What is a criminal justice system?  What is a criminal trial?  A criminal trial in the United States is a formal examination of the facts of a case by a white court of capitalist law to decide the validity of a charge usually made by whites.  The white man is in charge from the constitution the slavemakers wrote, the laws, the legislatures, the criminal system, the police on the street, the prosecutors, the courts, the judge (arrest, initial charge, initial appearance, preliminary hearing, formal charge, arraignment, pretrial), the jury, the evidence admitted, the trial itself, the verdict, the sentencing, the prison, and the appeals process. 

At no point in this chain does a Black individual have any opinions/rights that a white man has to respect, especially if the whites in charge do not agree---and can hide behind what they consider to be "reasonable" in their singular judgment. All that counts is what they think.  The whites make the decisions in the end---it is their system, it is their court, it is their law, it is their verdict because the final appeal end up in the hands of a near nazi US white Supreme Court. Their rulings/opinions are all subjective: otherwise it would not matter whether a liberal or a conservative judge was appointed.  It matters because their opinions are biased from the moment these nazi-leaning judges put their robs on.  For over  200 years they "interpreted" their slavemaker's constitution to mean that enslaving/raping/kidnapping/molesting/breed/mutilating/lynching Black women, children, and men was not a crime; then within the past 112 years they sanction jim crow/klan-lynching segregation/discrimination.  They always represent the interests of the ruling class/race/gender/culture: capitalist, white, male, greco-roman/judea-christian.  Study this inference carefully.  

In the Sean Bell execution-style massacre by the degenerate NYPD, the killer-cops charged in this case were accused of the crimes alleged in the indictment.  The court  (which in this case ended up being an old white near senile judge) had the responsibility of making a determination of guilt or lack of guilt as to each of the charges set forth against each of the defendants/murderers.  It took them 17 months to bring this simple case to trial.  He made his decision, it was yet another rotten decision squarely in line with a race of people who have been playing at civilization for a number of centuries.  It was simple: he said he believed the pig's version of the events that night; he did not believe the victims who were shot 50 times, with two living Black witnesses testifying in their own defense.  What the Black men said to the white man judging the case meant nothing.    

As the "trier of fact," the court's job was to determine what the facts were, apply those facts to the applicable law, and render a verdict.  That verdict could be just or unjust; in this case the killer-cops walked---in almost all cases the killer-cops walk.  In this case there was no jury; the judge was the jury.  There was a deliberately inept prosecution which was on the side of the police along with the police's defense.  And there was a judge with a history of coming down on the side of the state/police and being an enemy of working class/Black people.  This judge who works for the state just as the killer police officers was being asked to make an unbiased decision when his very position as the "trier of fact"/renderer-of-verdicts was biased by the judge/police/prosecutor court system they all worked for---they were all on the same team. 

The white constitution was forged in centuries of murderous slavery and written by scum white slaveowners and their supporters; this is the same "supreme law of the land" that is fundamentally unchanged except for a few dozen amendments.  These whites wrote the laws/statutes/codes, they created the courts, they hired the judges, prosecutors, and police---they trained the police how to kill, cover up, lie on the stand, doctor evidence, plant evidence, and be the scum of the earth that they are in their treatment of innocent Black people.  In the end, the white's system decides if you are innocent or guilty; the law is their law---they made it up to benefit their race, class, culture, and gender.  There has never been even a hint of justice for Black people in this system---just a federalized ku klux klan in uniform as a police force of para-militarized mass murderers.  Do you think the cowards in uniform would shoot down a Chinese, Vietnamese or North Korean without knowing there would be a price?  Do you think a Black man could shoot a white man 31 times and not face the electric chair, lethal injection, or gas chamber?

So why treat Africans/black skin people with such reckless contempt?  Because they know that they can.  Since the fall of ancient African Kmt the technology, science, military organization, governmental federalized nation, martial preparation, heart, skills, strategy, unity of will, confidence and overall toughness has characteristically been missing from the African population.  We fell far behind and never caught up.  You cannot fight a man standing there with a spear and he has a gun---no matter how brave you are you will lose all of the time.  You cannot come to a gun fight with a bow and an arrow and expect to be successful---you need modern technology, modern science/engineering to make the technology, and modern education to delivery the scientific information to the mass of Black people who would use it in their own defense.   The fact that you do not have what it takes to win means you are guaranteed to lose.  Black populations since the fall of ancient African Kmt have essentially been guaranteed defeat because they have been educationally/organizationally/militarily behind every population they were taken advantage by.  When you are ill-prepared for battle with a murderous opponent, then what do you have left but to crawl around seeking pity, groveling, praying, begging, pleading, guilt-tripping, hoping for the predictably sorry white/nazi judges to convict one of their own---defeat? That white NYPD judge follows in a long tradition of degenerate whites who have absolutely no morality, integrity, or conscience.  You cannot appeal  to people whose very federal Constitution was written by slaveowners/rapists/child breeders/kidnappers/murderers of millions of innocent Black people.  They have no moral conscience.

