The impact of technological change has definite race, class, gender, culture and generation implications.  The same ruling class that owns the means of production and fervently pursues ways to cheapen production, also organizes/rules institutions of health, education, welfare, law, politics, recreation, military, housing, social security, retirement, mass media, sport, entertainment, religion and criminal justice according to a stratification system that favors members of its race, class, gender, and culture. 

USA white workers, middle classes, and upper middle classes have been bought off in the form of privilege, better wages, better jobs-and as a result, better food, clothing, shelter, education, health care, recreation, culture, transportation, luxuries, etc.-which means that they will do what is politically, socially, and economically necessary to secure the few remaining jobs, including eliminating affirmative action in education and employment; creating new (mostly low-paying service) jobs in largely white communities; and directing tax revenues to white capitalists through contracts and kickbacks. Like mercenaries these white workers will support their white ruling classes to the very end.  In the coming decade, the white nazi movement is the first mass movement they will join.  Ultra white nationalism, Aryanism white supremacy is a cultural reflex for the European population.  Study their history in times of economic crisis.  Their nazifiaction is a certainty---a foregone conclusion.  Black people on the other hand have historically come undone. The Garvey movement is an exception, at least the first two years of it.  Therefore, it must be studied carefully.  In this period the economic conditions are ripening.   

1. The central economic problem in 2008 is a growing, permanent surpluses of goods, labor and productive capacity inevitably generated by technological innovation and the free-running industrial globalization.
2. These surpluses affect steel, auto, housing, textiles, agriculture, telecommunications, computer technology, robotics, clothing manufacturing electronic appliances - virtually every industry, except those on the cutting edge today (like semiconductors).
3. To maintain profitability, corporations must lower their break-even point, redeploying parts of the production process overseas, reducing fixed costs by selling plants and other assets, cutting retirement benefits, cutting health care, slashing wages, cutting out middle-level employees, converting jobs to temporary work, hiring scabs and breaking unions.   This is at the center of the housing crisis: foreclosures occur because stable homeowners cannot pay their loans on time.  They cannot pay because they have either lost their jobs, had their pay cut, been forced to pay their health insurance, been laidoff, been reduce to parttime or a combination of all above.
4. This results in reserves of millions of idle people with no job, no food, no futures---these are the people being evicted, having their cars repossessed, being foreclosed, put out of jobs, turned away from hospitals, turned away from schools, closed from hospitals and clinics, closed from recreation centers. 
5. Then there is the unused production which the capitalists start and fight wars to destroy so they can produce them again at tax payer expense.  They are planning World War III to get them out of this emerging global commodity glut.  By detroying markets they hope to recreate (artificially) scarcity and thus mass demand for commodities.  But this time robots will produce the commodities, thus workers will not be put back to work, and the economies will not restore themselves.

The result in African communities is increasing unemployment, evictions, foreclosures, homelessness, hunger, depression, broken families and cutbacks in jobs and services, which bring about further lay offs, service reductions, and plant closures.   The white lower working class is now faced with the same crisis Black folks have faced for the past decade.   They mostly are taking the reactionary/Nazi positions they have historically taken, even going after affirmative action, a small token program which had already been so gutted that it had little material value to any other population than white women. 

Master the fundamentals of political economy: The ideas of the ruling race, class, gender, and culture are the ideas of society.  The ruling ideas of a society are the ideas of the ruling class. The state form is determined by the needs of the ruling class and its ability to reorganize society in accordance with its needs.  The ruling RCGCG uses the state apparatus to organize its affairs and to impose its will.   The race is white, the class is capitalist, the culture is Greco-Roman/Christian fantasy and fraud, and the gender is male rule.  Most of what is Black culture, almost all of what is Black culture is assimilated from whites and Arabs---names, religions, clothes, holidays, calendars, holy days, saviors, diets, beliefs, habits, holy lands, architecture, games, recreation, language---everything---in life and in death.  Any change in the form or function of the state machine undertaken by the ruling RCGCG is made in accordance with its changing needs and always with reference to strengthening and extending its position of rule.  

