Problem is Opposite of Solution


If any scientific problem is to be understood thoroughly, one must go to the very beginning of that problem.  Next, the conditions that allowed that problem to develop must be systematically examined.  In the process, every single stage in the birth, growth, and development of the problem---its natural metamorphosis---must be examined until the solution becomes clear.  The solution to any scientifically defined problem is accurate in proportion to the precision, validity, and reliability of the method used to research it. 


Essentially, the problem statement, clearly defined, holds the elements of its solution within the problem statement itself.  Frame the problem statement accurately and the answer will be at the heart of the question---the solution will be the opposite of the problem. 



African Diaspora Problem Statement


What is the central problem of Africans in the Diaspora?  Africans were kidnapped and mass transported to be worked to death enslavedon white/arab stolen lands they did not own, building white and Arab civilizations for predatory/racist populations (not of their own race/culture) who treat them as little more than livestock/chattel.  They live lives that are not their own, dependent, subservient, mystical, lacking scientific/engineering technical know-how, carbon-copy whitewashed into Greco-roman/Christian slave culture (language, clothes, calendar, religion, holy land, holidays, heroes, architecture, values, beliefs, saviors, education, hair---everything), repressed underneath increasingly nazified populations who no longer need nor will accept nonwhite obsolete/superfluous labor, presence, or place in America.  An economic collapse is imminent/looming/forthcoming/inevitable.  White Nazi solutions will be final. Those unprepared, mystical, not paying attention will be led to slaughter in the millions.


With the introduction/maturation of labor replacing computer automated robotics (185-2008+) and deliberately opened national borders to selected/docile/cheap labor 1982-2005), African people in the United States are rapidly losing employment permanentlywhich is essentially the only means of earning a living for over 95% of the working age Black population.  Without jobs Black foreclosures, evictions, car repossessions, gas and water cut offs, electricity cut offs, hunger, homelessness, and denied health care are epidemic.  In Black neighborhood after neighborhood, Black workers are being laid off, forced out of the labor market, expelled from training programs, cut out of workfare and welfare, schools are being closed, hospitals are being boarded up, and recreation centers are being shut down.  With white-owned factories/plants closing and companies employing only whites and the undocumented/illegal workers they imported, Black family are left to fight for scraps and are losing out everywhere.  New York, Chicago. Detroit, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, Charleston, Philadelphia, Trenton, New Orleans, Atlanta, Birmingham, Baltimore, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Newark, Tampa, Oakland, Washington D.C., Milwaukee, Houston, Boston, Buffalo, Louisville, Memphis, Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Flint, Saginaw, St. Louis, Mobile---anywhere large numbers of Black people live, millions of them are coming undone.  What is causing this? CAMP.  Is it reversible? No. 


Computer Automation and the End of Wage Labor


Labor is why Black people were broght to the western hemisphere and into this country: enslaved labor, terrorized cheap sharecropped labored, cheap factory/textile labor, and present day temp, contract, and fast food labor.  Now these "democracies" have computerized robots and imported globalized cheap labor to do their work at a profit; they don't need the Black populations and are methodically shutting down black education, health care, housing, transportation, legal, recreational, higher learning, and mass media/communication institutions/industries.  At the same time they are setting up prisons for profit, Patriot Act Nazi laws, sending thousands to war, flooding the Black community with thousands of "down-low" AIDS carriers, and are institutionally setting millions of permanently jobless Black people up for mass death sentence.   Play time is up. 


Wage labor as we know it is ending and with it the means for 10's of millions in the United States to pay for the necessities of life (food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, health care and family care).  The microchip, computer, robot, and automated production line reduces production costs and cheapens the cost of reproducing life needs when not tied to a profit.  The microchip, robots and computers equal humanless production or computer automated machine production (CAMP).  CAMP, the core of the Scientific and Technological Revolution (STR), cheapened the cost of the instruments of scientific production, increasing output, reducing production time, increasing quality control, increasing productivity and replacing the need for human labor - workers - in production.   Ford, GM, Chrysler, newspapers, hospitals, schools, magazines, farms, factories, plants, construction, mining---any industry that uses CAMP is shedding it work force, managers, production line workers, foremen/forewomen, and even skilled engineers.  In turn, globalization accelerates technology by intensifying business competition and by speeding up the diffusion of technology through direct foreign investment in nations where profits can be made in the quickest, cleanest, cheapest way. 


