People the Ruling Class Run For Office Every 4 Years
By now you are daily watching Black folk butcher Black folk in Kenya under
the guise of rigged elections along tribal lines. Pent up in filthy slums, economic misery is a time bomb just waiting
for a spark and a scapegoat. You see no white people living in slums, hanging on to a useless vote for hopes of getting
food, clothing and adequate shelter. You see no white folk or Arabs being knifed and killed---they do not have to vote
and yet they have everything they need. They are less than 8% of the population in South Africa and yet have everything
in abundance; they never have to win elections yet they still always win economically. The Blacks live herded into slums,
trying to vote every four years. Look how well nonBlacks live in Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Namibia, Nigeria,
Brazil, Haiti, Australia, Liberia, Angola---everywhere in the world.
In short, vote, it is two minutes
in a booth to pull a lever, then get to work organizing for what you need: you will get what you are organized to take---nothing
more. Voting is the least that a progressive can do to change the social, economic and political conditions in a society.
Anyone seeking to solve fundamental problems must carefully study the historical development of the society they live within
and understand their place in that history. They then will know that you cannot transform anything with a mere ballot
pull.
So why is a vote so important to poor people? Why does the rich minority never worry about the outcome
of a vote they finance? Why does multinational, transnational, international, and G-8 corporations run the president
and the congress, rather than the president and congress running the corporations? Who hires the 178 million full-time workers
in the American society, who pays their wage/salary and health care? How can the FDIC run the banks when one multinational
bank has more assets than the federal governments banking system combined? Why is the American financial structure and
the political system firmly driven to profit the richest white capitalist interests? Because the very system of
voting in which one class, race, culture and gender sets up the elections structure is rigged in their interest. In
every place in the world, the rules are set by representatives of rich people in the interest of the rich people. If
they do not get what they want they use tactics ranging from economic strangulation, pogroms, sanctions to assassination,
then war.
Case of the United States Elections 2008
Independent economic and political organizations for Black people cannot develop as long as the Black working
class continues to think and act as if it is the white ruling class enemy. Sure, take 2 minutes to vote, pull the lever.
Then get organized to solve your own problems. The majority of working class Black folk should know better than to put
any trust in the American system of government and courts. Slavery, Klan terror, Jim Crow, Lynchings, Segregation, Discrimination,
Systematic Destruction of the Black Population with Syphilis, and now AIDS, Mass obsolescence and unemployment. Black
people should not hang any hopes on politics, voting, and the representatives of capitalist anymore than they would the slave-owning
brutes this economic system evolved out of.
McCain follows Bush as a republican capitalist representative.
Obama and Clinton are battling over which one of them represents the capitalists as democrats and the majority independents.
All three are capitalist representatives sworn to uphold the interests and constitution of the founding slaveowners
who wrote the constitution then became the modern capitalists overtime. The Nazi's put $250,000 in Obama's campagn.
Unlike most who are caught up in the hype, these nazis already know that whomever is in power the next 4-8 years the economy
will collapse on them, and the ultra-white nationalist will rally calling for fundamental change to the right of the
ultra nazi white right wing.
In the United States, the Obama and Clinton billion-dollar show of a presidential
campaign is just that---a show. Yet another snow job, this is. It may get people talking, hoping, talking about
change, voting, and wasting precious time arguing over distant issues. But at the end of the day this is still a collapsing
capitalist economy, jobless millions will cause a political crisis against the state, martial law and police terror, then
the capitalists handing power over to their nazi ultra white nationalist movements to murderously/forcefully channel,
harness, and direct political motion and legitimize capitalist rule---nothing else. Differences between the candidates are
semantics and appeals to hot button issues. What did Obama do in the Chicago metropolitan area for the 38%
of the Black population that lives in poverty in that city of his home state of Illinois? Nothing.
What did Clinton do for the 31% of Blacks in the NYC metropolitan area that live in poverty in her home state?
Nothing. She helps to make sure that the Jews in Israel get their average $9.8 billion dollars of our
tax money each year, though. Black people mean nothing but a vote, for this white system then business as usual.