Contrary to most pipe-dreamers, a society is more than a preacher and a religion; it is an educational system that is modern/scientific, a modern/just moral and ethical system, a modern economic system, a modern political system, modern architecture, modern industry (manufacturing, construction, mining, agriculture), modern philosophy, modern family-structures, modern transportation, modern health care, modern means of self/population defense, and modern technology.  In short, you cannot be hovering around the stone age in your thinking and technology and expect to win against people who have developed a tradition of improving the material culture of their civilization.  You will lose even when you should win predictably every time.  In this way, Africa has been goaded into developing the most anti-scientific/anti-progressive series of material cultures in the world since the collapse of ancient African Kmt in 656bc. Soberly consider how we have lost so much so long to so few people when we have had so many mineral resources and such a head start. This is at the center of why other populations trample upon the human rights of Africans without pause.  They can.  They know nothing will happen to them. 

Today, whites, arabs, jews and the entire world knows the M.O. of most Black populations since the fall of ancient African Kmt in 656bc. They studied these things carefully long before "Willie Lynch": terrorize 1 Black person and enslave a trembling 1000, heartless hundreds of Black folk just standing around nonviolent (to whites) watching whites lynch a Black man or woman---and then the Blacks do nothing, no toughness, no heart when defending the Black population, usually saving own skin/snitches, people who turn on each other at the hint of profit, a people who will let any race mop the floor with them and only respond with ignorant preachers/empty prayers/marches/bluffs, mystical, soft, easy to defeat, not complex planners/thinkers, at the hint of force quick to bend and break, people who bluff and posture, undisciplined, quick to sell out, and in the end usually led around by ignorant preachers/imams who actually think some white or arab god is going to help them in a struggle with the degenerate whites and arabs who created the god image in the first place.  No wonder whites/jews/arabs have had such an easy time enslaving, robbing, brutalizing, cheating, and misusing so many Black folk for so long.  Only the few million Black people in the world who have been the opposite of this have made some lasting progress in the world.  These are the people we should be studying and modelling ourselves after as opposed to emulating Black folk who are quick to get on their knees crawling around without intelligence, heart or a willingness to fight hard for themselves.

When we as Black people grow, mature intellectually/morally/martially, lose our child-like innocence and silly faith in things that have never worked for us, we will get back to building our own societies and civilizations again by creating our own governments, constitution, justice system, and places of societal rehabilitation on our own land.  Then we will get justice in our own courts; it will be swift, fair, impartial, and final.  People will not be cheated, but will get their just due even if it is in a pound of flesh, given the nature of the crime.  In the time being, what we face under the boot of whites and arabs is predictable: they always have to win at anything important, anything systemic, anything that challenges the heart of white/arab supremacy.  They absolutely have to win. 

Lessons From the Predictable Verdict Itself

Really, after the verdict, the details in this case are irrelevant; like any other case where a white police force murders Blacks, the police almost always get off.  Their conclusion is foregone.  This case could have gone to a verdict the next week.  Already operating within their standard white supremacist doctrine that a life within white skin is more valuable than a life within black skin---the verdict was even more predictable when one looks at the racist judge who is looking at the rap sheet of the Black men the NYPD killer-cops executed. 

