Unity of Moral, Mental, Martial Principles: Organization begins with objective conditions summarized
in History, Principles, Doctrine, Program, Action Plan. Once the doctrine is scientifically fashioned, and sanctioned then
it is necessary to carve, shape, and evolve the necessary organic organizational apparatuses in order to implement the Plan.
Here definite, significant, specific, concrete, scientifically based agreements are brought into reality. Unity of Understanding, Faith, and Family: Begin with the same understanding of objective conditions; understand
the same facts, principles and standards. Have faith in those principles; conceive, bring into the world and raise a family
of believers around these principles, and develop friendships around these families and faith. Grasp issues with moral criteria
first: right and wrong, good and bad, just and unjust. With no unity of understanding there is no basis to discuss unity.
Unity of understanding is the basis of all other unity. Unity of Culture, Community,
and Command: Cultural purification, community of true believers, and command based on economic status in history and class
reflection is the basis of organizational unity. Subordinate the heart to the head with hands, the martial to the mental and
the mental to the moral, the individual to the organization, the minority to the majority, lower level to the higher level.
All members must submit to organizational discipline, and subordinate selves to the leadership they have chosen. This is standard
practice around the world. Unity of Plan, People, and Practice: On the basis of Cultural
Political Economy and its understanding codified in doctrine, arises the basis for unity in plan, people (members) and practice.
If there were not a uniform understanding in cultural political economy, there would not be a common plan, a supreme theory
of victory, or proper actions (practice). If not, each person would establish and implement his/her own plan, as he or she
sees fit, haphazardly doing as they please. Unity of Action: Having unification of
plan, we enter the unification of Action. Struggle must be organized by means of those organic apparatuses to put thought
into practice. So the problem is to organize the struggle around an action plan. The transformation of the architectural plan
into the grand building by the engineers of change. Victory in this world is first built in the heart, then the mind, then
in one's actions. Unity of Purpose: Unity for what? Blindly, haphazardly, adhocly,
and cowardly acting individually without plan, each one doing as one pleases and as one saw fit---it is no wonder we lost
and continue to lose. All unity must be based on a supreme and agreed purpose. Not each person doing as he or she pleases.
