WHO TO WORK WITH

AND WHY AFRICAN WOMEN MUST TAKE LEADERSHIP

(End Sexism to End Racism; Unity after Equality)

In the middle of an economic down turn which has set millions of Black families into open crisis, it is necessary to discuss family leadership, unity, decisionmaking, and 100% equality of action.

Men Have Dominated in all Class Societies

Human beings who look just like us, who were morphologically, genetically and phenotypically identical to our species---just shorter and blacker--- lived on this planet over 150,000 years ago, exclusively in Africa before they migrated out to populate the rest of the world from 85,000 years ago.  The overwhelming fossil and DNA evidence proves this as fact.  In the process of changing climates they changed skin color and culture as necessary survival adaptations to their new environments.  All living things in nature mirror their livimng environment.  There are no silly fairy tales, no white men god's making women out of ribs of men, no men flying around with wings telling deciding your fate.  Like everything else in life, even planets and stars, humans developed methodically overtime.  And this development can be understood without childlike superstitions and useless speculation.

In fact, it has only been within the past 10,000 years that the sex/gender roles, hierarchy, and rule has been in effect in any society in the world.  Black women's oppression, domination, and second standing behind men was not an act of some made up god the men created in their own image and printed in books they then called sacred and holy.  In actual history, in the real world it developed when the position of women and men in a societal relationship was forced to change when technology developed enough to move a gathering society where the fruits of women labor was most respected to a hunting society with men using force and weapons to a settled agricultural/animal domestication and husbandry society with a surplus, classes, ruling families and the military might to justify their continued accumulation of wealth.  This happened in all societies, regardless of whether the population's skin color was black, brown, red, yellow, pale/pink, olive, or white.  The hierarchy of men over women therefore emerged out of the historical technological, economic, political, and military conditions that dictated their place in cultural production of the necessities of life.  It was no accident that it unfolded methodically as it did; it is no accident that it is coming to an end as the conditions that produced it come to an end.

Prior to the rise of settled societies, a surplus of wealth that a class of men militarily accumulated as their own exclusive private property, women's labor/leadership was essential in the life and death of the family: they provided the reliable food, they made the clothing, they helped build the shelter, they had the children and cared for them and they therefore were the central co-leaders. Sure there was a division of labor between men and women, but not a hierarchical inequality based on wealth, brute force, and the rule of weapons.  Carefully study the earliest societies, their characteristics, their societal relationships, who ruled and how.  Women were all of the dieties, the fertility symbols of women were dominant.  This god became a man when men began to rule and write the books justifying/legitamizing their rule.  No speculaton is necessary here.  Go back to the archeological record.

Agriculture, settlement, the domestication of animals and the militarization of clan, band, tribe rule based on the accumulation of property that was passed from one generation to the next placed the male sex in class position to dominate leadership in all keep elements of life: what became education, economics, military, mass communication, religion, later health care, housing, and even governance and politics.  Women were over time forced out of societal production/reproduction, and relegated to private family production in the process becoming entirely dependent on men. This process took thousands of years to unfold and was always followed by the societal reform/revolution in the economic, political, cultural and religious systems which sanction and justified men ruling women in every area of life.  Of course each society is relative, and the degree of domination is reflective of the population's cultural adaptation to its geographical and typographical origin.  The Arabs and Europeans throughout history were generally some of the most restrictive populations in their slave-like treatment of women in defense of their societal rule.  Their indigenous environmental conditions in their respective desert climates and frozen inhospitable regions were contributing factors to their societal harshness/rulthl male domination.

Chiefdoms, tribal unions, hydraulic communalism led by African Kmt kings/monarch/Peraa (pharaohs), slavery, feudalism, capitalism and even socialism male supremacy justifies women's economic, political, societal, cultural and religious dependence on men not  as a basis of maintaining the rule of men in those societies.  When in question, force was the final arbiter in all case of disputed leadership.  The men who wrote the holy books were in charge of societies where women were not allowed to be educated, vote, hold leadership offices, to serve as moral/religious leaders, or to become the applied scientists and engineers.  The men therefore wrote the bibles, korans, torahs, and other books instructing populations of what their life beliefs, behaviors, relationships, and livings should be.  Technology, however, today is erasing the physical/military superiority of men over women and totally exploding the myths of physical differences between women and men.  Women are the leading numbers of students in science, education, engineering, and applied technological fields.   The male position as primary breadwinner and person responsible for the family's food clothing shelter, education, religion, and direction has been sent to the trash cans of history.