In this case, Sean Bell was an innocent young Black man going to a bachelor party like many others do before the next day's wedding.  That particular night of the bachelor party, Sean Bell, the husband to be, had committed no crime.  He and his friends, however, were not saints.  They had history, rotten history which they had begun to put behind them, though not in a deliberate, morally just way.   Mr. Bell had been arrested three times, twice for drug dealing, once for firearms possession; he sold crack to a police informant.  Mr. Guzman had two felony convictions, was arrested nine times---including drugs and firearms, and served two years behind bars for dealing drugs. Mr. Benefield was arrested three times, including an arrest for beating on a pregnant woman who is the mother of his child, etc.  Before this shooting, the Black community, the families of these young men, and these young men themselves should have righted the wrongs they had done in the Black community, the crack poison, the drug dealing, the weapons charges, the domestic violence---with equal and opposite acts of goodness, justice, and free labor to the Black community.  They should have been stopping drug dealers from dealing and sorry Black men from beating on women (while ignorantly and disgracefully giving the white/arab oppressor a free pass). There is nothing more cowardly than to beat up an unarmed, defenseless pregnant Black woman.  This is spineless/gutless/rotten behavior.  This is no way for Black men to live, peddling drugs, pushing powder, poisoning Black communities, and preying on women.  The same scum beating up Black women do nothing to their enslavers but bend over and take what the white/arab has coming for them.  Chicken-hearted, they choose instead to picnic on unarmed, defenseless Black women and children who they can beat up.  In this way, they emulate their sorry white/arab enslavers who for 500 years raised degeneracy to an art form when it came to mistreating Black folk.   

Our men must develop higher callings than being drug dealers, pimps, hustlers, pie-in-the-sky ministers/preachers/imams, domestic violence cowards, entertainers, clowns, comics, wife/women beaters, crooked politicians, thieves, and other stool pigeons for whites and arabs.   You cannot sing, dance, march, picket, pray, protest, rap or preach your way to justice.  No where in the world has this spineless response brought lasting positive results.  And yet Black folk after 500 years of the worst slavery the world has ever known (while getting no help from the slavemaster's fake gods, saviors, religions, or conservatives/moderates/liberals/radicals), almost instinctively march out into the streets without organization, plan, purpose, program, procedures or possibility of success.  Their strategy is to rely solely on white guilt.  And they wonder why they lose.

The fact that there are over 7,800,000 Black people in that tri-state region and only a few hundred have participated is a stark reflection of the wounds that have not healed with many in the Black community who hate every second of the degenerate behavior of Black drug dealers and others who prey on the innocent Black community.   Even the hip-hop community is silent, rappers are silent, politicians are silent.  It is expected that most of the usually gutless Black civil rights organizations, churches and mosques would again be silent; they are again ignorantly and disgracefully waiting on gods and allahs to overturn the verdict---the same gods and allahs that the white and arab slave brutes created/conjured.  They will tell you that they will pray for you, which actually requires nothing of them.  Prayer without works is nothing: it did not stop one shark from ripping through the flesh of millions of innocent Black bodies just tossed in the ocean by arab/white koran and bible-writing brutes; it did not stop one rope from hanging hundreds of thousands of Black necks from trees while the flesh and torso burned/boiled/fried in tar and feathers; it did not stop one white/arab rapist from having his way in the worst of ways with any of the hundreds of millions of Black women, children and babies.  Over 600,000,000 innocent Black souls extinguished with their bodies being abused/raped/mutilated/maimed and just thrown in a hole after having been worked to death---and today you are not standing for yourselves, yet?  In this world prayer is useless without your own works because it is really your works that solves your problem not the fact that you were on your knees---ask the 2 billion Vietnamese, the Japanese, and Chinese who won without the religious/mystical nonsense of the very people trying to enslave them.  

Some ancient advice to our Black youth is in order here.  Young Black men and women: if you have no job/education/money/future as most of our people will soon also not have, organize into African unified revolutionary organizations, sacrifice, pay your life dues, work hard to wake up/clean up/stand up and prepare to make sure that the next generation of Black children never again have the dead-end life you face.  Do not just take the poison the white man brings into our communities and help him to kill our own children by peddling pounds and powder.  Stop being so quick to gun down another Black person or beat up a Black woman.  Stop picnicking on innocent Black people.  Stop making excuses.   Use the same energy you use to fight for degenerate/scum/vice to fight for justice for innocent Black people.   Stop crawling around on all four aiding enslavers in their system of Black oppression.  Get up and get to work on yourself and your family before you do anything else.   Clean yourselves up and repair, repay, and rebuild relationships with people you have harmed in your time of madness.  In time we will do it for you if you do not do it yourselves.  When we rebuild our African civiizations again, it will be rooted out.  But nothing justifies the young men being shot by those pigs one time, and certainly not 50 times execution-style.