Imagine what $9.8 billion dollars per year could do in Black communities around the world in the area of housing, education,
and nutrition? 1. The majority of working class Americans live their lives in
perpetual debt, facing foreclosures, auctions, evictions, car repossessions, bankruptcy, health care bills, and threat of
layoffs and unemployment. Most of them think that because they have a 30 year loan on a house, they own it. When they lose
their job, cannot meet the house payments, they are out on the street in six months after foreclosure; whereas, the renter
is out after three months. Millions are being evicted and foreclosed. Credit rating does not matter now. If you have no job
you face not having food, housing, transportation, health care, education, heating, water, gas, electricity. 2. Over 76 million Americans are without adequate health care, or are with out health-care
all together; millions more are in useless HMO's which only pay for what they decide is cheapest for them. Nearly 1,000,000
people in the USA have disabilities and have been waiting for Social Security benefits for over a year. Because of under-funding,
layoffs, and cut backs there are not enough personnel to file documents. No politician (Democrat, Republican, Independent,
Green Party, Labor Party) is going to: (1) set up a government that guaranteed a life supporting job to anyone that
needed one, (2) give free quality health care for every citizen, (3) quality/affordable housing for every family that needs
housing, (4) free water and utilities, (5) free scientific education through the Ph.D, (6) an end to predatory wars and the
predilection to start and engage in imperialist wars. 3. Mainstream
political candidates (McCain, Obama, Clinton, etc.) are essentially the same; all of them represent various aspects of a ruling
class whose interests they serve. 4. Every four years, voting takes place
for two handpicked capitalist sponsored mediocrities who have already been chosen to run for us (as liberals and conservatives).
They serve the interests of the people who paid to put them there. These payoffs take the form of campaign contributions and
lobbying. 5. Campaigning is a dog and pony show, during which candidates
parade across stages and blow hot air, promising nothing fundamentally at odds with those who are foreclosing on homes, repossessing
cars, closing schools, closing hospitals, closing factories, cutting social programs, cutting health care, and laying off
workers. An inordinate amount of energy, time and resources are spent on what these future puppets say, do, what they wear,
etc. 6. Once in office, the role of the politician is administrator within
the structure, philosophy and policy guidelines of the class that created the government in the first place. They are the
administrator of the will of the ruling class---pandering to those who finance their campaigns. 7. Democrats, republicans, conservatives, liberals can only implement the policies of the ruling class. When
you are homeless, jobless, your gas is cut off, your water is cut off, your electricity is cut off, you have no money to pay
tuition to college, you have no money to purchase food and clothing no one in the white house or congress will take a dime
from the military budget or tax breaks from the rich to help you. 8. The
policies of the New Deal were not the result of FDR's progressivism-rather it was in response to a nation in turmoil.
Unemployment was high, protests and strikes were taking place throughout the country, and people were defying police orders
and taking action on their own to alleviate the hunger and homelessness they faced. 9.
The candidates offer no radical change from the status quo; they offer no solutions to the concerns facing the majority of
people. They won't address any of these issues either until massive unrest takes place; the kind of actions that will
emerge as the economic system continues to collapse. 10. When the economic
crisis deepens, the reactionary elements of society will seize the reigns of power through paramilitary and political means.
National and local leadership will reflect the image and interests of the reactionary Nazis that put them into power. 11. So the president is elected to administer the efforts put into place by the Senate,
which is an organized policy arm of the ruling class, race, gender, generation, culture and psychology. 12. Vote, its easy. Be sure to vote. It is maybe one minute in a booth, out of a 24 hour day. When its is
over do something that requires effort and substance: organize. The system is sick, you will never cure it with a ballot pull.
The work gets done leading up to and after elections: time and energy should be spent educating, agitating, organizing fellow
citizens in the workplace, neighborhoods and schools with the aim to build, patiently and energetically, a movement that would
change the structure of the society so that policy matters would not matter. 13.