Today women, especially in Black families make up 70-80 percent of the heads of households.  Black women are making sure that their families have food, clothing, shelter, education, health care, recreation, love, leadership, concern, care and even protection.  Beliefs of male supremacy which justified women only being under men, being led around, being, whipped into line, being helpers, cookers, cleaners, kitchen workers, servers, bearers of children as the white man's bible and arabs koran the men wrote says is ending.

Today, not only is the employment/bread-winner/head of household title changing from male to female the basis for claims of innate male supremacy are falling into the trash cans of history.  Look around you.  Today, the actual leadership of the family in the family, the actual raising of children, the actual providing of defense, the actual providing of morals, the actual providing of education, the actual leadership of the family is female, especially in most African American families.  This cannot be denied, based on the overwhelming evidence in the society as a whole and the great changes in the social roles and position of women.

In this global collapse where capitalism and socialism are coming to an end, essential questions of the survival of the Black population globally are answered only with unity and equality of leadership in the Black family.  Food, clothing, education, health care, housing, electricity, clean drinking water, paved roads, mass communication, mass transportation, recreation, morality/ethics, martial and military defense cannot be provided and have not been provided when one sex/gender is dominated/ruled by another.  In order to fight to win, this time 100% of the Black population must be on the front line of leadership in this war to redeem, reclaim, restore, resurrect and bring back to life (renaissance) African civilization in this lifetime.   We have lost badly with 50% of leadership not being allowed to lead, while almost all the men were in charge of every element of the Black liberation movement.  Over 2700 years of failures should be enough to try something different that works.

Technological developments in the home have freed women to enter the work force, the expansion of the post-war economy made jobs available, and, more recently, downsizing and declining wages brought about by the introduction of electronics have made those jobs of women necessary to maintain the family. Increasingly, these same technological developments are erasing the physical differences between men's and women's work. Women now constitute almost 54 per cent of the U.S. workforce. They are better educated, and have access to occupations that were once the exclusive domain of men.

The majority of American women, however, are struggling even harder than ever to juggle a life of work and family, discrimination in the workplace, and the general financial and emotional stresses of life lived in a world where they are raped without justice, they are 96% of the domestic violence cases, 93% of the malicious/murderous crimes of passion, little Black girls are molested in 78% of the child abuse sex cases, Black women are cheated in the workforce where Black women make on average only 54 cents on the $1.00 that white men make, they are kept out of upper level corporate, economic, political, courts, commerce, military, cultural educational, and global leaders where men rule in over 98% of the highest leadership positions..  Economically, these Black women make up over 65 per cent of minimum wage workers, 75 percent of part-time workers, 60 percent of temporary workers, and 51 percent of multiple job holders.  Over one-half of all the families maintained by Black women live below the poverty level, and 7 out of 10 Black families are headed by a Black woman, usually working two jobs, facing foreclosure/eviction, unemployment, water being cut off, lights being shut off, and taking children to and from school, the hospital, doctor's office, and moral institution.

As the condition of Black women continue to fall/deteriorates with this crumbling economy hospitals are being closed, schools are being boarded up and children warehoused, workfare and welfare is being cut out, food stamps are being denied to hungry Black families, housing is not available for those who have no money---all of this has fallen on the shoulders of Black woman and men who must provide a life for the family's children and themselves in face of the collapse of socialism and capitalism.

It is within this context that questions of leadership, equality, and justice must be applied in daily life if Africans are to win this time.

Inferences

Male domination of females has been practiced for thousands of years.   For over 9000 years since the ending of primitive communal societies, (where ownership of the means of producing life was shared, and therefore power was equally shared) men have been dominating women in African, Asia, European, and Chechimecan cultures.   With the advent of the whites and arabs to world power over enslaved Blacks these enslavers taught that some male enslaver god (that the arabs and whites made up in their own image) put men over women inately, and that his made up slavemaker god is going to save the Black slaves made by arabs and whites too.  This was and is nonsense.