Closed factories/plants/hospitals/schools force millions of workers into the streets unemployed.  The capitalist, white and Black do not care; they are focused on a profit. Foreclosure, car repossessions, credit nonpayment, and evictions are tied directly to workers losing their jobs---most of them working class and many of them middle class.  Robotization creates laorless factories/production.   Globalization lowers the higher wage to the level of the lowest wage on a world scale.  Fundamental to economics is the law that all value (traced/transfromed intoprofit) comes from the exploitation of labor power extracted in the form of surplus value from wage/salary laborers.  With laborless production, capital can no longer be utilized to create more surplus value. So, capital is being shifted into purely speculative investment, not invested overseas for the production of more commodities, but merely shifted, moved, transmitted around a global roulette table, transforming regional/colonial imperialism into predatory globalization.


Unless the market (those with money and means to purchase at a profit) can absorb the constantly expanding output, the economic systems become glutted, enters crisis, then, in time collapse---technological, economic, social, then political crisis.  Then the capitalist openly turn loose their military under the rule of their ultra-right wing Nazi parties.  Their solutions/contingencies were planned decades ago; and they are final solutions.  Ultimately, this crisis results in profitability collapse, but it appears as a crisis of overproduction, the inability to circulate commodities (houses, cars, shoes, computers, toys, clothes, food, paper, books, music, etc.) that the market cannot absorb in the period of sale.   As a result, each capitalist is compelled to seek out the cheapest labor and the most advanced technology to stay in business against other capitalist---lowering wages, cutting health care benefits, cutting retirement, ending paid sick leave, cutting vacations, and cutting pay to reflect global wage levels.  This is what huge corporations like Ford, GM, and Chrysler are doing in the automobile industry.  But the increased productiveness, commodity-output, mass of goods and services has not been matched by a proportionate increase in markets---i.e masses of people with money to buy what is produced.  Those people who would by the products cannot.  They lost their job, then their income, their house, their car, then their very livelihoods.  Many of them even lost their families.  The epicenter of this crisis/misery is in the Black community.  It will get worst.  It will not get better in this country's present economic system.   


Thus the "need" for regional wars (big ones) to create artificial demand for goods and services by destroying nations and rebuilding them with tax dollars transfered through multinational corporations.  The profits come from non-bid contracts from capitalist government to capitalist corporation----after destruction-rebuilding-destruction-rebuilding cycles.  Tearing up the world to rebuild it at a profit; what madness in these final years.  Their next central economic problem is an exploding, glutted, permanent surplus of commodities, products, labor and productive capacity inevitably generated by technological innovation and runaway globalization. These surpluses (without buyers) adversely affect construction, housing, computers, steel, auto, textiles, mining and extraction, agriculture, telecommunications, computer technology, robotics, clothing manufacturing, school supplies, education, transportation, electronic appliances - essentially every industry.   Backlogs lead to fire-sales below the cost of production, which means profit lost and, in time, ultimately that business going out of business.  Competition is, therefore, fierce.  Many are driven to robotisize/computerize.  Others are driven to lease factories in near slave-labor allowing countries in Asia.


Understanding this, these major white corporations (in order to maintain profitability) must lower their break-even point by closing plants, breaking contracts, bringing in illegal scab Hispanic labor, phasing out unprofitable product line, redeploying parts of the production process overseas in cheap labor spots, reducing fixed costs by selling plants and other assets, cutting retirement benefits, cutting health care, slashing wages, cutting out middle-level employees, converting jobs to temporary work, ending vacation time, cutting out pensions---cheating workers out of life and living.  As always Black populations get the worst of the worst first.  This results in millions of idle dependent unemployed workers, most of them Black.  Unemployment leads to foreclosures, homelessness, evictions, repossessions, hunger---a general economic breakdown of communities, the disintegration and collapse of the global financial system and the trading system with it in the coming years. The problem is further complicated for Black populations by the fact that Mexico and the United States in their actions agreed in the 1980's-2000's to allow over 21 million undocumented workers into the United States to serve as the cheap labor force to replace the Black population.  As they continue to lower the wages in the United States (median/adjusted for inflation) they undercut their buying market, leading to more and more surplus labor and surplus goods, with not enough incomes/wages/salaries to purchase the glut.


The general, historical trend is the growth of long-term unemployment (much of it not showing up in the statistics), the stagnation of wages, the dismantling of social programs, and the sharply growing inequality in incomes. such that for this capital to generate profits, it must plunge workers into slave (or near-slave) conditions, and seek returns from speculative adventures, attempt to maintain the circulation of goods through the extension of credit, a maneuver done in the hope that consumers will eventually be able to pay off their mounting debt.  This process imposes greater and greater burdens on commerce and societies - debt obligations that cannot possibly be fulfilled by the future and, sooner or later, must be liquidated, written off or forgiven.  With electronics driving down the value of labor power, and therefore wages, more members of the household are compelled to enter the job market, or to work past retirement age, or to take on multiple jobs in unsuccessful attempts to maintain a slipping standard of living. Others are being driven to the bottom of the job market by the end of welfare. This is temporarily providing a cheaper alternative to technology.


