of the whites. The Pope's blood-stained edict set the stage for a long succession of Portuguese expeditions aimed at intercontinental armed-robbery of the gold-rich, Black human-rich, culture-rich, civilization-rich Gulf of Guinea area. In fact, more resources have been taken from Africa through commercial robbery than through naked forced robbery. The end result is that today, impoverished, starving, diseased Africans---as opposed to losing a job, wage, house, clothing, then food---have no job or wage to lose and, thus, must experience the realities of whole populations malnourished, sick from curable diseases, at war over crumbs, starving to death or dying of AIDS.
5. So by the time that Columbus shipwrecked in the Western Hemisphere on a murderous treasure hunt targeting India on October 12, 1492, whites had been invading, conquering, burning, looting, torturing, raping, stealing and mass murdering each other and nonwhites for thousands of years. Conquest for them was a way of life, especially when their economic systems (primitive communalism, slavery, and feudalism) were on the verge of collapsing. White convicts, criminals, rapists, thieves, the unemployed, the unproductive and other good-for-nothings were dumped on the nonwhite world with new titles of explorers, missionaries, conquistadors, slave traders, and entrepreneurs. Bible and gun in hand, Spanish, French, Portuguese, English, Swedes, Jews, Brandenburg Germans, Danes, Dutch, Scots, Irish---all kinds of whites collectively cannibalized and killed off the the people of Guanahani Island (later called the Bahamas), crushed the Inca in South America, exterminated the Tasmanians in New Zealand, exterminated on the the Caribs and Arawaks in the Caribbean Islands, raped and ravaged the Aztecs in Central Americas, wiped out or worked to death hundreds of millions of Africans, murdered millions of Australian aborigines, seized Indo-China and the Far East, plundered Polynesia, pillaged India, razed the Pacific Islands, exterminated the indigenous populations of Hawaii, seized Greenland and Iceland, Alaska, and Siberia, etc. Only Red China in the 20th century relentlessly rooted whites off of their land.
6. In total, in less than 300 years these whites ruthlessly depopulated then seized four continents. Whites also captured Africa, while clawing like buzzards with Arabs over stolen Northern African land. In post-Columbian invasions, white murderously seized 25,400,000 square miles of land, some 44% of the land surface of the planet earth. In so doing, these whites increased their territory from Europe's 4,000,000 square miles to a total of 36,000,000 square miles---from 6 percent to over 63 percent of the total surface land on earth. By 1900, most of the world belonged to Europeans. North America, South America, Africa, Australia, the South Pacific, Central America, the Caribbean, New Zealand, Greenland, Siberia, and Iceland were totally dominated by whites. Africa had been raped of its human populations then carved up and parcelled out to white nations. Burma, India, Indo-China, the East Indies, parts of Arab territories, and all of the Satellite islands of the South Pacific including Hawaii, Papa New Guinea, and the Philippines were all white "possessions" and "protectorates." But even this was not enough for them.
7. With so many dead bodies, so much devastation, so much genocide large stretches of freshly depopulated land needed cultivation. Whites then moved from stealing land to stealing bodies to work the land. Africa became the hunting grounds for black skins. Annually, tens of millions of Africans were pulled out of their homes, dragged out of their villages, marched thousands of miles to be sold by whites and Arabs in this destructive process which was planned, sponsored, financed, and carried out by white Jews, Gentiles, Protestants, Catholics, Popes, Muslims, Arabs, mosques, churches, synagogues, feudal lords, merchants, and common white workers and serfs.
8. But this genocidal siege did not begin with the birth of white capitalism, capitalism is not the only blame. Nor will it end with the death of capitalism or socialism. Capitalism is an excuse for doing nothing by guilty whites calling themselves radicals and progressives.  Their Greek and Roman slave systems did the same, though regionally.  Their Western feudal systems did the same, though hemispherically.  African civilization has been under attack from whites and Arabs for over 2700 when these invaders' societies were at the stages of primitive communalism, slavery or feudalism. The society, or the stage of social development of the white invader did not matter, except in regard to scope, magnitude, and intensity. The greater the level of technology applied to weapons of mass destruction, the greater the number of nonwhites destroyed. Technologically, Africans did not measure up; pyschologically/strategically Africans were not unified and did not match their will. The question that needs special research is: why?
9. The Holocaust of African Enslavement, therefore is merely the last 500 years of death and destruction force upon Africans by invading Arabs and whites.
10. Despite this exploitation overtime, Africa still possesses the required natural resources for the promotion and sustenance of Africans economic and human development. Although natural resources are necessary for economic and human development, they, alone, are not sufficient.