Male social domination was based on male economic/military domination which was gained by male forceful/military control of the means of producing food, clothing, shelter, education, health care, law etc.  only in a dream world is force not the final difference from being enslaved or making yourself free of slavery: if you cannot you will, if you can you won't. Throughout class history, men have continually dominated women in all class societies on the face of the earth.  African men dominated African women before white men stepped foot on African soil.  Even in KMT, the most advanced ancient African society in world history, African men held all of the significant positions of power for thousands of years.  Only a few African women ever temporarily led in KMT, and even they had to lead while dressing and acting as men.

By the time whites entered West Africa in the 15th century, forcibly enslaving us, African men held African women in subordinate positions in every society.  These invading whites easily exploited the obvious division among us that were based on sex-gender inequality.  In short, African men ruled African women in slave, feudal, capitalist, and socialist societies.

Today, white men now rule African men and women.   Bestial whites/arabs ripped apart whole families, raped mothers, daughters and sisters--then sold their offspring from plantation to plantation.  Only a few thousand brave African men stood up in open defiance to these murderous whites, considering that over 150 million Africans were murdered in this process.  Although some African men and women fought, tens of millions of spineless Black men did nothing.  Neither did millions of African women.   This cannot be denied.   We would not have been in bondage for 2700 years if the majority of Africans were as determined to be free of whites and Arabs as whites and Arabs were determined to keep us enslaved.    In fact, over 400 years passed before this oppression was eased, but never ended.  Accounts were never settled.  Reparation debts were never paid.   People continue to believe that we are not worth two cents.  So they run over us daily.  It is easy to defeat someone who does not even know they are in a fight.

With white nations (similar to vultures and maggots), picking from the decomposing carcass of African Civilization the 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, and now 21st centuries, the majority of African American male leaders were ignorantly and disgracefully organizing innocent African women and children to nonviolently suffer at the hands of white brutes.  Only a few brave African men fought uncompromisingly; they should be appreciated. Remember the Nat Turner, Malcolm X and Paul Robeson type Black man.  Around the world, cowardice, spinelessness, cheap talk, and clowning has been substituted for daily morally sound/uncompromising deeds in the defense of African life.   We must end this.

What Must Be Done: End Sexism to End Racism

What must be solved first in order to solve the other, sexism or racism?  This is an extremely significant procedural question because in its answer is the order of how Africans must organize to end their 2700 year oppression at the hands of whites.

The general response by African men has been that "the race must come first and the sexism problem will then solve itself because when African people have political, social, and economic control over there lives sexism will not be a problem."  This is historically false.   It also glosses over the legacy of African male domination of African women, with or without the permission of the white man.  The internal divisions allowed for the whites/arab/jews to get in, divide, then conquer.  They still do.  The Black woman is down on her knees seeking a god/allah image of a white man or arab man to save her.  The Black man is sitting around trying to live like the whites and arabs said men should live in the treatment of their families, wives, and children.  None of them have elementary independent thought.  The whites and arabs lead them around from birth to death, then even into some make believe heaven and hell that the sorry enslavers made up.

End sexism to end racism.  Sexism is internal to the African family.  Racism comes from outside and is the external oppression forced upon us by whites.  Racism could be ended without ever ending sexism.  African men would then return to dominating African women as they did before the murderous white man set foot on African soil with the invasions of the Hyksos into KMT over 3500 years ago.

The white man did not cause sexism by African men against African women, he merely intensified it.   African men were already ruling every class African society, many of them running around with bone through their noses, paint on their faces, and literally trapped in the stone age.  You cannot face a gun and a cannon with a spear and a stick and expect to win a war. And yet these men led.  They should have been setting up educational institutions to reverse engineer the technology they were facing.  Instead of adjusting in a progressive way they, in a backwards way, fit in with what the degenerate white/arab invader set up for them. Therefore, the internal contradiction, sexism, is primary to solving the external contradiction, racism.  Our hands must be clean.   Internal relationships between African women and men must be pure before external wars with murderous whites can be won.  Our losing history with whites/arab is testimony to this.   We have lost everything to the white/arab man because we have been divided.  The white/arab man has expert knowledge of how to effectively divide and conquer us because of our internal weaknesses.   He has been doing this successfully for thousands of years.   Study ancient African Kmt when we were winning.  We cannot win if we are divided.  And we cannot be unified if we are unequal.