Labor/technology, wage/profits, constant capital/variable capital, are all driven in competition down to the level of their reproduction.  Delphi, Ford, GM, Detroit School District, --any institution in the USA has to fall into line.  The capitalist does not care if production is done by the robots/computers/laser-automated assembly lines or by industrial slaves in Asia, Africa, and the Pacific Islands.  Globalization - capitalism in the age of CAMP and the STR - removes all barriers to the mobility of capital in all its forms, including those barriers imposed by the state. 


Context for African American/African Reunification


The white federal and state solutions are to build more prisons, create prisons for profit, transform robust Black men and women into "down-low" and low down degenerates turned loose out of prison onto an unsuspecting/unprepared defenseless Black community.  AIDS in Washington DC is epidemic in the Black community because of the down-low phenomena/filth.  Jobless Blacks who will commit property crimes will end up in jail or prison depending on the severity of their crime.  This is deliberate on the part of the whites.  The white capitalist ruling class knows that people without jobs do not have an income required to meet their daily needs of food, clothing, shelter, education, health care, transportation and recreation.  They are desperate.  Most of them without morals, lacking an understanding of what they are up against, and just trying to get by, get involved in all types of quick money scams.  Ignorance leads to easy captures, convictions, and prison labor conscription.  Prison ends of making mice of men or the few diamonds shaped by pressure and time.  However, most Black men who went in rotten and came out rotten end up coming out of prison down-low after having been low-down and filthy for so many years.  


But whites never cared for Africans, we were to be their slaves, servants, clowns, comics, and running jokes.  Many fought this, most, however, fell in line.  Historically, as long as the general white population met their needs, it did not matter whether nonwhites lived or died.  Between 1619 and 1865 whites in the United States worked to death over 42 million Africans (those that lived and died enslaved) during the holocaust of enslavement.  Hundreds of millions of African lives were destroyed to get tens of millions to the western hemisphere to be enslaved.  From 1866-1965, whites terrorized and worked to death Black people in a system of Klan-enforced plantation serf-labor which was slavery without the name.  No voting rights, no citizenship rights, filthy outhouses, no reparations, no apology, no good faith repenting and repayment, just the worst of everything; and, yet, the whites claimed they had a democracy/democratic tradition, along with South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Rhodesia---all democracies for the whites.


Although economic conditions alone have not been sufficient to drive Black people to move to another country, violence by whites have.  And it will take open violence against Black people before they consider leaving the country.  The emerging white Nazi movement in the United States is formidable.  These degenerates aim to exterminate anything nonwhite which is of no use to the profitable maintenance of the white capitalist ruling class.  Yet given the accumulated rage against whites for their treatment of us over these past few hundred years, coupled with the tough and hardened youth who have nothing to lose by fighting back, the Black reaction will be unprecedented.


Shifting material realities impose change on people.  The conditions in which people lived and worked changed, thereby forcing Black people to make changes in their lives accordingly. 

The white violence, diminished opportunities, weather conditions and fluctuation in the price and demand of life will force blacks to search for answers as far from their situation as possible.  They will go from city to city, state to state, county to county looking for work, begging, pleading, changing, assimilating, and even groveling for any kind of work. 

Much of the work will end up having an element of vice, some will be criminal, and other types will be immoral.  But in a capitalist society a worker lives selling their labor power to the highest bidder.  When there is no job there is no wage or salary, no wage or salary no housing, food, clothing, education, health care, transportation, recreation or means to support your family. 

Even many churches will have to turn away members who cannot put any thing in the collection plate.  In this moment, Black people will continue to be put out of work without the social networks-of-dependency formerly in place to assist with food and housing.  The criminalization of blackness and poverty will intensify, thereby paving paths to prisons and cemeteries, as a way to address the group of un- or limited-skilled unemployed people.  The harshness of these shifting realities will hit people hard in this moment, as they have done in the past.


In the course of change, people are drawn to places (solutions) that appear to address what they consider to be the fundamental problems (causes of their changing conditions). 

  • 1. In an earlier Return-to-Africa movement, Black families were drawn initially to Liberia because it was presented as a viable option for Black people and supported financially by whites.
  • 2. For those who emigrated later, Liberia presented itself as a solution to a life of white rule and violence; it offered an opportunity for Black people to prosper economically, where they could not in America.
  • 3. In the emerging moment, Black people driven to live in more harsh conditions than at present will view Africa-in particular the countries that appear the most prosperous-as a place offering new opportunities.


Most people simply want to live their lives without hitches, even if their lives are truly unrewarding and/or difficult. 