Yes, cast your vote, but more importantly get organized. When the the technological, economic, social, and political
systems are in crisis, and teetering on the brink of collapse, a president can only serve the master that set up the
capitalist government in the first place. In time, the economy will still move toward collapse. The nation
will then institute martial law; the constitution allowed for slavery, so it will will allow for anything rightwing. When
faced with a crisis of political power, the ruling white capitalist class will still hand political/military power to their
Neo-Fascist Nazi organizations. Like clockwork the Nazis will begin to force out undesirables and exterminate those
foolish/confused enough to crawl around hoping for some fantasy rainbow coalition/we-are-the world (with whites on top) pipe-dream. Genocide,
ethnic cleansing, holocaust---whatever the term that politically correct will describe what will happen next. Blacks
are still the central scapegoats. Almost all rich Jew, whites, and hispanics are conservative and will side with the
white nazis initially hoping to save their own pathetic whitish skins. Many rich Blacks will side with the conservatives
and nazis initially. When the job is done, the nazis will turn on these lackeys, gassing and burning them with utter
disdain. 14. In time desperate working class Black people will form independent unemployment councils all over the country;
they will embryonically form self governing committees, they will form survival cooperatives, food banks, clothing thrift
shops, health care collectives, mass communication committees, recreation centers, housing collectives, fight-eviction
committees, self defense committees, and self-help unions---boycott, strike, mutiny, take back your homes, refuse to let auctions
take place, etc. 15. Defy those who drive you into economic destitution. Don't just lay down. They will ultimately
seek answers outside of America and relationships with historical enslavers. In time there willl be a rupture, a break,
a severing of all unequal relationships between classes, races, cultures, genders/sexes, and generations. 16. Study. Understand. Organize. Fight. Prepare to take charge of your lives. The technological, economic, social and political systems at the foundation of this society are all
designed by a ruling class, a capitalist ruling class. Their fundamental driving force is profit. Industrial technology
and labor was the formula. Today, roboticised computer automation does not need human labor to manufacture profitably.
Jobless millions cannot pay for house notes, car notes, rent, gas, electricity, water, food, clothing, education, health care,
entertainment, recreation, or even church/mosque/synagogue donations/dues. A national politician serves the class that
rules or is gotten rid of by that class. The ruling class determines who can run for their elections, who can win, who
can serve them. You vote for whomever that have sanctioned to run in their elections. In sum, their success or
failure is a means of determining what most of the United States population will see as the lesser of two evils: Democrats
and fox-like neo-liberal/populist platitudes, and Republican and their wolf-like fundamentalist/rightwingers seeking a quick
pace to Hitler's Germany and the Fourth Reich.
Both represent capitalist seeking fascist/nazi rule;
both are capitalist political parties created by the ruling class to ensure their rule and profits. Neither can guarantee
you a job and a livable wage, free health care, affordable housing, quality nonracist education, cultural equality, gender
equality, adequate transportation, a life free of police brutality, nutritional food, adequate gas/electricity/water. Look
at Ford, GM, Chrysler, Delphi; the layoffs, the buyouts, the plant closings, the foreclosures, the evictions, the homelessness,
the wave of repossession, the human suffering.
On an international level, multinational corporations use
globalism, cheap labor, moving plants to Asia, roboticising USA production plants, and buyouts to drive down the wages of
workers and increase their profits. By forcing competition between workers on a global level, they can take a person
making $25 dollars an hour in a plant in Detroit and drive them down t wage level of the similar worker in a plant in China
making $3 dollars an hour.
This is what they are doing. With widespread financial speculation and
the replacement of human labor through computer automated machine production, the capitalist are able to increase profits
globally even when domestic profits are falling. You cannot vote on these issues. But these are the issue
that matter most to the masses of people.
In sum, the federal
and State governments are being adapted to further the nazi interests of the multinational corporations who need markets to
sell what the robots produce. And whom ever is in that office will fit like hand and glove or they will find a way to
assassinate them like they did with Kennedy, Lumumba, King or anyone else not following their script to the letter if they
see an opening to kill. Study this carefully. Until the oppressed working classes, races, genders, cultures organize
their own state, political systems, and elections structure their masses will never have fair elections. They will always
be voting for who the ruling populations allows to run.
The United
States is one nation which houses thousands international corporations which operate without legal barriers. In the creation
of a world market, national corporations have been transformed into multinationals, transnational corporations, and supranationals.
The national state transforms from a domestic welfare state based on payoffs to the white homemarket, to an international
market state based on diplomatic and military terror/violence/force to protect/open domestic and supranational markets for
the nation with the biggest nuclear weapons (and the history of using them). They are starting all kinds of wars and diplomatic
battles/posturing to carve out markets while hundreds of millions go hungry and homeless at home. Black folk are at
the bottom of all of this in the Diaspora and in Africa. Economic, political and social crisis will result in ultra
white nationalist nazi movements which the white capitalist ruling class will hand power to in case of economic collapse.
Therefore, understand that you must be sober, independent and clear thinking
in this period.