In the final analysis, this white system wrongly killed Mr. Bell, an innocent Black man going to his bachelor's party.  The police executed him in a hail of bullets.  Then that same system, with the calculated appointing of a biased judge, ensured that the killer-cops walked free. There is a pattern. Study our own modern responses to their predictable degenerate behavior against us: soft, poorly planned, toothless, heartless, crawling around praying, begging, pleading, picketing.  There must be more, there has to be something higher.  No wonder they walk over us so easily every single time.  No one is ever afraid to take advantage of anyone who is unprepared, dependent, soft, not thinking, seeking the easy way out, divided, compromised, making fast deals, renting their souls to the first bidder, full of plantation pride in the white system of government, and is so quick to go to their knees asking for help instead of organizing and helping themselves.  

People who are disorganized and led around by misleaders have never won anything. You see them everywhere on the bottom of everything in the world, somewhere with their hand out, somewhere losing.  Winning requires careful research at headquarters, planning, preparations, execution of plan, quality control, followup and constant revising of tactics and even strategies.  Civil disobedience can be a strategy.  Marching can be a tactic.  But you still must be organized, smart, dedicated, scientific, determined, and have a clear ultimate goal in mind.  That goal requires a comprehensive theory of victory (TOV).  The TOV includes the conditions, the M.O. of each group, the strategy of each group, the tactics of each group, and the means of achieving the goals of which each group is organized.  Ignorant Black misleaders will have you marching, picketing, pleading, praying, begging until your emotions die down.  Then they will go home like they did in Jena---with nothing fundamentally improved in the lives of the masses of Black people. 

There is much more to movement than marching with picket signs, singing we shall overcome.  No plan, no strategy, no theory of victory, no discipline, no heart, no courage, no sacrifice, and no independent organization means no successful mass movement.  The white man sees this and sanctions the very Black misleaders at the head of our movements.  He knows where those movements will be led; and he is there waiting with a bargain basement deal/crumb.  The tactic used by those not serious about solving our problems are simple:  mere prayer and peaceful picketing until the white power structure feels sorry, guilt trip them, try to embarrass them into concessions, they then throw a bone, and later gives some sell-out Black a token window dressing job in their conservative/nazi leaning cabinet.  Once in office, these misleader Blacks usually do the easiest thing, the safest thing, the thing that requires the least sacrifice, the thing that allows them to keep their jobs, the thing least likely to shake up the whites---this is their method of work.  Our wonderful ancestors sacrificed hundreds of millions of innocent lives so that we might be further ahead than this. 

Lessons from the Sean Bell Case Itself

In all cop murder cases against Blacks, all that you need to know is that white killer-cops will walk because they have a badge and a license to kill Black people knowing the state will let them get away with it over 97% of the time.  Look at the case record in any state; the murderous cop almost always walks if he is white and the victim is Black.  They make up any kind of story, plant the evidence they need to convince a judge or jury, win acquittal, then collect their paid-leave money and back pay, write a few books on the topic or become conservative talk show hosts.  Usually they are not very bright people; usually they are just ignorant, average, underachieving, trigger-happy, racist white men who have completely bought the white supremacy fraud that all white societies are founded upon.   

The facts of this case were simple.  Sean Bell, a 23-year-old black man, was killed in a hail of 50 gun shoots outside a strip club in Queens on Nov. 25, 2006 - his wedding day - as he was leaving his bachelor party with two friends.  Officers Michael Oliver white man, 36, shot the Black men 31 times, emptying his semiautomatic pistol, reloading, and emptying it again, as the supervisor sought cover, and Gescard Isnora, hispanic, 29, stood trial for manslaughter after shooting 11 times while Officer Marc Cooper, Black man, 40, was charged only with reckless endangerment after shooting wildly four time. Two other shooters weren't charged. In sum, Oliver squeezed off 31 shots; Isnora fired 11 rounds; and Cooper shot four times.  This was a massacre, an execution.  This was not a shootout because only one side shot at the other.  The Black men had no gun; they were unarmed, defenseless, target practice for the NYPD.   

A New York state judge cleared two officers of manslaughter and other charges and a third of reckless endangerment in the death of Sean Bell, 23. Bell was shot, along with two friends, after a bachelor party at a strip club in November 2006. Three detectives were acquitted of all charges Friday in the execution-style  50-shot murder of an unarmed Black groom-to-be on his wedding day. 

None of the officers took the witness stand in his own defense. They did not have to.  The judge only had limited testimony from the grand jury hearing; this was all he needed. Bell's friends, Trent Benefield and Joseph Guzman, testified. Benefield and Guzman were both wounded; Guzman still has four bullets lodged in his body while he hobbles around with a splint on his leg nearly two years after the police/pig massacre. The truth emerged when the facts were made clear: simply, there was no weapon inside Bell's blood-splattered car; he and his friends were unarmed, innocent, and defenseless.  The police barricaded those Black young men in and executed them.  Then made up a lie that they thought they saw a gun.  In fact, November 25, 2006---over 17 months ago---these murderous police executed three Black men pumping 50 bullets into them---the 50 bullets fired in the Bell case represent over 10% of all the bullets fired by the entire NYPD for the entire year of 2006.  And yet the judge deliberately let the police walk.