  • 1. In factories, on farms, in business, and in public employment, Black people have historically shown themselves willing to struggle and work hard in any of the menial jobs, alienating work assignments, employment discrimination situations, unjust wars---any dirty/filthy job under the rule of whites if it meant that they were not terrorized, brutalized and targeted for mass killings.
  • 2. It took the direct violence of whites to shake many from the daily routine of living in search of an out.


Driving Forces of Past Back-to-Africa Movement


The decision to leave the United States and move to Africa is shaped by a combination of forces, which can be called "push" and "pull" factors.  The push factors consist of conditions that force people out of a given situation and the pull factors are what draw people to a particular area. 


The forces pushing blacks to leave America in the late 1800s included white violence, diminished/non-existent opportunities to provide for families, and market forces.  White violence against black people increased after the end of Reconstruction, and intensified at particular moments and locations from the late 1870s on.  White violence, while it persisted rather constantly, was most pronounced in areas where the number of blacks roughly approximated that of whites, and at times when labor shortages existed. 


To a lesser degree other factors contributed to black people considering and preparing for emigration.  For example, the 1880s saw alternating droughts and heavy rains and a decline in the value and demand of U.S. cotton.  In the 1890s, cotton prices hit rock bottom, forcing black farm workers out of work.


People were drawn to Liberia because it represented a place where black people could rule themselves, without the white violence and mistreatment.  In addition, black people hoped and expected that economic opportunities would allow them to prosper. Exodus clubs formed.

It appears that when farm work was in short supply, blacks found ways to survive through relocation or other means.  In other words, economic conditions alone were not strong enough to force blacks out of this country.  It was when white violence and mistreatment increased and was more systematically coordinated that black people considered emigration.


There were essentially two different groups of black people who emigrated to Liberia in the 1870s-90s; one went with the expectation of wealth and the other groups was motivated by being in a place of black self-rule.  Those searching for wealth were often disappointed and among those who portrayed Liberia in a negative light.  Those who sought self-determination spoke more highly of their experience, even when recognizing hardship

The so-called middle class blacks in America opposed emigration.  Their interests were rooted in maintaining their position in America.  They could not do this without black workers.  For one, because most blacks were tied to the harsh conditions of agricultural life and work, a small elite group of blacks was able to emerge.  In other words, they did not have to work in agriculture because someone else did.  In addition, this small group understood that if whites supported the emigration of blacks, it would not be long before they were forced out too.  So opposition to the Back-to-Africa movement was partially rooted in the desire and need of the black elite to remain in America. 


Members of the white ruling class fluctuated in their support of black emigration.  In the early 1830s, wealthy whites invested in emigration efforts by creating the American Colonization Society, funding it, and sponsoring families to move to Liberia.  Interest among this group increased particularly after Nat Turner led his courageous effort against a group of Virginia enslavers.  Northern and southern wealthy shared a common interest in this regard.  At the close of the Civil War, emigration was a welcome response to a newly freed population whose presence presented a looming threat to the security of whites.  Once it became clear, however that cheap labor was still needed in agricultural production-there were too few white farm workers and no cheaper, mechanized alternative-blacks quickly became tied to the land through policy and violence.  It was at this time that the efforts to leave intensified among those most directly affected by the shifting economic, political and social realities.


Whites, particularly those living in relative proximity of black communities (where populations fairly equal in size), supported black emigration in favor of attracting white workers to meet the labor needs.  In 1880, for example, a group of whites in Helena, AK formed an immigration bureau to encourage foreign whites to come to the country.  The expectation was never realized, however, because the flow of white foreigners remained quite small (it was never enough to meet the labor needs).  To meet labor needs, white farmers conspired to keep black workers from leaving.  In one case, for example, planters clubbed together and paid prices for cotton for no more than $.50 for 100 lbs of cotton picked, instead of customary rates.  Such efforts prevented blacks from saving enough money to pay travel expenses.

Reciprocity means not only to receive, but to give equally in return. This is the central element of ancient African Kmt's principles of Maat.

People will move only when the conditions have become unacceptable.  Given what Black people came out of (enslavement), the harsh conditions of farm life-in both fertile and barren times-were tolerable.  It wasn't until after the white violence intensified that Black people organized to leave.  Similarly, when the conditions of the present moment become unbearable, Black people will prepare to leave in waves.  Whites and their hanger-ons make up near 83% of the nation's population.  Black people are barely 13.1% in 2008.  All essential industries in the nation are completely controlled by whites, mainly conservative white capitalists.  Their economic system is one major recession away from collapse.  This process will take perhaps a decade to reach its bottom, although the process leading up to the economic degeneration will unfold in relative form in manufacturing, mining, construction, agriculture, finance, education, health care, government, recreation, housing, criminal justice, and even religion.  