Past USA Political and Economic Fundamentals
Political
Structure, Elections and Government
- 1. In it gestation
period (1775-1791), what became the nation called the United States went through the political development of a confederation,
and next a federation of states. This federation of states would evolve into a nationally unified republic on a scale which
dwarfed anything that the ancient Roman republic had ever dreamed of. There was a transition period, an intense period of
reconstruction, this time, on a capitalist political foundation. At the moment of birth in any nation, its social elements
are at a stage of fermentation, instability, and immaturity. Therefore, a state apparatus (government) must be fashioned to
organize the society around certain "supreme laws of the land", i.e., a constitution.
- 2. On the one hand,
the Declaration of Independence (1776) was a foreign policy document stating the objectives of the American capitalist
class with respect to independence property rights, and the Revolutionary War (1775-1881) was the actual material resolution
of the antagonisms which ultimately centered on taxation, representation, land rights and privileges. On the other hand, the
Constitution (1787), as the "supreme law of the land", was a domestic document which served to concretely
design the capitalist state apparatus and firmly situate it at the apex of the capitalist economy's superstructure as
chief administrator, law creator, law enforcer, and law interpreter. It was their manifesto, a concise compilation of views
on what "the supreme law of the land" should be.
- 3. Essentially, its first seven articles are a type of
organizational template which document in summary form vision of the structure, purpose, procedures and function of the emerging
capitalist society the 55 framers were drawing up---the classic blueprint for government to manage a nation/republic.
- 4.
From 1781, the United States in Congress Assembled, as the country was then called, had operated under the Articles of Confederation,
the first constitution. When in 1787 the new and improved Constitution was completed it was said to have established the shining
prototypic standard of "democracy" for the entire world to replicate.
- 5. The founding of the white American
form of democracy outlined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution was a minority charters for a capitalist
society, drawn up exclusively by representatives of white capitalist and slave-owners. Objectively, it reflected, directly,
the image and interest of their class. In short, the question that these 55 framers met in secret to resolve in document form
was: what the governmental structure, which would "secure their more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic
tranquility, provide for their defense, promote their general welfare, and secure blessings on liberty to themselves and their
posterity." [1]
- 6. The 1789 Constitution established (1) a capitalist state apparatus, (2) a federative republic, (3) a "supreme"
constitutional prototype for all subsequent State Constitutions, (4) measures for the growth and expansion of territories
into the new union, (5) guidelines for intra-capitalist relationships and relationships with other classes, including guaranteeing
a slave master his slave, (6) and a Supreme Court which was a supreme body entrusted with the authority to interpret laws,
acts, legislation, decisions, and to determine the constitutionality of individual behaviors based on a set of "supreme
laws of the land" that only capitalist and slave master exclusively had a hand in creating. This type of document
is fundamental to nation building.
- 7. The Constitution not only would become the supreme law of the land, (capitalist
law), but it would also provide the political architecture for the design of a capitalist state apparatus. It cannot be denied
that the design for a prototypical capitalist governmental apparatus was an advance compared with the earlier feudal state
apparatus and slave aristocracies around the world in that period of history.
- 8. The first seven articles laid out
the tripartite division of federal government, i.e., bicameral Congress, executive presidency, and a federal court system
with a supreme court as a court of final appeals.
- 9. Next procedures for governing relations between states, and
guaranteeing a republican form of government for every state were hammered out via compromises on the so called Virginia Plan,
the New Jersey Plan and the Connecticut Plan.
- 10. In addition, the process of amending constitution, procedures for
entry of new states into the union were formalized.
- 11. In the amendment process and as a necessary political compromise
with the middle classes, a Bill of Rights was instituted which is suppose to guarantee certain rights to all citizens on a
equal basis. Other amendments were to follow as the years and circumstances of the times, in the view of capitalist warranted.
- 12.
In sum, this constitution was a "supreme law of the land" written by one class; interpreted by appointed all
white male "supreme court" judges who were chosen by a always white president who was elected by a "supreme
electoral college" of which the white capitalists established. Add to that: a congress of which the senate (or house
of lords) was and is exclusively rich, white, and male; a house of representatives (or house of commons) which was and is
of the propertied class, disproportionately white, and male; and a president and its administration which was and is never
anything other than white, male and wealthy slave owners and supporters of slavery. This is the essence of modern white American
democracy.
- 13. The Supreme Court would become the "supreme" nine umpires of the Constitution---umpires
who were on the white, male Greco-Roman/Protestant capitalist team.
