It has befallen on us to live in an extraordinary era, a great moment.  Three thousand of years of devastation have passed.  Invasions, occupation, conquest, enslavement, colonization, and neocolonization were glorified words attached to the mass death and destruction of Black civilization and people.  We lost.  They won.  With hundreds of years of cultivated destructiveness, they were better suited at fighting to win; we were not prepared to stop them.  And so we were overwhelmed in an unprecedented way while being hitched to the plow building white and Arab civilizations around the world.  Two thousand seasons were wasted wandering blindly along alien roads, another thousand spent seeking paths to the way out.  Thousands of seasons have passed.  Too generous in giving, divided, coming undone, taking on the values and beliefs of the one who came to harm us, incarcerated by dead tradition, feeble in face of steel and blade, soft and open, easily defeated by their arms and religious guile---enslavement came down hard.  Black Middle Passages, Holocausts (maafa), colonization, new colonization, new world orders, globalization was to come.  And it did.