Economic conditions are the basis of change although they alone are not strong enough to force blacks out of this country.  Only when white violence and mistreatment intensify will a more systematic and coordinated consideration of emigration take place.  As has occurred in three key moments (late 1700, early to mid 1800, and the early 1920's under Garvey) the economic crisis, violence, tired of being used and abused, pent up anger for the ages, and the weight of centuries of being out of place---the solitary kinetic energy of centuries---all converge to force fundamentally self determining decisions to be made.  Honest, common people will make these decisions.  With dignity and honor they will prepare to do what the moment demands; they will measure up.


Return to Africa a welcome response. In time, a mass Black Return-to-Africa emigration will be considered a welcome response to the burgeoning population (over 15.7 million and growing) of unemployed and unemployable educated Black workers, whose presence presents a looming threat to the security of whites in the United States. 


1. Just look at France, the rebelling Black and brown youth. Think what will happen when American Black youth have nothing to lose. Just think when the Nazi whites begin their final solution to the African problem.  Appreciate what 256 years of direct slavery and another 100 years of being cheated and discriminated against builds up in a population.  That will explode.  And no Nazi movement of lied-to whites (also out of work) will be able to bottle up that fury.  The decades of "we shall over come" and crawling around letting whites beat you up to get integration will be forgotten as quickly as it was in 1966, 67, and 68.  The white ruling class understands this.   

2. You cannot kidnap 10's of millions of people, mass transport them half way around the world, work hundreds of millions of innocent Black people to death, and not have a great problem to solve when their offspring are no longer needed to work, and thus, have a means to live.   With pent-up anger already simmering and expressed in mass marches around the country (Jena, Million man, Million woman, million youth, million family), it is only a matter of time before some delusional white supremacist kills the wrong Black person, similar to when they killed Dr. King.  Rivers will overflow. 

3. As it stands, white Nazis see a death sentence of obsolete Black people in the same way that they saw mass extermination for Jews. Only mass preparation and mass replanting of educated/technically trained Africans (Black People) in significant African nations will solve the first stages of this question.

4. The white ruling class has already imported a docile/nearly white Hispanic work force into the country from Mexico. The Black Hispanics were kept out, deliberately. There are over 21 million undocumented/illegal (non Black or non Afro- latino) Hispanics in the United States today. White Cubans are let in as a policy, free education, free health care, free housing, free jobs, low cost loans---you would think they had landed in a socialist country. Black Hispanics are turned away by the thousands, and spineless white radicals have not opened their mouths.  They are too busy sheltering, teaching english lessons, and giving jobs to illegal/undocumented almost white hispanics.  This is by design. They need jobs to live, but Black people (citizens) need jobs also.  In Detroit alone---a city that is over 85% Black---only 7% of the construction jobs go to Black workers, while the largest share go to illegal Hispanics. Even some white workers are losing their jobs and have begun to protest and arm themselves. Capitalists are seeking the cheapest possible labor, even if it has to import it from Mexico and other parts of central America---as long as it is cheap, docile and nearly white.  A Black life means nothing to them.  A Black family means nothing to them.  Just profits. 

5. An element of the white ruling class considers the implications of having a group of educated/semi-educated unemployed Blacks. Whites become increasingly worried about the presence of an unemployed Black population clustering in neighboring communities, angry, figuring out what is unfolding, facing obsolescence, needing a job, needing an income, needing a means to care for their families. The very existence of an educated, unemployed Black community undermineswhite security; anybody who can think is a threat to them.  A fool is easy to defeat; most African movements have been led by folk ill-prepared, some of them fools.  A thinker can turn the tide, take the weapons, take their best, reverse engineer, take what the brutes bring to the fight and use it against them---like the Vietnamese did. Those who rule are fully aware of this. 

In time, through the legislative arm of the white ruling class, this class of liberal whites will support assistance to find a place in Africa for Blacks to relocate-a place of asylum---for the interests of white.  Like Liberia and any other English-speaking West African nation. They will use the co-opted reparations movement, and a few crumbs to a few chicken-little Black misleaders as a tool for their Black-skin white insides colonies in areas of African that have strategic importance---mainly oil, other fossil fuels and minerals.   In time the indigenous Africans will see through this and run those carbon copy black-whites into the ocean.   But desperate people try anything; and when this economy collapses the desperate white ruling class will turn loose all of its running dogs. Some will have teeth and some will not.   