- 14. Crown the basis of the federal state apparatus
with a Bill of Rights which: (1) guarantees freedom of speech but also guarantees Sedition Acts; (2) prohibits
government established religion but endorses "in God we trust" on its currency and pledges to King James' Bibles
for formal ceremonies; (3) guarantees freedom of press and allows the rich to own, control and determine the content of all
of the major and minor mass communication print, video, and audio mediums; (4) guarantees against unreasonable search and
seizure unless, of course, you are the citizen discriminated against historically; (5) guarantees against the taking of private
property without just compensation; (6) and gives voting rights to citizens of the US, except if you were at the time are
female, indigenous Chechimecan (Indian) , and African.
- 15. Leading up to the founding father's
drafting of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution which jointly argued that "all men are created equal"
while these founding fathers were busily defend their right to enslave millions of innocent Africans, whites had historically
used their governments to keep nonwhites in bondage.
Article I, Sections 2, and 3 of the Constitution, Africans
had to be seen as 3/5 of human that provided for the slaves to be counted this way for the purposes of deciding on representation
and taxation of the states. These white slave masters granted themselves more affirmative action quotas: each
master got 3 political votes for every 5 slaves he owned. Madison got to the essence of the matter, when in defending
the notion of defining an enslaved Africans as 3/5 of a human: "Government is instituted no less for protection of the
property than of the persons of individuals."[2] As far as these whites were concerned, Africans were not human---they were to be dumped into the same fitly wagon
as, pigs, chickens, oxen, cows, and other farm animals.

Modern Political and Economic Fundamentals Political Fundamentals: Black people around the world are now in
the grips of a new world order called Globalism. Globalism is modernized hemispheric imperialism made worldwide. In the case of the United State there is a nation, there are 321 million people in it, the people have various skin colors,
they live on land adaptable to the human species, they need food, clothing, shelter, education, health care, clothing, roads,
technology, morality/ethics and martial defense for sustained life. The white skin population is in charge of the economy,
political system, social system, and cultural system. The ruled general population which is majority
white also, live in states divided by imaginary boundaries within a United States federal governing system called a republic,
those states each have a flag, constitution, legislature, federal representatives, and economies that provide the necessities
of life. Each state is divided into counties, municipalities, standard metropolitan areas, cities, and towns.
Around those economic systems are social and political systems enforced with police, prisons, guns, bombs, steel,
germ warfare, fbis, cias, nsas---clever, cunning killers. Internal to all societal systems is culture, the sum
total of how a population creates and recreates its civilization. In the United States this is a white Greco-Roman/Judeo-Christian
culture centered around an English hegemonic language and ethnic history. Blacks have white name, languages, religions,
holidays, clothes, hair, dress, habits, architecture, family models, recreation, sport---everything. Being dependent from
crib to grave, most Black populations never appreciate the independence of thought and thus never have independence of action.
Life ends up being a choice made by someone else that benefits someone else that is made to appear that you made it.
Generally the white ruling class sets aside the best of everything for their race (in relative measures) then blame other
subjected populations for not being able to keep up. Essentially, from this nation's founding a specific
class, race, sex/gender and culture sets up a political and military system to decide who gets what, how much, what quality/quantity
and when. Blacks were at the bottom, enslaved, brutalized and worked to death. First all Blacks could not
vote, then all Blacks except Black men with property could not vote, then Blacks who could vote were cheated out of voting
strength by gerrymandering and redistricting. Now, with barely 13% of the national population and in addition disproportionately
disenfranchised because of felony records, Black populations are now being led to hope for change in yet another illusion.
Voting is the low end of the political process; ask the Jews who rake in $9.8 billion in tax dollars channelled to Israel
each year along with billions in other military and economic handouts. No population in the world wastes as much
time debating over voting and gets so little out of it as the African populations all over the world.