African Unity Only After Equality

African unity after equality between African women and men is a simple principle with complex conclusions.   African women can never (and should never) unite with African men as long as African men continue to brutalize, abandon, rape, beat, cheat, ignore, take for granted, murder, and defame African women along side of the white man.  This type of unity with oppression has not helped us in the past.  In over 95% of rape, molestation, and domestic violence you have a sorry Black man brutalizing  an innocent Black woman or child.  The innocent just Black men must step forward and set up a system of equal leadership in the Black race.  Jettison the white and arab religious mess that was forced upon us during the holocaust of enslavement those brutes put on us.

The weight of white oppression is twice as heavy on African women because they have had to carry the load of the African family, the children, and the grandparents for so long while being dominated by African men and sorry white/arab men.   African men and women must first engage the enemy within.    If African men and women had fought a sustained, unified war against whites/arabs we would not have been brutalized for over 2700 years.

We did not fight as equals, nor did we fight to win at all costs.   Most of us did nothing---just as most of us are doing nothing to help the African liberation cause today.

We stood there as African women were raped.  We stood there as African men were burnt to ashes.  Most of us just stood there.  Imagine 150 Blacks standing around watching 10 whites with a gun lynching and burning another Black person as an example.  Why they should have riped those worthless enslavers to streads.  They should have taken the bullets; only a few of them would have been killed.  But they stood there in fear.  We stand around in fear today---marching around with signs, arguing with enslavers, pleading to their gods, crawling around scared of preparing to stand on our own and fight for what we deserve in this life.

During slavery, far too many of our people did not fight.  Most just stood there as African children were snatched from the breasts of their African mothers and sold to the next enslaver white/arab brute.  Most did nothing---as is the case today.  Most just went back to work the next day.  Most of us did not fight the white and Arab beasts that were stealing our children and tearing apart our families.

We stood there as African women were kicked by white/arab men, water hosed, bit by dogs, branded, whipped, spit upon, mutilated, and sexually abused in broad open daylight.  We were nonviolent and ignorant.  Nonviolent to whites and arabs, but Blacks kill each other over 94% of the time in murder cases.   We were divided.  We were conquered.  We did not unify because unequals can never be unified over the long term.

The fight for liberation and resurrection of African Civilization can never be won between Africans and anyone enslaving us without, first, African women and men closing ranks as equals.

Our internal contradictions must be solved in order to solve external contradictions with Arabs and whites.  End sexism to end racism.  African unity only after equality.   African men and women must lead African men and women---not African men leading African men and women.

Work With only Responsible Women and Men

Today, most African men believe that they are protectors like white men claim to be.  This is not true because only a few African men protect and care for their families, less than 30 percent.   Most African men have disgracefully abandoned their children and have never married the women that they seek sexual pleasures from.  The ones who have stayed and taken care of their children should be honored and respected.

In most cases, African women have only gotten cheap talk, posturing, bluffing, marching, cowardice, and disgraceful nonviolent Black male-led "beat-ins" at the hands of violent white men.   In fact, this spineless lack of self defense of family and race has only been matched in hypocrisy by the murderous zeal of African men when they are fighting for the white man in his parasitic wars (Indian wars, Revolutionary War, Civil War, Spanish-American War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam War, Grenade, Panama, Iraq, Darfur, etc.---or anywhere else the white man or arab sends them).   For the last 500 years, the collective behavior of African men has been disgraceful in regards to self defense of family and race.  Just look at it.  No serious planning, no serious organizations, no serious doctrine, no serious programs, no independence---everything tied to the good graces of a white/arab liberal or moderate.   Sitting around waiting on the slavemaker's gods and allahs to help free you.  Imagine a Chinese or a Vietnamese praying to a white god to save them from the whites.  Look at this fairy tale mess being present by sorry people who are afraid the people they claim to fight.  You cannot get any help from them.  Nothing.  Then look at what the whites have done to us; look at  what the Arabs have done and are doing in Darfur today.  And just look at our collective silence.