Justice Arthur Cooperman delivered the verdict in a Queens courtroom filled with spectators, including victim Sean Bell's fiancee and parents, and at least 300 people gathered outside the building. 

The crime occurred on November 25, 2006.  It took 17 months to reach a verdict; in this way justice was delayed, then denied.  The verdict of the nazi court and the senile racist judge was a foregone conclusion when he was chosen to render the verdict.  The white supreme court had a strategy.  They had tactics based on the M.O. of the Black population.  They appointed a judge to the case with a long history of serving the ruling classes' interest.  They took their time (waiting 17 months) as to cool emotions and sentiments for swift justice against the state/police-pigs.  Careful study of the judge selected to "render the verdict" will tell you that the cops were deliberately set free when the judge was selected.  Like the vote fraud case from Florida which went to the US Supreme Court in 2000, it was a foregone conclusion that a majority conservative court was going side with the conservative candidate to be President of the United States.  Why sit around and wait for the decision?   You knew the decision was made even before that nazi-leaning court opened the legal briefs.

In fact, this judge (Arthur Cooperman) was selected to do what he did: render a strong decision in behalf of the New York Police Department.  The question should have been: what you were going to do that was different from the dead end things that ignorance and cowardice has led us to do in the past?  To prepare your answer, view the history of the judge:

What Was Judge Arthur Cooperman's History?

1. Arthur Cooperman is nearly 80 years old, and has served on the New York Queens County Supreme court bench for 28 year. This rich old whiteman who earned his law degree over 48 years ago is a company man if you ever saw one.

2. He is also a sloppy racist judge who has made his living in Queens putting Blacks in jail/prison for excessive terms, and making fast deals and currying political special interests.

3. Queens County Justice Arthur Cooperman, who gets reversed more often than any other judge in the city for overly harsh treatment of criminal defendants was reversed in 2007. He sentenced Malik Truesdale to 15-years-to-life in prison for picking $22 from an elderly man's pocket -- picking up his fifth reversal in the last year in the process.

4. Cooperman's error in this case, according to the Appellate Division, was sentencing Truesdale as a "persistent felony offender." Given that his criminal history consists of misdemeanors and low-level felonies involving primarily pickpocketing offenses, Truesdale doesn't merit such treatment, concluded a unanimous appellate panel, which cut his sentence to 2-to-4 years in prison. 5. Earlier in 2007, on the occasion of his selection to be the judge who will preside over the trial of the police officers charged with shooting three men outside of a Queens strip club last November, won praise by the Daily News for his propensity for "slamming cop-haters."

6. In each of the four other cases in which he was reversed in the last 12 months, Cooperman was overturned for imposing an excessive sentence or for standing by while prosecutors ran roughshod over/cheated the defendant of their rights.

7. In May 2007, Cooperman was reversed for allowing prosecutors to spring a mystery witness on the defense at trial without prior disclosure, and for ignoring other instances of "flagrant" prosecutorial misconduct. People v. Bennett (May 1)

8. In January, Cooperman convicted Keion Richmond of second-degree assault, even though, according to the Appellate Division, there was no requisite "physical injury" to the victim, a police officer who was bitten by the defendant but did not bleed. People v. Richmond (January 16)

9. In one case last November, Cooperman committed several errors, including his refusal to instruct the jury about the defendant's justification defense, in a case in which a father barged into a house erroneously thinking his daughter was held against her will inside. People v. LaPetina (November 28)

10. In another case last November, Cooperman imposed consecutive sentences on a defendant for each of four counts for selling drugs, resulting in a prison term that was excessive, according to the appellate division, which cut the sentence in half. People v. Jaquez (November 14)

In the Sean Bell case, the judge told the court that the police officers version of events was more credible to him than the victims who were shot 50 time.  The police death squad was allowed to walk after murdering another innocent Black man, and trying to murder two others. 

How Have Courts Treated NYPD Killer-Cop Cases in the Past?

There is a long history of abused forced on Black people from the police departments around the country.  None are more criminal than the NYPD.  Their cops are by-and-large the rotten part of the apple in every way. 