Instead of voting for representatives to fight for rights, food, clothing, shelter, education, health care, housing,
transportation, jobs and protection against police brutality we should set up a society where these things are guaranteed
from birth for every citizen. Then voting merely fills a position for someone to carry out ensuring things already agreed
upon. Minority populations can never be allowed to out vote the majority. When this does come
close to happening the majority just changes the voting rules. Master the fundamentals from Black history in the
United States. Remember the aftermath of the Reconstruction period (1872-1896). To go from whites allowing a few
Black men to vote to no voting for Blacks in less than 7 years, enforced by Nazi terror, lynching, mutilation, burning, mass
murdering of the KKK and local government agencies is small-scale compared to the military force/ultra white nationalist
Nazi attacks being nurtured in this period of intense economic crisis. The propuse then was to keep Black folk
in a place on farms slavishly below whites. Today, there is no use for Black populations in an economy that cannot employ
most of the unskilled and semi-skilled whites. Grassroots white workers are even attacking Mexican workers who
are undocumented trying to run them out of the country so that they may have their jobs. This is a mass movement
that has gained strength.
Remember: In times of crisis the white working class always sided with its
white ruling class in the end. This is a time of economic crisis. There is no such thing as democracy/equality among
unequals. A race is on top, a class is on top, a sex/gender is on top, and a certain culture is on top. And
their opposite is on the bottom. Those on the bottom, the last 2700 years, are almost always Black people, Black culture,
Black women, and antiquated Black classes. This hemisphere arrangement is now global in scope, with the United States,
European Union and China leading the world. The economic system produces, distributes, exchanges,
consumes, and reproduces the necessities of life. A class owns that system after having set it up in their own interests
and image. The social system evolves out of the economic system to provide education, health care, religion (moral tradition),
governance, law, recreation, military, transportation, language, family, sport, mass media, entertainment, etc. The
political system is the class, race, sex/gender, culture, generation that rules the society usually via government, military,
courts, and secret police. - 1. Like clockwork, the last hired is the first to be fired;the least skilled and
educated are the first to be replaced by labor replacing machines; unemployment leads to homelessness, hunger, lack of quality
education, lack of health care and the drift toward vice and self degeneration.
- 2. Since the system, especially
the educational system, is rigged Black people who are the least prepared, they will be first to be harmed by mass school
closures, education cuts, dumbing of curricula, replacement of logic and the little science whites allow Blacks with religious
mess and empty mysticism.
- 3. With no more affirmative action, no more quotas, no more set asides, no more
free education, schools closing, plants closing, full time will become part-time, part-time will become permanent unemployment,
the education system will work for only those with money.
- 4. The whites rule the system (the ruling class
is all white) and thus will continue to see that their classes, race, and culture are harmed the least relative to the motion
toward collapse. It will be difiicult, given that millions of whites are also losing any means of making a living.
Everything
is calibrated so that whites get the most of the best and the least of the worst; and for Blacks to get the most of the worst
and the least of the best. In the end, the nation will face a civil war period, a class war. The few Blacks left
will line up on both sides.
The period of Nazi martial regression (fascism/genocide) is before the
civil war, so the ethnic cleansing, the exterminations, the final solutions will all have been finalized. Black populations
should be better students of history. Spend less time reading fakery, fraud, fiction, and fantasy. Spend more
time studying facts flowing as a function fundamental to our future. This time, the solutions will be final.
Good or bad, this epoch will change the course of our history forever. Economic
Fundamentals: Profits at their source comes from human labor, which in the process of work creates value
in what is produced and surplus value in what is produced above what is paid to them in wages and salaries. The capitalist keeps the surplus value, in the price of selling the commodity values produced by the worker at a profit.
To the capitalist business owner this is a part of the business of doing business. When it all is said and done, people
who produce must be able to buy back what they create in order to produce profits for a business which must sell its commodities.
If they have no jobs, they have no wages or salary to purchase what has been created. Nothing bought, nothing sold:
the company goes bankrupt. The cars, trucks, computers, tables, chairs, house, shoes, hats, food sit idle, unsold and unbought;
stockrooms pile up and the crisis moves from businesses to industries, then to regions, then the domestic economy, then the
international market.. No sell, no profit. No profit, no business. Production without labor calls for distribution
without money.
The capitalist cannot allow this, they would have no profit and thus no life.
The workers need this since the robot and computer automated machines are taking their jobs in mass. Late in the process,
the essential war of classes will be between these two groups after the Black population and the question of race and culture
is removed from the ultra white nationalist Aryan class struggle to come. How it is removed and what comes of it is
left up to conscious Black populations. "Never again" should be the watch words of this period. Today greater and greater surplus value is extracted from fewer and fewer workers on a global scale. Robots and computer
automated machine production has replaced human labor in the production equation. The worker today is competing with
a robot that is not paid wages---so the tendency is for the value of labor power, and hence, the value of human life, to be
driven toward nothing.