Lessons from White Feudalism's Collapse and the Birth of White Capitalism

Human history in North America began, not in evolution but in migration.  The continent was populated from Asia, by way of the Bering Strait, between 35,000 and 10,000 years ago by successive waves of Asian emigrants from their ancestral homelands in northeastern Asia.^[1]

Initially, all modern humans originated on the north-south axis of eastern Africa between 150,000 and 200,000 years ago, and moved into the rest of the globe between 85,000 and 25,000 years ago. ^[2]  The peopling of North, South, and Central America was merely the initial northeastern-most expression of this process.  Born in Africa, on the equator, in an extremely hot and temperate climate, all human life was initially Black before it migrated to other parts of the world and adapted to other climates.  Essentially, then, the origins of the earliest humans in the Western Hemisphere trace back to Asia in the same way that Asians and Europeans ultimately trace their origins back to Africa.^[3]  Humans began in one place, Africa, and became different in skin, hair, and eye color as they migrated out of Africa to different parts of the world.

Ice Ages are the engines of mass migration, they also context for phenotypic adaptations in the human species.  During the Wisconsin glaciation,^[4]gradually these Asian populations crossed frozen land-bridges into Beringia,^[5]and traveled via the Alaskan Refuge.  Next they moved southward between the Cordilleran (parallel mountain ridges characteristics of the western United States and Mexico) and Laurentide^[6]glacial masses down along the coastal fringes of Alaska, up the Fraser, Yukon, and McKenzie rivers valleys and the southeastern side of the Rocky Mountains.  They then migrated into what is now called North America, proceeding west to California, south to New Mexico, east to New York and Pennsylvania, and southeast into Florida, Georgia and Texas.   These Asian populations adapted phenotyically to the environments that they migrated into.

So by the time that Columbus shipwrecked in the Western Hemisphere on a murderous treasure hunt targeting India on October 12, 1492, whites had been invading, conquering, burning, looting, torturing, raping, stealing and mass murdering each other and nonwhites for thousands of years.   Conquest for them was a way of life, especially when their economic systems (primitive communalism, slavery, and feudalism) were on the verge of collapsing.  White convicts, criminals, rapists, thieves, the unemployed, the unproductive and other good-for-nothings were dumped on the nonwhite world with new titles of explorers, missionaries, conquistadors, slave traders, and entrepreneurs. 

Bible and gun in hand, Spanish, French, Portuguese, English, Swedes, Jews, Brandenburg Germans, Danes, Dutch, Scots, Irish---all kinds of whites collectively cannibalized and killed off the the people of Guanahani Island (later called the Bahamas), crushed the Inca in South America, exterminated the Tasmanians in New Zealand, exterminated on the Caribs and Arawaks in the Caribbean Islands, raped and ravaged the Aztecs in Central Americas, wiped out or worked to death hundreds of millions of Africans, murdered millions of Australian aborigines, seized Indo-China and the Far East, plundered Polynesia, pillaged India, razed the Pacific Islands, exterminated the indigenous populations of Hawaii, .seized Greenland and Iceland,  Alaska, and Siberia, etc.  Only Red China in the 20th century relentlessly rooted whites off of their land.

After methodically wiping the land clear of the indigenous Chechimecan inhabitants---from 15th century Hispaniola to 16th century Central America and South America to 17th century New England to 18th century South Carolina and Georgia to 19th century California---these whites harnessed a kidnapped African labor force in the Southern states and proceeded to build a capitalist society in the Northern states of what became called the United States.  

In total, in less than 300 years these whites ruthlessly depopulated then seized four continents and thousands of islands.   Whites also captured/carved-up Africa, while clawing like buzzards with Arabs over stolen Northern African land.  In post-Columbian invasions, white murderously seized 25,400,000 square miles of land, some 41% of the fertile land surface of the planet earth.  By 1900, most of the world belonged to Europeans.  North America, South America, Africa, Australia, the South Pacific, Central America, the Caribbean, New Zealand, Greenland, Siberia, and Iceland were totally dominated by whites.  Africa had been raped of its human populations then carved up and parceled out to white nations.  Burma, India, Indo-China, the East Indies, parts of Arab territories, and all of the Satellite islands of the South Pacific including Hawaii, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines were all white possessions, and protectorates.   But even this was not enough for them. 