6. Temporarily this group of liberal whites will share interests with the Nazi whites who seek initially to rid their cities of undesirable Blacks. The Blacks that remain will be, in time, rounded up if they are not already in jail/prison, and they will be quickly mass-killed in some modern/technologically "justified" effective way. AIDS is too slow though effective, 46% of the US cases are Black while Blacks make up 13.1% of the population; 70% of the new youth cases are Black; Washington DC ("down-low" capitol of the US) has 1/20 Black people living with HIV/AIDS, the highest rate in the industrialized world.  But gassing and burning are quicker.  All of the serious Nazi organizations have already outlined this process in their literature. Only the ignorant, narcotized, spineless preacher-led folk will think that a white god will save them when a Jew god did not save 6.8 million Jews.  And no Arab god is saving 4.5 million Blacks in Darfur. The people will organize and save themselves or they will be pushed around for now and for generations to come.  There are lessons here.

7. Even white workers living in relative proximity of Black communities will support Black emigration, some will even pay for it; Blacks considered undeserving of jobs that whites could have. Unemployed whites are considered more deserving of the remaining jobs.  With factory closings, plant closings, foreclosures, evictions, school closing, debt crisis, and domestic violence at all time highs final solutions will be sought.  White nationalism always becomes Aryanized ultra-white supremacy in times of severe economic crisis in white countries.


Different groups of Black people will consider and approach emigration differently.  One with the expectation of wealth and others being motivated by reality of Black self-rule.  Those searching for wealth will be disappointed, labeled sell-out, uncle toms, and stoolpigeons, tools (and connected with whites).  Those seeking self-determination will speak more highly of their experience, even when recognizing hardship.


Opposition to emigration will be voiced by a class of blacks who benefit, although temporarily, from remaining. 

1. Their opposition reflects the knowledge that they will be unable to remain as long as masses of other Black people leave-Black people purchase goods and services from Black-fronted white businesses.

2. With no blacks to purchase, those who front the white businesses will be out of a job. In addition, as white Nazis support the emigration/extermination of blacks, it will not be long before this group is forced out too. Opposition to the Back-to-Africa movement is partially rooted in the desire and need of the Black elite to remain in America as a well compensated tool of whites---the house negro. There are over 3.5 million Black folk who fit that label.  The Nazi's will have a field day with them after they finish the main course---if only you could ask the small core of collaborating Jews what happened to them: gassed, shot, and burned, just later after they were no longer of any use.

3. The white ruling class fluctuates in their support of Black emigration. Profits determine their decisions however.  Cheap labor forces that are docile are their targets.  Blacks, knowing the history of white enslavement are not as cheap and not as docile as illegal aliens. Wealthy whites will invest in emigration efforts through agencies they establish or indirectly through the governmental apparatus if it benefits them---in Africa or wherever they can send a colony.

4. They prefer Black-skin white colonies in Africa having the same role as the Jews in the middle east---a disruptive tool of white capitalist geo-political/economic/military regional control. Only the Blacks of the negro type would get pennies on the dollar (and be happy to get them) as opposed to $8-$10 billion dollars per year the Jews in Israel get.

5. Black people who still have jobs and therefore a place, albeit temporary, will initially oppose white support of emigration, and therefore emigration itself seeing it as a ploy to rid the US of blacks. Even steel melts when heated enough.  With the mounting foreclosure crisis to hit the last hired who are the first fired (Blacks), these Black critics will be forced to look into African places around the world that they were otherwise repulsed by.  Better hurry before the white man freezes your assets; most will be too late.  Africans on the continent should be leery of this group of self-hating, unreconstructed, un-deEuropeanized/un-deArabized Black people. They will, like a deadly virus, be an easy tool of their white masters because they are not leaving because they want to leave. They are leveling because circumstances beyond their control force them out.  They'll spread hate and dis-harmony wherever they go unless they are reborn before they leave. 

Then even a few Nazi groups will seek a location in Africa that will virtually guarantee non-return of the Black settlers.   


1. Their goal is to get the brains of any mass uprising out of the country so they can have their way with what is left of the bible/koran carrying mass of nonviolent we-shall-overcomers. In a fight, it is easy pickings if one group ignorantly shows up with their hands tied behind their back with a bible in their pocket while crawling around on their knees.

2. This is the Klan's kind of fight when their opponent is self-hating, ignorant, confused, unarmed, and seeking to take a beating---or a gassing. Redemptive suffering may get you a nobel peace prize, but it has never stopped a holocaust, genocide, mass murder. Soberly face this period and prepare. If you cannot change yourself, don't just march your own children to the gas ovens.  Get them prepared to get out and get on with new lives.

3. Black people moving should be intimately aware of the environment in which they move. Do not take what the whites/Arabs say about an African nation; research for yourself.  This is part of preparation work. Prepare to maintain self governing/education with no assistance from whites and Arabs.

