At each of these three moments of economic crisis (Revolutionary War, Civil War, Great Depression to Civil Rights), three possibilities opened up consistently: (1) integration, (2) partial separation within the country/region/city/colony (3) migration to Canada, the Caribbean, South America or West Africa.  All start as protest movements led by a Black class with a white, white-black, black-white, or black cultural indoctrination.  All were led by men, almost all were led by mystical/religious poorly planned people, all were capitalist, all where Greco-roman/Christian, and some were Zionist.  None were independent.  None were visionary past the white, Greco-roman/Christian (or Muslim), capitalist/slave, male indoctrination they were suckled under.   

• Law #1:  The first law of Black movements within the diaspora has been to fight for integration through desegregation and the pursuit of equality with the whites.  Since Greece's invasion and conquest of North Africa in antiquity, nowhere has this resulted in equality for the Black population.  Example: The first drive of African Americans has been to become equal members of American society (Bacon's Rebellion, Revolutionary War, Civil War, Depression Period, Civil Rights Period, 911, Katrina, etc.) to integrate, to learn white culture, to have what the whites have in housing, health care, education, transportation, food, clothing, police protection, pay for work performed, employment opportunities, holidays, voting rights, citizenship rights, economic privileges, hair, religion, recreation, architecture---way of life.  There has been bitter struggle over tactics, but there has never been serious struggle over goals except during the Great Depression and the Great Garvey UNIA movement.  The mass of Black people have usually led integrationist movements to get into the system and get what the whites are getting---to become more equal to their white counterparts in a fundamentally unequal society that was fashioned out of Black slavery.  In periods of economic crisis, Blacks are not only systematically separated from whites but they are also segregated underneath whites---while being terrorized, lynched, burned at the stake, and mass murdered by Nazi/Klan whites in police uniforms and out of uniforms. 
• Law #2:  The second law of Black movement is to internally separate into a political entity, build pockets of partially black nationalist settlements/towns/cities within the white nation, and, as a group, seek equality with white America in a parallel unity.  The rhetoric is loud, passionate, and uncompromising but the action ends up limited to partial moves to areas within the white nation that the white ruling class is not yet concerned with.   The Black nationalists keep their white or Arab names, holidays, religions, languages, education, architecture, government, sport/recreation---everything is an impoverished black copy of something white/Arab.  Like a virus they take whiteness and Arabness with them wherever they go, unaware why they never get back to rebuilding/renewing Black civilizations but always build white and Arab civilizations wherever they settle. Example: Blacks who moved westward, formed towns and incorporated cities, or built cities within cities such as Tulsa Oklahoma, and Rosewood Florida.  Historically, small Black settlements/towns or sections of white cities in times of economic crisis/depression end up being targeted and burned to the ground by white supremacist/Nazis.  This a standard operating procedure of the white Nazi movement. 
• Law #3: A third law of Black movement is to mass mobilize, leave the United States and return to Africa.  If it is a preacher-led zionist back-to-Africa movement it is funded by any white with means (Nazis, conservatives, or liberals) who see the possibility of getting rid of some troublesome group of Black people so that they can have their way with the remaining disorganized Black mass.  They see it as an investment---a thoroughly dependent white-on-the inside/black on the outside colony planted within the heart of a Black nation and controlled by white money directed toward profit.   If the back to African movement is completely independent (African-centered, communally planned, male/female led, Black, and ancient Black Kmt founded) it could educationally, technologically, culturally generate the renaissance of African civilization within this lifetime.  This process requires reintegration with other progressive (de-Arabized, de-Europeanized) Africans, breaking exploitative/dependency ties with the historical enslavers, and build/rebuild modernized/technologically advanced African civilization within this lifetime. 

When the above avenues are closed off, Blacks join white dominated socialist, nationalists, and even communist movements.  Others join do-nothing religious movements of the white/Arab enslavers and wait for their pie in the sky, selfishly hoping to save their own skins in some Arab/white made up heaven.  Praying did not stop over 6.7 million Jews from being gassed and burned to death in ovens.  Neither will it help Blacks in this period.  But we should know better than to depend on their gods: over 600,000,000 of our best and brightest innocent ones were mass murdered in the Holocaust of Enslavement by Arabs, whites, and their "converted" Black stool-pigeons.  We received no help for hundreds of years; nothing but pure suffering multiplied across generations.   Ironically, our people died at the hands of the religion-bringing enslavers.  Therefore, in this real world, we are judged by progressive ideas and our  courage/efficiency in carrying them out.  In this way, only the nationalists, socialists, and communists are worthy of comment here.