All societies are born, develop, die, and then are reborn in a higher society.   Whites recovered from their feudal dark age at the expense of Africa and the nonwhite world.  Dying feudal societies regress back into slave societies before they advance into capitalist societies, therefore whites were enslaving each other in Europe for hundreds of years before they turned to the west coast of Africa.  This regression period, this period of mass enslavement, can be exported, and was exported as the whites: (1) seized over 23,400,000 square miles of fertile nonwhite land around the world, some 41% of the fertile land surface of the earth, (2) enslaved (along with Arabs) over 300,000,000 Africans producing food, fiber, and a financial foundation, and (3) arm-robbing nonwhites of trillions of dollars of mineral resources around the world.  The white industrial revolution, capitalism, and socialism was built on these elements.   

By the mid-1750's, what became called the United States was a transplant of the white race which carried the embryo of an all white capitalist class, industrial machinery, homemarket, superstructural institutions, language, culture, religion, law, weapons, etc.  By the early 1800's, only one-fifth of one percent of America's population---150,000 out of over 81,000,000 people---were indigenous.  While exterminating nonwhite populations around the world, the white population multiplied.  In the 450 years to the 1950's, whites had gang raped, bred, and sexed there way to a thirteen-fold increase their population to 900,000,000 while the rest of the world population, primarily African growth was stunted.  The western hemisphere saw most of its original population wiped from the face of the earth, exterminated.  In five centuries, whites had increased their territory from Europe's 4,000,000 square miles of land to 37 million square miles (of which 23,400,000 was vast and fertile, from 7% to 61% of the total land on earth.  Nonstop, for five centuries, the most macabre holocaust the planet has ever witnessed tore across two continents like a fire storm, consuming whole civilizations and hundreds of millions of nonwhites in its path until it finally ran its course.   It leveled off in the western hemisphere, at last, because almost no Chechimecans were left to kill.  The white race had murdered its way to complete hemispheric control.  They called this trade.

With so many dead bodies, so much devastation, so much genocide, so much empty space, large stretches of freshly depopulated land needed cultivation.  Whites then moved from stealing land to stealing bodies to work the land, under the guise of trade.  Kidnapped populations in the hundreds of millions, mass transported around the world in chains, chatteled, and worked to death is not trade.  Africa became the hunting grounds for black skins.  Annually, tens of millions of Africans were pulled out of their homes, dragged out of their villages, marched thousands of miles to be sold by whites and Arabs in this destructive process which was planned, sponsored, financed, and carried out by white Jews, Gentiles, Protestants, Catholics, Popes, Muslims, Arabs, mosques, churches, feudal lords, merchants, and common white workers and serfs.  This is another abominable crime that even their gods, preachers, priests, imams, rabbis (and others who sanctioned and benefited from Black mass destruction) have remained silent on.  But this genocidal siege did not begin with the birth of white capitalism, capitalism is not the blame alone, it occurred on a smaller scope/level during white feudalism, slavery and even its transition from primitive communalism.  Nor will it end with the death of capitalism or socialism.  Whites and Arabs, forever covered in the blood of the people are the blame.  In fact, African civilization has been under attack from whites and Arabs for over 2700 when these invaders' societies were at the stages of primitive communalism, slavery or feudalism.  The society, or the stage of social development of the white invader did not matter.

The Holocaust of African Enslavement therefore is merely the last 500 years of death and destruction force upon Africans by invading Arabs and whites.

^[4]The geological history of the northern hemisphere is a history of ice formations and subsequent retreats all of which are determined by astronomical relations within the unity between sun and earth.  Within the last 100,000 years the earth's climatic equation has changed four times, allowing snow in northern latitudes to compact into ice, thence to built up into glaciers and ice sheets as far south as central Europe and the Midwestern US.  The glaciations then came to an abrupt end.  Over the past 40 years evidence has accumulated which supports the conclusion that astronomical cycles are the engines of glaciation on planets in this solar system.  Slow, cyclic changes in the eccentrics of the earth's orbit, changes in the tilt and the orientation of its spin axis.  By altering the intensity of the seasons, the astronomical cycles tip the balance between glacial buildup and glacial retreat.  The cycles, 25,000 to 100,000 years in length affect the eccentrics of the earth's orbit, the orientation of its spin axis and the tilt of its axis.  Ice volumes ascend gradually for over 10,000 years then fall abruptly as the ice-age retreats given the closer realignment of the planet earth with the sun.