4. Continued tightening of laws to restrict the movement of Black people within their communities will inspire the most forward thinking to begin packing their bags. As laws continue changing and conditions worsen, many Blacks will become even more pessimistic about any future in the United States.   Things cannot get any better.  Only Nazi dictatorships await collapsing capitalist/socialist economies around the world.  Don't listen to day-dreaming white liberals and radicals when they tell you they can win before the collapse.  Remember Bacons Rebellion, Revolutionary War, Civil War, Reconstruction, Depression, Civil Rights Movement, Katrina.  They cowardly hid behind you, then blended in with the White Backlash in every period.  Even today they stood and watched Affirmative Action (as token as it was) be replaced with the fantasy of reverse discrimination--a Nazi concept and platform.   No, form your own independent organization.  Create your own independent press.  Publish your own books, print your own scientific ideas.  Judge people on their deeds.  Make any radical/liberal pay reparations before you even consider temporary alliances.

5. Next, nationalist Blacks, hip to the racist motives of whites will seek their own places to emigrate and organize others to follow. Will consider Ghana and the Caribbean or South America. Zionism is of no use in this period, however. It is equality, justice, and bringing skills/abilities, along with humility and hard work which will serve as a basis for Diaspora to Africa reunification.  Learn to build, teach, plant, harvest, create, love Black and the transition will be made possible.  Leave the white and Arab baggage in the slave countries you leave from.  Slave mess deserves to be buried. 

6. Liberal and left of liberal whites, as well as some Blacks will view the white pro-emigration groups as a white man's movement that was part of America's racial problem, not its solution. Others will see movement as a symbol of Black nationalism, a place where "civilized" Black people ruled themselves. Black interest in emigration shifts as white sentiment appears to shift-when it appears that blacks make strides, they will seek to remain. They have not made stride in the past 39 years. In fact, relative to whites Black people have fallen behind in every significant quality of life indicator and measurement of wealth accumulation. Some whites will look toward the Caribbean or South America to deposit blacks. This is not answer, though it may temporarily ease their own internal problems in their own communities.

7. As revenue declines in the white philanthropic organizations, so too will their support of Black emigration.

8. Black interest in emigration will be high, regardless of white support, as violence persists and increases. The most intense Black interest in emigration comes during periods were moments of sharp racial conflict.

9. The greatest atrocities of violence and fraud will take place in Black-majority counties and states where whites need to suppress Black votes to get or maintain power. Black people will lose voting rights in the areas where their numbers threatened white control. This will intensify as the economic crisis continues, expands.

10. As possibilities for emigration to Africa ebb and flow, interest will desperately shift to closer destinations-Canada, the Caribbean. In the past, (early 1800's, early 1900's) the US federal government looked into this. The U.S. Senate committee even studied the feasibility of federal aid for migration of Black citizens from areas where their rights were denied to territories where they would be respected. Poverty rather than lack of interest probably best explains the modest numbers, for few blacks will be able to afford the cost of travel.

11. Though many wealthy Blacks will criticize those whites supportive of emigration as racist and hell-bent on removing the country's Black population, in time, the Return-to-Africa movement will shift from being a white man's institution to a Black grassroots movement.

12. Garvey's version of Black Nationalism argued that African Americans' quest for social equality was a delusion. They were fated to be a permanent minority who could never assimilate because white Americans would never let them. African Americans, therefore, could not improve their condition or gain autonomy in the United States. Only in Africa was self-emancipation possible.  But carbon-copy zionism won't solve our problem this time.  Study Diop, honor his inference, rebuild form the foundation of Black ancient Kmt.

The group that is most organized, fierce, dedicated, morally sound, prepared, independent  will assume leadership in moments of change and direct the process to serve its interests. 

1. In the early stage of the Back-to-Africa movement white northerners and southerners conspired to relocate "free" blacks to Liberia. This population of blacks never broke the relationship with the whites and remained dependent on for their livelihood.

2. Later efforts to leave America continued to be orchestrated and supported by whites; the population of blacks remained umbilically linked to their former masters (Arabs and Whites).

3. From this experience we understand that the population most able to lead will and advance preparation is needed to ensure that the flow of people from America is carried out in a manner that ensures a proper landing in a system already organized.

Preparation for leaving takes place without fanfare.  A study of the past reveals important lessons in efforts to return to Africa: 





For one, we cannot permit whites/Arabs to play a hand at any point in the process of our planning, leaving, arriving, or settling in Africa; we must have charge of all that we do without taking payoffs from any historical enslaver. 


Secondly, we must be clear about where we will go and our purpose in going.  Do not take the white/Arab baggage of religion, clothing, names, beliefs, arrogance, dependency, laziness, self-hate, vice, drug abuse, softness, mystical beliefs, time wasting, fear.   Get rid of those Arab and white names today.  Stop frying your hair, today.  Stop using profanity; always keep your world; admit your mistakes and correct them.  