The modern socialist and communist movements are essentially white nationalist utopian economic/political movements not yet reflective of the technological development of the society they evolve within.  They have yet to define the class to lead the modern Scientific and Technological Revolution or how the new society will be organized around the necessarily new moneyless/profitless economy.  In their present form, they are Greco-roman cultural "do-gooder" remnants of the 18^th and 19^thcentury transitions from feudalism to capitalism.  Although more organized, more forward thinking, and better funded than any of the Black social movements of the past two centuries these movements can only end with whites running computer automated/roboticized societies through yet another Greco-roman fraudulent rendering of world history with them on top of the race, class, culture, and gender relations.  Blacks in white-led socialist/communist movements are the cannon fodder, the disorganized/ill-prepared vanguard, the frontline, the grunts, the battering ram, the ones most expendable, the race to be gotten rid of so that the whites can fight out their civil war for their own benefit, the meat tossed to the fascist white beasts with blood dripping from their jaws in anticipation of their final Nazi "final solution."  We deserve better than empty mass sacrificial martyrdom.  

The present diaspora Black Nationalist movements are little more than Black capitalist protest movements, blindly claiming nation-building without land or plan, in a period when capitalism is collapsing.  Aside from the fact that not many of our self-proclaimed nationalist leaders appear to be doing credible research before they act, there is a far greater issue here.  The central problem with this is that the Black capitalist must do everything the white capitalist does to get profits, only they must do it in black with almost no capital, and no military to enforce exploitive mandates.  These Blacks want everything the whites/Arabs are doing in Black without understanding how these predatory and parasitic cultures got what they got, and presently keep what they have seized.  In this time period, the best of them can only be the landlord evicting, the car dealer repossessing, the bank foreclosing, hospitals turning away the sick, private colleges allowing education to only those with money, the civil rights organizations laying you off while the Nazis hang ropes, the white copied-black church with the black Jesus/the Arab copied-mosque with the Black Arabs crawling around to Arab saviors five times a day, the Black capitalist with billions while millions starve and go homeless, the owners of Black factories that must layoff Black workers just like the white factory owners, the closers of schools, the shutters of hospitals and retirement homes, the one who cuts off your lights and water, the one who turns off the gas, the ones who send your children to jail and war while their's stay at home laying you off.  Ask them what kind of economy would they set up?  Who's culture would they model the African renaissance/rebirth after other than the whites, Jews, and Arabs?  Which class would lead?  Which gender(s) would lead?  How would they organize their new Black society given the Scientific and Technological Revolution?  What guiding principles?  Why?  They have no answers.

Not having even an elementary understanding of economic systems or the political systems that reflect them, Christians, Muslims, Jews, socialist, communists, and narrow nationalists have no fundamentally sound answers, either.  This is a new epoch, requiring fresh new ideas from technically proficient visionaries with morally sound foundations in their own cultural legacies.  Allies are those who walk side by side; allegiances should start at home; alliances should be based on deeds not creeds.  

 

Material Basis for the end of US Segregation

White people just did not wake up one morning and decide Black folk should be able to work in factories and go to some schools with working class whites.  Neither did a nazi-leaning supreme court rule out of the goodness of its heart that discrimination was injurious to Black children.  Trillions of dollars and half a hemisphere was at stake.  In sum, the modern civil rights movements were founded on African American mass migrations from farms to factories, sharecropping to industry, agriculture to manufacturing, countryside to small town to city, south to north and west.  Civil war, Spanish American, world war I, world war II, all caused destruction but artificial scarcity, harsh war-time experiences and released of millions from the bondage of the sharecropping system to do the dirties industrial work.  The millions of Black folk forced off of farmland (literally tractored off) that was being mechanized jumped at a chance to move to the cities and take manufacturing jobs. 