People are tossed out onto the street like garbage. Wages are driven down, social
programs and safety nets are being destroyed, health care benefits cut, retirement cut, schools closed, homes foreclosed,
families evicted, regulatory oversight is being eliminated, tax systems dismantled and rebuilt around new military priorities,
and civil and criminal law systems are being transformed in the direction of removing any government responsibility for the
welfare of society and its citizens. Black people are getting the worst of this. Neither party of closet
nazis, Democrats or Republicans, can help Black people in this period of economic collapse. Study carefully what
happened during the great depression. Then you will understand some of what you are up against.
Vote on local
levels. Patch up as much as you can with government appointments, writing your congressperson, and going to city hall
meeting but remember how all capitalist systems in economic crisis operate: Nazi dictatorships. You will never
solve this with a ballot pull. What You are Told and What is Actually the Case As construction, mining, new homes building, agricultural produce and labor intensive manufacturing continues to contract,
you are told that a mere $169 billion government package can over come nearly $21 trillion in government and national debt.
Despite the recent surges in the price of gold, oil and other commodities, they will try to convince you that
there is no inflation. As home equity dries up, foreclosures mount, evictions spread, plants close, buyouts are offered to
workers even after their unions ratified contracts, consumer debt hits record levels, repossessions explode, credit defaults
mount, and retailers report losses, the mass media still claims that there is no recession. Do not listen to
the mass media on these points. They are the paid mouthpieces of the capitalist companies whose market economy is in
crisis. As unemployment grows and low paying job service growth stalls, as fast food industries hemorrhage,
as the credit crisis expands outside of subprime loans, the national media argues that rising incomes from the wealthy few
will offset the combined forces of unemployment, debt spending to stay alive, foreclosures, evaporating home equity, rising
food, gas/electricity and fuel costs, a crashing subprime loan market, resetting ARM payments and stock market losses, the
falling dollar, the increasing transference of American assets to foreign government investment funds, and the massive trade
deficit with China. In sum, the subprime mortgage crisis is merely the sharp edge of a very large pencil which
includes zero percent auto financing and zero interest credit card loans to prime borrowers, defaulting auto loans, defaulting
credit card debt, defaulting business loans, defaulting government loans, defaulting payday loans, etc. This entire
economic system is one major national loan default from collapse. They will not tell you this. As delinquencies
continue to rise rating agencies will downgrade bonds backed by auto loans and credit card debt, inflicting subprime type
losses on a much wider scale. As defaults increase and losses mount, credit will tighten like a noose around the neck of America's
consumer based economy. Just as subprime homebuyers are being shut out of the housing market, soon Americans will find that
their credit is no longer good at car dealerships or department stores. American consumers who want to buy will need to be
prepared to pay cash. Results in Black Working Class Living has been Disastrous Overall, about 19 million African Americans (or 39 percent) fit the Census Department's definition of being in poverty.
Last year, 1,645,595 workers lost their jobs since August 2007. Over half of them were Black man, women and children.
Of the national wave of foreclosures, Blacks make of 31% of the homes foreclosed while being only 5% of the adult working
population old enough and eligible to buy a home on credit. Black men live nearly eight years less than other racial
groups, and have higher death rates for all leading causes of death. Many are in prison; in fact more Black men are in prison
in any given month than in college. Most have abandoned their families with 7 out of 10 households being headed by Black
women. Among black women between 25 and 34, AIDS is the leading cause of death as down low Black men crawl in and out
of their lives in the day while crawling on other low down men's backs at night. This is no way for a man
to live. Instead of fighting their race/class/culture oppressors they ignorantly and disgracefully fight themselves,
their children and their own families. This is a coward's way out. Black communities are now becoming
white: study Philadelphia, New York City, Cleveland, and New Orleans carefully. Blacks face whites moving into the inner
city under the guise of urban renewal and gentrification; Blacks are being systematically priced out of the US housing market,
cheated with sub-prime rates, weighted down by high rents which are being raised, and general housing costs have generated
an unprecedented flight of Blacks to any place in the country where they can get a job. Most have moved back down south.