Thirdly, we must have a plan for leaving here and arriving there which includes contacts, land, money, institutions, reciprocity and respect for African culture and history. 


Fourthly, we must know what we are going to do when we get there, not get there in fall in line with what is there---the whites and the Arabs control the north and south coastlines of Africa---they occupy them smashing the center in a giant predatory vice that has lasted for well over 1700 years in recent history.    


Fifth,we must prepare to leave without fanfare or fear.  Just remember what these Arabs and whites did to you and you won't fear them.  Harriet Tubman did not run from or back down to any of them.  She stood.  That is why she is a supreme ancestor, a Judge, a model of what we oght to be.  Today we have these cowardly "we shall overcome" preachers leading our people to slaughter.  Do not follow them.  Let them pay the lease on those white churches, buy their own fancy cars, houses, and jet planes.  Pay your rent, buy your food, take care of your children/families and life a just life---our ancestors believed we are judged based on what we did in life, our life's works.  Do not follow pimps and talkers, you should lead yourselves.  They are pure death, and can only lead you to some pie in the sky fantasy that even they are too ignorant/dependent to conjure up for themselves.  They have to go to the white and Arabs Bibles and Korans for a story from the enslavers.  Study our own independent leaders.  Model after them. 

All in all, most Black people will not initially be preparing themselves for a massive outward migration (they will move like nomads from city to city, temp job to temp job, insult to insult, groveling to groveling until their time runs out and the Nazi movement tracks them down).  In fact the thought will not enter the minds of many until the conditions force them to consider leaving.  An unorganized movement will naturally flow into English-speaking African countries. 


Chosen misleaders will be bankrolled by various white/Arab interests to organize groups to emigrate initially to West Africa and those East African regions of particular economic interest to the whites/Arab. 

The Islamic/Arab Blacks will go where the Islamic/Arab cultures are, blend in, assimilate, and move further and further away from Black civilization and closer toward Arab civilization.  The Chrisitianized/Greco-roman  Blacks will move where the whites allow them, blend in, assimilate, and pass into whiteness.    

Those Innocent Ones, those most fit, those humble, those righteous, those fearless, those willing to tranform themselves, those listening, those heedless, those reborn,  those who are engaging in preparation work will be in a position to guide the movement of Black people into an area of greatest benefit to our Black race, civilization, and culture.  The most organized of the preparers quietly plant and nurture seeds in fertile ground.  When the time comes, they will ride the crest of Black people's kinetic energy and guide it in such a way that we win.  Sure the white Nazi movement and its government will be waiting.  With snitches, stoolpigons, and other degenerates everywhere, they already have studied what must occur and they are preparing to reek havoc where they can.  That did not stop Harriet Tubman, and it should not stop this era's great leaders.  The operative terms are "where they can."  Match them in this life and the next.  They are no better than you.  In fact they owe you everything; given the harm they have caused, your will alone should be enough to overcome them.  Just remember slavery, remember the debt.  Prepare to win, know victory, be principled.  Seek justice.

But more than anything, we should think more of all the wasted opportunities we have had here to get a proper technical/scientific education.  This was our fault; the doors were partially open; the ignorant white mass actually believed the ruling class propaganda that we were innately inferior to them; we could have technically educated ourselves quietly and got out of here.  As it stands today we barely have 1.8% of the world's applied scientists.  But even still, with 55 million Black people in motion, those leaving should not worry who stands in their way.  Waves can move cities as with New Orleans and Katrina.  In fact the pent-up Black kinetic energy released in this period will have even the most rabid white Nazi helping thousands to leave, rather than engage morally inflamed/indignant people backed into a corner with nothing to lose.  Sure there is a large Black population crawling around non-violent with preachers thinking a god is gonna answer their prayer this time around because they are more special than the 600,000,000 of our ancestors who did not get anything worth anything out of this life.  The blind will lead the blind into the ditch every time.  Ask the Jews in Nazi Germany.  Clearly, millions will be slaughtered by these white clever cunning killers if the Black learning curve is slow and the mass is caught with its hands tied behind its back.   They want this as a completely white country for whites, regardless of the economic system.  They will have a field day with marchers, talkers, and prayers who have no works.   

Let them have their country.  You have your own African civilization to rebuild, in this lifetime. It is high time that you started to rebuild it rather than spending more lives/labor/livings building white and Arab civilizations that continue to enslave and brutalize Black people all over the world. 

Move anything and anyone that stands in your path.   You do not deserve their final solution.  They got away with a 500 year holocaust.  Prepare for this time.  Face them as Harriet did.  They are no better than us.  In fact, they owe us everything they own.