11. Economic growth and human development presupposes technology capable of increasing the production and distribution of more necessities to more members in society. The level of production in any society is limited to the level of technology within that particular society. The absence of continually evolving technology in a society means the inability to deliver more necessities to a growing population.
12. Advanced technical skills are at the foundation of a technologically equipped society. Engineering determines the technical capacity to build material culture. Science is at the foundation of engineering. Scattered Africans in the Diaspora and in Africa have acquired and practiced the world's most advanced skills with regard to production, distribution, exchange, and consumption. They have class, culture, gender, and race amnesia, along with an inferiority complex that has them crawling around whites and Arabs instead of returning to their own source in Ancient African Kmt.
13. Africans the world over, therefore, have a vital, indispensable role in the regeneration of an abundance of necessities to be produced and distributed for all Africans in Africa. For a solid 500 years Europeans and Arabs have eaten and drank, while Africans starved. This was no accident. All social processes have beginnings. During the period of the Crusades, Europeans methodically established sugar cane plantations in the eastern Mediterranean long before they seized the Atlantic islands off the coast of North Africa. From Palestine to Cyprus to southern Spain to North Africa and then to the Atlantic islands of the Canaries, Azores, Madeira, Cape Verde and ultimately to Sao Tome and Fernando Po, early sugar cane plantations emerged unceremoniously. In time, these islands came to be embryonic staging grounds for (1) the seizure of fertile lands from nonwhite populations, (2) the settlement of the invading mercantile European populations, (3) the enslaved African labor from the chiefdoms of Benin and Congo, and (4) optimally suited for sugar cane cultivation, (5) the invasion of west Africa, and finally (6) the conquest of the entire western hemisphere. Guns, Bibles, steel, microbes, diseases, capital and technical and managerial know-how would complete this equation and thus serve as cellular elements of a formula for a New World Order that has defined relationships between Europeans, Arabs, Asians, Chechimecans, and others for well over 400 years.
14. African societies were not capitalist, and very few were feudal kingdoms. Most were chiefdoms ruling absolutely over African ethnic populations that were social organized at the level of tribes, clans and even bands. African nations had existed in KMT, Ghana, and Mali, but were subsequently invaded by Persians, Assyrians, Greeks, Romans and then Arabs. Regression had set in on a continental level. Just as in almost every part of the world, small-scale barter and trade of human prisoners of tribal wars was practiced in some African societies; in this way different African ethnic groups enslaved other African ethnic group just as Europeans enslaved other Europeans, Arabs enslaved Arabs, Asians enslaved Asians and Chechimecans enslaved other Chechimecans. Although some African tribes enslaved other Africans from other tribes after war and were thus slave-owning, no African societies were slave societies in the classical Roman and Greek sense.
15. Out of a Sub-Saharan population of over 160,000,000 in 1450, less than 6000 Africans per year were traded, and yet this embryonically oppressive slave trading system would fit like hand in glove with the voracious appetite for slave labor that characterized white maritime invaders to Africa and the Western Hemisphere who craved a necessary workforce required for profitable cultivation, mining, and extraction of precious mineral. Whites had motives and means; Africans had neither the technological/military/strategic ability nor the combined will to stop the white encroachments. In the end over 300,000,000 lost their lives to whites and their African lackeys just to get 66,000,000 to the Americas to be ultimately worked to death building white civilization. Another 150,000,000 lost their lives to Arabs and their African lackeys just to get 25,000,000 to Southeast Asia, India, and Arabia.
16. Parasitically, Europeans and Arabs progressed only at the expense of Africans: they are rich partly because they made Blacks poor. Today, it is clear that only Africans will genuinely/consistently help other Africans. For the first time since Africans being dragged in chains to America, Africans are today being called upon to apply and teach the technical skills for the total benefit of Pan-Africanism.
17. Those Africans who work the land, labor in the small stores, offices, and factories, and those who operate at poverty-level, small-scale traders for self-maintenance are not hostile towards this view. Further, continental Africans are not hostile to the prospect of Africans in the Diaspora contributing and to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Africans on the continent to build prudently for Africans collective social and human advancement.

In fact, this overwhelming segment of Africans fully embrace the prospect of Africans much too long delayed reunification. It is the ruling class Africans, in collaboration with their Arab and white benefactors who rail against African unity. Africans reunification is only condemned by a stratum of Africans in control of the various micro-states. In their judgment, Africans reunification will inevitably result in the end of their regimes. It will.  But it will also begin the rebirth of an international federation of nations nearly 3000 years after the fall of ancient Kmt's African national federation.