Major cities such as, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston, San Diego, New Orleans, Detroit, Cleveland, Philadelphia, and
San Francisco have seen populations of Black people flood out of their cities. Most have moved south. These are
temporary moves because jobs will be cut out in those areas also. While white unemployment moved near 5.7
percent in November 2007, Black unemployment (including Black youth), leaped from 22.7 to 26.9(i.e., 20 times the increase
in the white unemployment rate). By October 2007, nearly 45 percent of black youth were jobless, nearly 250% more than the
white rate for youth. The median net worth of black households is one-twelfth of that of white households ($10,823 for
blacks compared to $121,000 for whites). Blacks in the millions suffer disproportionately from hunger, homelessness,
unemployment, lack of quality education, police brutality, prison rail-roading, AIDS, domestic violence, disease and poverty.
Black adults have a mortality rate of 47% higher than whites. Infant mortality among blacks is higher even than some
third world countries, and black teens have mortality rates 12 times that of whites, with homicide being their leading cause
of death. - This is the worst recession since the Great Depression, with double-digit unemployment,
double-digit interest rates and double-digit inflation, with the basic cost of living, food and energy rising high, the housing
market going from boom to bust, real estate and home construction markets collapsed, loan defaults and foreclosures proliferated,
and damage has continued to spread through the nation's financial system.
- The hardest-hit occupations in terms
of recent job losses include real estate brokers, financial services sales agents, loan counselors and public relations specialists,
education, retail, construction, services, manufacturing, factory labor, and government services, recent government figures
show.
- The double blow of a gutted housing market and oil that topped $107 a barrel has sunk the world's largest
economy into a recession. Consumer spending, which drives almost all fundamental economic output, has slowed dramatically
in recent months, as was evident in the drop in holiday retail sales reported by the government on Jan. 15---this month forecast
an actual decline in same-store sales this year at the nation's retailers -- the first since the recession of 1991. And
more people are having trouble paying their bills.
- This outright contraction of economic activity and employment
will last for years. Consumers who are essentially 2/3 of the formula for the commodity getting bought, will continue to cut
spending, with results for businesses, retailers, industries, and corporations being a decline in profits and a move to cut
spending by laying off workers and withdrawing advertising monies. Housing prices, which have fallen an average of 9.6 percent
nationwide and as much as 61 percent in some markets since peaking in 2005, will continue to drop for years.
- Unemployment
could climb another 10-15 percentage points to 35 percent, which would be the highest in 70 years and leave another 9-13 million
working class African Americans out of work. This is essentially the core of Black families in the United States. Stocks will
continue to drop.
- In Cleveland, and Detroit, epicenters of the foreclosure crisis, the cities have 6 out of top 10
zip codes for foreclosures in the nation. Cleveland has demolished 1,000 abandoned homes in the past year that had become
targets for vandals, in order to save money on policing those neighborhoods. Most of those homes had been financed with subprime
mortgages.
- Small businesses are also feeling repercussions and reporting that conditions are soft as customers cut
back. Galleries, specialty shops, shoe stores, and restaurants have closed because shoppers and tourists are spending
less.
- Another surprise: McDonald's Corp., typically a winner in a downturn with its low-priced restaurants, show
sales at their lowest level in at least seven years.
- The nation's banks and brokerages will not recover
from heavy losses incurred in the collapse of the subprime and now the prime mortgage market. The Consumer confidence sank
to the lowest level in at least seven years amid growing worries about jobs, energy bills and home foreclosures after the
unemployment rate rose to new highs in the Black community. This will result in a prolonged credit contraction which will
force millions of would-be buyers out of the market. As the economy teeters on the brink of collapse, next the dollar will
go into freefall as global investors lose confidence in the U.S. economy.
Black people cannot get sick, go to
a hospital, and expect health care. The Black working class is essentially made up of fast food workers, security guards,
janitors, social service workers---increasingly made up of part-time, part-year, contractual, temporary, contingency, and
low-wage workers with limited or no benefits. There are also the unemployed, disabled and retired workers whose access
to employment centered health care have been taken long ago. In short, this is the end of the line. As long
as Black people remain ideologically and politically dependent on populations who have historically taken advantage of our
ignorance and lack of independent thought and action, we will not end this miserable condition. Being
poor does not guarantee anything but poverty. If poverty was a basis of revolutionary change African would long ago led the
world in raising the bottom rail to the top. No. You must be intelligent like Malcolm X, heedless like Harriet
Tubman, smart/independent/driven like Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop, and honest like Dr. Asa Hilliard. Then, you have a chance.
We will get what we are organized to take. Nothing more.