^[5]The Bering Straits is the most probable location for this migration given substantiated archaeological evidence, and the feasibility of this 20,000 year process is apparent if one consults maps  of the area, geological and climatic evidence and anthropological studies.

^[6]A mid-continental corridor is supported by recent geological data.  However, the suggestion of an ice-free strip directly adjacent to the maximum Laurentide ice sheet would have been a marginal area for human adaptation.

The extreme polarization of wealth and poverty is the basis for an emerging movement. The reality of layoffs among the working and middle classes resulting from technological change and competition with cheaper labor around the world produces movements driven by affected populations to formulate final solutions. Economic collapse opens the curtains on the historical stage for these groups to galvanize the masses around addressing what they deem the fundamental threats to their existence. 

Incremental shift in superstructural institutions to reflect changes in production relations. To serve its interests as long as possible, the ruling group takes public money from social programs to finance its causes, wars, and hundreds of billions of dollars in bribes/(aid) to nations on the dole (Israel, Egypt, Iraq, North Korea, Palestine, Liberia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Congo, etc),  Retrenchments of spending in education, health care, housing, child care, food aid, welfare, workfare, and safety net programs occur, first in the geographic areas and economic spheres dominated by of African Americans and then only gradually among other people.  At the same, time investments in war and military policy and operations (domestic and global) increase. 

Economic crisis leads to the dismantling of protections to workers in the form of labor unions and affirmative action policies and programs; the de-funding of higher education and liberal/progressive organizations through local, state, and federal policy changes; intensification of secrecy campaigns; the termination of basic services to which the public contributes.  Such deterioration in quality of life angers those who know that they deserve more; who know that their lives are worth more.  Neo-nazi groups vie for the hearts, minds, and hands of disaffected whites with a plan, promises of a great and noble future, and determination to ensure victory. 

The group that seizes power from economic collapse reorganizes society in its image and interests.  The whites stole this land and through a will to not be defeated, murderously seized control from coast to coast.  They dragged African women, men, and children half-way around the world to be worked to death so that they could live.  As owners of the means of production, the economic, political, and social system evolved to reflect their race, class, gender, generation, culture, and psychological image and interests. 

In a civil war (1861-1865), the northern white, wealthy, western, aggressive male, militarily armed group organized around a new set of industrial productive forces, defeated the white slave-running southerners and forged a capitalist industrial economic, political and social system in their image and interests.  It has literally run on auto-pilot for all of these years with the same class, race, gender, and culture ruling without competition. 

An economic collapse precipitated by Scientific and Technological Revolution (STR) promises a more intense decay than the prior change of hands, within which a long-term bloody war will be fought over the next group to rule.  The serious contenders include the emerging group of reactionary neo-nazi whites, organized around an obsolete means of production versus reactionary ruling group attempting to hold onto a sinking ship; the masses of unemployed workers--- the bulk of whom will ultimately unite against all the social and racial undesirables.   

Blacks are 13.1% of the USA population.  Whites (including Jews) along with Hispanics are over 84%.  Look at the sorry/opportunist history of Black/white alliances.  Look at who always benefited most then disbanded the organizations.  In sum, these will be difficult years, with life being hedged back and forth.  Of the Black people remaining---those without the foresight to have gotten out---some will unite with the Nazis as informants like many of the Jews did under Hitler, others will fight bravely to their death, while most will take their last breaths in modernized killing machines/gas chambers and ovens. Then transformation to open Neo-Nazi rule.  Initially, transformation to open neo-Nazi rule will be gradual-e.g., beginning with slight changes in policy, and will accelerate as the economy moves from crisis to collapse.