The African Americans were impoverished in the North and the South as a result of being worked to death for little or nothing at the bottom of the white capitalist economic system.  The white workers were to graduate to automated machine production, move to better housing/schools in the suburbs while African Americans were moved up from manual agricultural production on Southern farms to mechanical industrial production in central textile/factory cities around the country.  They came in at the bottom with a broom and a mop, but slowly graduated to better jobs.  Better jobs meant better wages, better wages meant higher standards of living, better housing, better transportation, and better chances for education in relative terms.  But, for every small scale improvement for African Americans, white standards of livings doubled in the suburbs.

Whites created modern segregation in the North and in the South from 1877-1965 as a political method of keeping the most primitive manual labor attached to Africans and all levels of mechanical labor reserved for the white population.  It ended when whites (ruling capitalist class) out of economic necessity had to integrate African workers into the lower sector of the mechanical labor force.   The evolution of white imposed segregation was not accidental.  On the contrary, it was yet another planned system of oppression which was designed to take advantage of Africans in the same manner as slavery.  Study South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.  White people designing unequal racial systems are nothing new.  In fact, they are experts in segregation, reservations, and concentration camps.  It was never out of some type of moral enlightenment, or moral awareness on the part of  whites that Africans were moved out of one form of savage oppression to a more refined form.  Never have reforms been made based merely on the goodwill of whites.  The moral consciousness of whites is bankrupt, and has been bankrupt since long before the genocidal invasions began in the Western Hemisphere, mass kidnapped and worked to death milllions for centuries and have not yet even apologised for the centuries of "crimes against humanity."  With no intentions of every paying reparations even from white radicals, white conscience should not even be discussed.  Justice and how to achieve it should be the central topic. 

Therefore the movement of Africans from the field to the factory to the ghetto was yet another deliberate, planned system that whites designed in order to continue to benefit from the suffering of Africans.  For five solid centuries, white workers and their white ruling classes forged a racial alliance across class lines.  They robbed and pillaged people of color, then participated in a system which always standardized the redistribution of the loot in their relative benefit.  Almost all of them benefit so they supported it with their vote, rope, and/or weapon.  

Appreciate Lessons from Reconstruction to the End of Civil Rights

Intimately appreciate how slavery ended in the United States, and who ended it---no fantasies, no illusions, no feel good stories.  There are lessons here. Who lined up in the North and the South?  Who was at the Peace table?  Who signed the peace treaty?  Who was in control?  Appreciate how the Reconstruction Period ended with the Klan chasing, burning, mass murdering, terrorizing and lynching Black people back into slavery under Northern hegemony.  Who ended Reconstruction?  Who was in charge? Who disbanded the abolitionists?  Who turned loose the Klan, lynch mobs, mass murderers?  Who enforced Black Codes, Jim Crow, and filthy segregation laws?  Who voted for them to take office?  Who sent the Black soldiers, buffalo soldiers, to kill and steal land from Indians?  Who was in charge?  Who financed the Civil rights movement? WHo paid confused  black folk to let white brutes beat them, kick them, water hose them, put dogs on them, and even kill them without fighting back?  Imagine a white teaching a white nonviolence when a black is beating and brutalizing one of their family members.  Who ended it when they had achieved their own goals?  Who disbanded the civil rights organizations?  Who disbanded the radical organizations, the communist and socialist parties?  Who was in charge?  Look at South Africa today?  After all of that anti-apartheid struggle, who has new houses, schools, businesses, roads, highways, hospitals, building, cities, power plants---new everything?  Who is voting but still living in shanty towns, shacks and huts being wiped out by AIDS?  Look at Kenya.  Look anywhere Black folk engaged whites and Arabs with thoroughly Arabized/Europeanized misleaders leading Black movements.  Then soberly appreciate, today, the few Black populations fighting for independence and self reliance---independently. 

Leave the time wasting to the talkers---those who tell fairy-tales, those who make up bankrupt saviors, those who wait on handouts, those who protest but have nothing planned after the marching is over.   Remember Jena, Katrina, West Virginia.  This is a time for study, planning, mobilizing and organizing independent of the kind of people who would mass murder Black people in Darfur, and mass starve Black people in Southern Africa. 

Those who have integrity will hear, see, and do; those who do not will continue to crawl around aping their Arab and white masters.  Let them.  There is righteous work to be done for innocent Black people.  Let us just do it.
