BUILD ALL-AFRICAN ORGANIZATIONS OF A NEW TYPE Organizations of a New Type In Africa the total liberation, reconstruction,
and rebirth of African civilization will be achieved with the assistance of technically trained Africans from around the world.
To fulfill this purpose, Africans will need highly skilled, highly moral, professional organizations of a new type.
Those organizations must be independent and totally self reliant.
GUIDELINES FOR INITIAL ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
1. What Must be Done - Scientific study and documentation of the African problem (based on
conclusions of study groups)
- Survival action program for the mobilization and organization (wake up, clean up, stand
up) of Africans in America; preparation for reunification of diaspora with Africa.
- Necessary secure organizational
apparatus to implement African Survival Action Program that has been specially designed for a certain community, city, state,
region, section or nation.
2. Where to Begin - Scientific

from 4236bc.in KMT to present.
- What was done at each stage and what must be done presently to uplift Africans from
these miserable conditions.

African survival-mobilization work.

the United States, and mass transportation.
- Systematic, decentralized community-based production, distribution, exchange,
consumption, reproduction apparatus for the financing of survival-mobilization-reconstruction needs.
- Quality Control
and KMT Precision

African survival-mobilization and "reunification/renaissance with Africa" movement in America.

KMT 21 Laws of Daily Organizational Development In
order to complete this revolutionary task, morally sound African women and men must build an All-African organization of practical
Pan-Africanist female- and male leaders, trained and organized into a machine of nation building. Organization
must be precise. It must be morally pure, scientifically precise, self-correcting, self disciplined, hard working, equal,
free of nepotism, and an international movement---one that is difficult to infiltrate by rotten/immoral people. All members adhere to purely African-centered codes of behavior, morality, ethics, and virtue. Merit is based on
deeds. Judgment is based on factual evidence. Each member must carry out the Theory of Victory on a daily basis.
The organizational development that is evident in all successful liberation movements in the past can be summed
up as follows in the following KMT 21 Laws of Daily Organization Development: - A serious social disruption occurs
which adversely impacts on Africans here and around the world.
- Africans begin to discuss this event and the historical
conditions which brought it into existence.
- Next, preliminary meetings are planned by serious morally sound Africans
involved in the crisis in order to diagram and implement a code of discipline, self-respect, and self-correction for planned
study-action units. Standard operating procedures for group behavior are initially discussed. Those who do not want to lead
themselves leave. The group gets smaller. Only serious people will stay.
- Next, documentation outlining standard operating
procedures is formally drawn up, published, distributed, digested, and put into immediate practice.
- After this document
stage, Blacks begin to study, set up research teams, and plan for survival teams which are designed and implemented to directly
reflect political, economic, social, and cultural condition of environment. Africans take assignments stating the objective
conditions of the problem from beginning to end.
- Times, dates, and projects are agreed upon. Assignments are given.
People complete their work. Work is practically used.
- Drafts of the problem statement is drawn up and circulated
among the Africans that participated in the study process.
- After the problem is studied from its beginning to its
present stage, a draft document of "What Must Be Done" is created as a practical guide to action.
- Next,
the habit of seeing the entire process (from beginning to end) in a detailed manner is established.
- A systematic
program for identification of potential members is drawn up to include analysis of heart, head, and hands.
- A practicum
is designed for study and action by potential members.
- A curriculum of moral improvement/scientific improvement,
and survival is designed specifically for the environment that the unit develops within.
- Assignments are designed
based on the objective conditions of the struggle and Africans necessary goals. People are judged on work. Young workers are
promoted. New ideas are respected as much as old guiding principles.
- Procedures for African conscious raising, mobilization,
and technology/engineering apprentice are designed and implemented.
- A system of recruitment is implemented based
on standard organizing principles. Dues are set and paid; leadership is female-male; the cultural foundation is Ancient African
Kmt. Work is valued over talk.
- The day to day, professional carrying out of decisive leadership tasks is institutionalized
along with ancient African KMT MAAT principles of morality, virtue, and ethics.
- Quality control and security are
standardized throughout the process.
- Standard principles, program, policies, plans, and procedures are studied, understood
and implemented.
- Members replicate leadership responsibilities in their units, communities, cities, states, and nation.
- This process is multiplied whenever individual members of units branch out and plant themselves around the world.
- It
never ends, even after African Civilization has been rescued, redeemed, resurrected, reconstructed, and reborn within this
lifetime.
On a day to day basis local organizations must be self-sustaining and self-correcting. The chain
of command must be standardized, just, hard working, honest, clear thinking and planned.