Shifting realities force African people to consider ‘outs.'  The scale of societal change resulting from the negation of human labor from production has no precedent; even the tenuous African middle class is eroding.  With the "destruction of the middle" in society, there is a growing deterioration of the political buffers that formerly absorbed African people's energy in reformist struggle.

• 1. The "market-state" is next in which all pretense of a commitment to democracy and the common good, and all illusions of class cooperation or compromise are cast aside and replaced with a blunt renunciation of democratic rights and any responsibility for the well-being of the people.
• 2. Look at how quickly GM, Ford, Citicorp, and Chrysler cut those health care benefits, gutted retirement benefits, cut vacation, cut full-time union employees, cut affirmative action appointments---closed plants, and slashed labor forces.
• 3. Given the centrality of race in the organization of production and the social relations that reflect it, racial conflict and violence will be pronounced first in locations where numerically whites are equal to Africans or in the majority-already present is violence in the form of selective law enforcement in African neighborhoods, worsening educational conditions, diminishing job quality and quantity, and increased disease risk of disease and illness.
• 4. In all places violence will eventually find its expression, as the single most important role that ensured a place for Africans in this country no longer is needed; those out of work will experience (are experiencing) an ever-diminishing quality of life, while those with jobs will face increasingly hostile environments.
• 5. When white violence and mistreatment increase a more systematic and coordinated consideration of emigration will take place.
• 6. Yet given the accumulated rage against whites for their treatment of us over these past few hundred years, coupled with the tough and hardened youth who have nothing to lose by fighting back, the African reaction will be unprecedented. Across oceans of blood will return home.

In the course of change, people are drawn to places (solutions) that appear to address what they consider to be the fundamental problems (causes of their changing conditions).  For so long African families have been running from the horrors of violence, rape, enslavement and destruction, carrying with them the hope of landing in a place where they could make a way. 

Twenty-seven hundred years of flight across rivers, land, oceans and sea carrying shattered dreams, broken hearts and bloodied bodies.  Unequipped-technologically and in terms of will-to fight determined killers and enslavers, African people were concerned with the fundamental problem survival. 

In this current moment, the changing economic, social, and political conditions are creating a climate that are fostering a reprisal of white violence against African people which will require more developed thoughts and solutions

In the final analysis, this great move marks a necessary phase in the reclamation of African humanity and reconstruction of African civilization.

Failure of Progressive Intellectuals

There were three moments in African history in the Western Hemisphere which evolved the social underpinnings for African freedom/independence movements that would have solved the fundamental root kidnapping, enslavement, and dependency problem Africans in the Diaspora face daily.  Early 1800's, Mid-1800's and early 1920's.  The mass movement of Africans around the means of production; whether its was inclusive or exclusive, repulsing or attracting, expanding or contracting---all of these factors must be taken into consideration.  In addition, the emerging leadership of the African Americanized mass also has to be queried.  What were they trying to do? What were the conditions they were trying to do this in? What were their choices? None of this has been studied properly. 

Taking all this into consideration, social revolutions, fundamental societal changes, ruptures, leaps in history, none of these are not a single act.

First must come a technological revolution that fundamentally alters production (labor/technology) ratio and balance in the society, this technological change fundamentally changes the way the economic system produces and distributes; then comes an economic revolution that makes the existing system untenable. 

Next, as new means of production (the economic revolution) come into use, all the social relations based on the old means of production are methodically and overtime destroyed resulting in the ongoing destruction and decomposition of society as we know it.  This takes time, sometimes decades. 

Thirdly, as this destruction of society as we knew it becomes unbearable for the mass which is in position to do something about it, a political revolution takes place wherein the ruling, owning, class is overthrown and society is reorganized in such a way as to be compatible with the new productive forces, the new technology, the new way the society produces, and exchanges. This is an objective process. 

The racial, sex, class, cultural, and generation content of this process symbiotically poses, opposes, and composes itself within the context of this revolutionary transformation.  The mass movements of Africans emerge along with their forged leadership within this technological, economic, social, and political maturation. Presently in 2009+, where are we in this process?