These are usually racist, high school diploma whitemen, given a gun with license to kill any Black person without the possibility of being convicted, a badge that allows for their word to always be credible against a Black person, they become cops, see a black person looking suspicious, say they saw a gun, shoot/execute/massacre the Black man 50 times, reloading clips, tell the white supreme court judge you were defending yourself, be found credible, win, live happily ever after.  The Blacks usually die, shot down/killed by the same cops that are paid by Black tax dollars to serve and protect the Black community.

There is an unwritten white supremacy rule in every police force in America that African-Americans are not only less than human, they are less than animal. It is O.K. to and kill African-American suspect at any encounter. Less than animal because Michael Vick the pro-footballer was recently sent to jail for dog-fighting; Wesley Snipes is sent to jail for three years for misdemeanor taxes.  Marion Jones is in prison for using petty medications so that she could run faster and lying about it.  But the sorry killer-cops are set back on the street to kill again.  This is calculated.  Below are some fatal shootings of Black men over the past decade involving New York City police officers:

§ February 1999: Unarmed African immigrant Amadou Diallo is shot to death at the front door of his Bronx apartment building by four officers who said he fit the description of a rape suspect and that they mistook his wallet for a gun. The officers were acquitted. Diallo's mother got a $3 million settlement.

§ Antonio Rosario, 18, and Hilton Vega, 22, shot at between twenty three and twenty eight times while laying down in a prone position as mandated by police. "According to reports citing the Medical Examiner's report, Vega was hit with eight bullets - in his back, buttocks, back of the head and front left forearm. Rosario was hit with fourteen bullets - eight in his back or buttocks, two in his side, two in his right arm, one in his hip, and one in his armpit."

§ Anibal Carrasquillo, 21, unarmed, and shot in the back by NYPD on January 22, 1995. No carges filed.

§ Frankie Arzuega, 15, car passenger, unarmed, shot to death by NYPD, when police claimed the car attempted to drive off while being questioned. No charges filed.

§ Aswan Watson, unarmed, shot 18 times in a stolen car because police claimed he looked like he might be reaching for a weapon on June 13, 1996.

§ Joe McGill, 58, shot to death by NYPD, after allegedly fleeing a bank he allegedly robbed on August 9, 1999. No charges filed.

§ Malcolm Ferguson, 23, unarmed, shot in the head by NYPD after a scuffle with police in a building where dealing was supposedly taking place on March 1, 2000. No charges filed.

§ Charmene Pickering, 27, shot to death by NYPD during a traffic stop of the driver of the vehicle on July 27, 2001. No charges filed.

§ Juan Mendez, 38, shot to death by NYPD during a chase on foot on January 23,2002. No charges filed.

§ Cesar Mercado, 47, shot to death by NYPD after allegedly attempting to break into a parked Van. No charges filed.

§ Jamal Nixon, 19, shot to death by NYPD after allegedly firing a handgun in Brownsville, a predominately black section of Brooklyn. No charges filed.

§ Floyd Quinones, 28, shot to death by NYPD after he fires 17 shots into the sky at a birthday celebration. Accused of aiming in the direction of police. No charges filed.

§ March 2000: Patrick Dorismond, an unarmed black security guard, is shot to death by an undercover narcotics detective during a scuffle in Manhattan. A grand jury cleared the officer of wrongdoing. The city paid $2.25 million to Dorismond's family.

§ May 2003: Unarmed African immigrant Ousmane Zongois fatally shot in a warehouse by a policeman helping to investigate counterfeit CDs and DVDs. Zongo had no connection to that case. The officer was convicted of criminally negligent homicide and sentenced to five years' probation and 500 hours of community service. Zongo's family got a $3 million settlement.

§ January 2004: Timothy Stansbury, an unarmed black 19-year-old, is fatally shot by an officer apparently startled by their sudden encounter on the roof of a Brooklyn housing project. The officer was cleared of all charges. The city agreed to pay Stansbury's family $2 million.

§ November 2006: Sean Bell, a 23-year-old unarmed black man, is shot to death, and two unarmed companions wounded, by undercover officers on duty at a strip club in Queens. Bell was to have been married later in the day. Three killer cops were acquitted of all charges by a insider judge.

So the NYPD has history.  It too is a rotten, murderous, cowardly history of killing innocent Black people and setting the scum killer-cops free. White cops kill African-Americans with impunity.  The sorry Black cops on the scene merely join in like the Blacks over in the Middle East murdering people for whites in defense of their theft of oil.