Therefore, African men and women must be held accountable for their behavior, but especially African men.   Study Action groups must not work with any African men or women who cowardly hide from the responsibility of protecting and caring for their families.  African men and women must first take care of family responsibilities.

Work With Only Just, Firm, and Honest Women and Men

For thousands of years, African women have carried a triple load of oppression from white/arab men and African men.   These loving African women carried this load while taking care of the children of their white rapists, along with the children from relationships with African men who have abandoned them.   They even cared for elderly Africans.   This cannot be denied.

Over 77% of African American children were born out of wedlock in 2008.  The African male has abandoned family responsibilities in 4 out of 5 relationships.   In fact, 81 out 100 African children will be grow up in single parent households where either the father or the mother has deserted the family today.   This madness is accepted by the black race because nothing is being done to end it.  This will change when the oppressed one changes it.  Let the one who abandons their children know with your deeds that their behavior is unacceptable.  African women who lay up with these degenerates, quietly accept this type of behavior.   The white man has not forced us to live this way.  We are the blame for our own degenerate actions.

Most African men today believe that they are providers like white men claim to be.  This is not true because only a few African men provide for their families without selling poisonous drugs and selling themselves for the white man.  African women in most cases have only seen single parent households, abandonment, domestic violence, verbal abuse, extended family assistance, and usually degrading public assistance from the white man.

In America, over 68% of African households are headed by African women.   Essentially, most African men have run off and left the African woman to care for his offspring.   Do not Work With any immoral African men or women.   Only those men and women who are willing to take responsibility for their actions will be fruitful to work with.  If a person cannot take care of his or her African children, why would they take care of the needs of other Africans?

PRINCIPLE OF AFRICAN FAMILY CARE

To begin to face this problem of cowardly abandonments by men, all African men who have fathered children must spend 1/3, or 33% of their disposable income on their children if they have left that family, until the child is 21 years old.  It takes two to produce three, therefore, 1/3 from the mother , 1/3 from the father, and 1/3 from the child must go to upbringing resources.  Only African men and women who take care of this responsibility can be a part of the family

Work With Only Builders of African Families

Many African men are out poisoning the African race by selling drugs that the murderous white man systematically brings into the African community.  What kind of revolution can a drug dealer make?

Many of these African men are adulterous, bi-sexual, or outright homosexuals.  What kind of family can they raise down-low, crawling around on their knees to another low down family abandoner?   What kind of model of African manhood can a degenerate, who cannot keep his pants and zipper up when he sees another man, provide for our African children?   What kind of African civilization can a woman who would rather lay up with woman than to take care of her children resurrect?  If that is all that you are be that.  But do not drag innocent people into your mess.  Be what you are openly, so that those who are not that can make informed decisions.  Be what you must be; but don't trick innocent men and women down a road of death and destruction. Be honest, and forthright about your intentions and status.  Man up.  Woman up.

As a result of the degenerate behavior of millions of African men and women in who: (1) spinelessly sneak around with other degenerate men and women in bi-sexual and homosexual relationships, (2) use alcohol, and drugs, and (3) commit adultery, African women and men  are being infected with the white-made AIDS virus at nearly 30 times the national rate for whites.   There is no excuse.  Let them go their own way.

Guiding Principles

1.  African male domination of African women has existed in all Africans societies before any contact with whites or Arabs.

2.  In order to end the racism of our external enemies, we must end the sexism inside (internally) of relationships between African men and women.

3.  Therefore, African women and men must co-lead each aspect of the study action team process.

4.   However, African women must always take the initiative in struggling to establish their revoluionary position as the position of the forward movement of her/history---especially in this period of history when it is necessary to throw off all forms of male domination.   African women must assume equal leadership positions in all African organizations.

