2.
Never serve those who have harmed us as agent, snitch, stooge, slave/stool-pigeon, or one who has sold their soul. What can
one sell in exchange for one's soul? Nothing, for one's soul is priceless, the very essence of life and living. With
a soul we are invincible, without it we are the slaves of the world, over and over again.
3. Never
raise alien culture, religion, or way of life above Black high culture. Break forever with the corrupt ways of those who have
historically harmed us. Never grovel to them again. Always defend the righteous, honorable and progressive qualities of one's
own culture first.
4. Never take liberties with women, or children. Marry: abide by the principle of
one woman, one man; one husband, one wife. Never commit adultery. Never abandon family responsibilities. Never molest children,
never beat women, never live down low, never commit violence against family members unless in self defense. Black children
are the 100 percent responsibility of the father, and the 100 percent responsibility of the mother, and are to be cared for
at all cost: no exceptions, no excuses. What can one sell in exchange for one's family? Nothing, for our families are
priceless---the very essence of all that is good in life.
5. Never gossips, spread lies, use foul language,
slander, never disrespect those who have earned respect, never dishonor those who are honorable, or drag the good name of
good people through the mud. For a good name is like a precious jewel---priceless. Talk and preaching is cheap; judge people
on what they do in this world.
6. Never exaggerate success or failure, never make up lies, never release
the secrets promised to be kept, never give your word and not keep it. What can one sell in exchange for betrayal? Nothing,
for no scale can balance betrayal.
7. Never lie; keep your promises, keep your word. Promises are to
be forever clad in steel, never to be broken.
8. Never support any liquor store, crack house, gambling
house, whorehouse, or den of thieves. Never, smoke, drink alcohol, fornicate, prostitute, pimp, play games of chance, or deal
in drug use or sale. What can one give in exchange for the millions of innocent Black souls crippled by vices? Nothing, for
vice has lengthened the severity and intensity of our race's oppression.
9. Never showboat, boast,
or brag. Talk is empty; deeds speak with silent voices. Egotism, male domination, opportunism, ambition, selfishness, cowardice,
laziness, lateness, flashiness, filthiness, clowning and disorganization are never to be tolerated. Always honor perfection,
persistence, scientific know-how and morality.
10. Never cheat, engage in deceit, deception, or unequal
exchange. Always return alike all that is lent, repay all debts in full, admit all mistakes, repent, ask forgiveness, promise
not to commit the same wrong again, honor redemptive sacrifice, and pay just restitution.
11. Never,
never accept anything that an enemy says on its own merit; carefully study the phenomena yourself. Never defend, promote,
or honor anyone that unjustly harms you. Never accept handouts, form alliances, friendships, or intimate relationships with
historical enemies.
12. Never allow injustice to go without just, timely, and heedless remedy. The
goal is balance and fairness. The path is Maat. The vehicle is will. As such, all debts are to be paid in full, and all sacred
accounts are to be settled.
13. Never fight empty battles wherein you have not lifted yourself beyond
defeat. Always plan, prepare, and make absolutely certain that you will win; then use overwhelming will to ensure victory
without excuses.
14. Never disobey a parent's just orders; follow all valid orders to the letter,
and fully honor all agreements with only your very best effort. If you bring forth all that is good within you, what you bring
forth will save you. If you do not bring forth all that is within you, what you do not bring forth will surely destroy you.
15. Never deviate from the path of Maat. Serve in this life as you would serve if you had an afterlife,
with honesty, hard-work, kindness, honor, perfection, balance, self respect, and above all, love for justice, freedom, and
independence. Everything is to be done strictly by the books, always taking our principles as the starting point.