5.  End sexism to end racism.  African unity only after equality between African men and women.

6.  No equality among African women, and men---no unity.

END SEXISM TO END RACISM; UNITY ONLY AFTER EQUALITY.

WHAT BLACK WOMEN MUST DO NOW

Take charge of our lives now and in the future

There is no question that African women are resilient, strong, and have walked through the fire.  It is because Black women survived this brutal period of enslavement that Black people as a whole live in what is now known as the United States.

As hindsight is 20-20, we can say that survival is not enough.  Survival has permitted us to reproduce our population; however it has not helped us to change the conditions of our existence such that we have charge of our lives, communities, societies, and nations.  Throughout the diaspora, we are on other people's land; mostly land that was stolen from others and which we were enslaved to develop.

We live the culture of whichever group enslaved us-Portuguese, British-American, Spanish, Arab-speaking their languages, carrying their names, wearing their dress, adopting their beliefs, embracing their religions, etc.  While we cannot control into what culture we are born, we can certainly choose to study, learn, and change the direction of our lives.

Fight for what is right

Always take the principled position, regardless of what the majority says is right or wrong.  During the system of enslavement, for example, the laws protected white right to brutalize Black women, men and children.  According to the white people's laws, they were ‘right' to harm us.  But the principled position is that their lives were no better than ours and they were wrong to harm us in that way.  We should always fight for what is principled.

Draw clear lines.  We cannot raise children to know what is right from wrong when we allow unprincipled things to happen while we stand by and do nothing.  For most of U.S. history, Black people outnumbered whites, particularly in the south; yet we let this brutal enslavement go on for as long as it did because not enough of us chose to end it.

Too many stood by and silently allowed innocent girls and boys to be torn from families, women and girls to be raped over and over and over again, women and men to be treated in the worst of ways and worked to death.  What lines can be drawn when our hearts know that this is wrong, but yet it is permitted to continue generation after generation?

Carry out justice

We have been too soft in the face of brutality.  Too much talking, too much bluffing, to much crawling, too much snitching, too much groveling, too many people laying down, accepting defeat, becoming victims.  There is no reason why Black women and men shouldn't have carried out justice on behalf of all the innocent lives shattered by brutality.

Look at what the rest of the world does.  We focused on wiping our tears and those of others or killing our children to save them from the experience of enslavement, rather than eliminating the source of the pain, even if it meant our personal death.  The spirit of fight is more valuable to pass along than the spirit of cowardly acquiescence.  Set positive examples for the ages.  Make sure that generations unborn stand tall.

Black women as equals

Throughout time and space, gender inequalities have been tied to the roles of women and men in the process of producing society's goods.  In class-based societies (where one economic class rules society), greater value was placed on paid work outside the home (men's domain) than unpaid work inside the home (women's domain).  However during (and since) enslavement, Black women have always worked both inside and outside the home.  Yet Black women have often not been regarded equally in Black families, communities and organizations.  When decisions are made, when struggles are waged, when work must be done, women must be present in equal measure to men.  No more male dominated organizations and struggles---

Leadership must be both female and male.

In a disagreement  on a decision.  Usually African woman and men agree, so this process may not be used much.  But when it is necessary, it should always be used with principle, teamwork, and group success in mind. No egos, no stories about god's choosing men to lead, no ribs, no mess.  Where there is disagreement, after respectful debate, reflection and mediation, the woman makes the final decision (independent of Arab and white mysticism/religions).

The unit gets behind the decision, works hard to make it successful, sums up the lessons, monitors quality control, genuinely gives its best, and prepares for the next decision.   If it does not succeed, the opposing male position is adopted, then a unity of the two if necessary.  After any debate, the goal is team/group/family success, regardless of the judge. This must be done in every area of Black life to correct the history of Black male chauvinism.

In this way the decision and it's quality and accuracy becomes central, not who made it.  Equality means have the same thing on one side as is on the other side.  Justice is fairness, balance and reciprocity.  When things are out of balance, out of step with Maat, they must be put back in order.  Ast/Asr; Tehuti/Seshet, Heru/Skmet all are ka male/female principles of the unity and struggle of opposites toward complimentariness and cooperation. They should be carefully studied.