With Delphi, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Citicorp, Sony, IBM, and various state, municipal, county, and federal governing bodies openly polarizing economic relations on the side of the ruling capitalist class, it is apparent that we have entered the economic revolution and the era of social destruction. We haven't even begun the political revolution. History move slowly and quantitatively, initially, but there is always a sudden leap to complete the process. It is said that "there goes thirty-three years that does not make a day, and then comes the day that makes thirty-three."

Industrialization put an end to slavery and serfdom throughout the world, simply put machines did the work of enslaved Africans more profitably and efficiently, agriculture became mechanized, and manufacturing required unskilled assembly-line workers.  Honestly look at this.  Poorly prepared Africans and their leaders merely tailed the process of mechanical labor replacing manual labor for a Civil War and the end of slavery, then semi-automated replacing mechanized machine production in the 1940's for the Civil Rights Movement.   In short the white capitalists needed integration more than the Black population after World war II opened global markets for USA profiteering. 

None of this has been studied properly.  Hiding behind class struggle, its last great representatives, (communists, socialists, and trots) consciously made the antagonism of class interests, of wages and profits, of profits and rent, surplus value, and capitalist crisis the starting and ending-points of their investigations, naively claiming that socialism was the antithesis of the capitalist thesis. 

By taking the antagonistic crises of capitalism and socialism as death throes rather than growing pangs, they concluded that a social law of nature demanded the evolution of capitalism and socialism into communism without a period of regression indicative of the death throes of primitive communalism, slavery and feudalism.   Now faced with labor replacing computer automated machine production that replace human laborers permanently from the production equation, (and with their replacement the ending of wage labor and the beginning of emergent debt based capitalist economies) European Marxist theory, which was predicated on the laws of surplus value, has broken down.  And most of the communist parties have disbanded or transitioned into greenpeacers, save-the-whalers, ozoners, national socialist (Nazis), and just plain old leagues of arm chair play-play revolutionaries.  The science of capitalist and socialist economics therefore has reached the limits beyond which it cannot pass for it was founded on manual labor and labor saving technology. 

• 1. Nationalism is not a solution, but populations will initially drift to national self survival, then imperialism, hoping to rally citizen against other nations to secure cheap oil and other minerals for free; what they steal as mercenary forces worsens overall conditions for working class people's around the world. But the white working class has always took the bait, until a Vietnam-like force stood up to them and put their immediate lives on the line, too.
• 2. Fascism is not a solution, though ruling classes will desperately hand power to their Nazis to implement their final solutions of mass extermination and genocidal war when class/race contradictions antagonize and polarize in their domestic economies.
• 3. Religious Fundamentalism is not a solution, although the masses of people drift initially toward what they know, what is easiest, what is opiate-like and numbing, before they are forced to face the fact that change will come about in their behalf only if they make it come about in their behalf. You cannot pray away slavery; 500 years of chattel slavery in its most murderous form in world history, 600,000,000 Black bodies and souls spent/wasted, oceans filled/littered with dead bodies just thrown overboard into the mouths of sharks---and not one prayer answered.
• 4. Arm-chair philosophizing will be tried, debates will be staged, endless rounds of debates, endless yapping, endless posturing and bluffing, but when everything is said and done six fundamental divisions/inequalities will still need to be solved: (1) race, (2) gender, (3) culture, (4) class, (5) generation, and (6) social-psychology.

The old predatory white, male, Greco-Roman/Christian, capitalist/slave ruling element of the society will have to be posed, opposed, and composed in category reflective of fundamental reordering of relationships between them.   None of this will happen, has happened in world history without an era of intense societal degeneration/decomposition and even collapses.  Black folk, historically the scapegoats for all white and Arab societal woes, should not, cannot be caught again, ignorant and defenseless, in the wrong place at the wrong time. 

Study the collapse of white/Arab ancient slavery, then feudalism, them modern slavery.  Study it carefully.   There is temporary, deadly, unforgiving, genocidal period of regression before the leap forward. CAMP and the end of wage labor in mining, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture is the guarantee that once private property is overthrown, there will be no going back to the industrial era and capitalism or socialism. 

The classes of each nation state will fight this out on battle field around the world under many guises, pretext and pretensions.  The fact will remain the same:  a social formation is passing away, sort of like a solar eclipse, but this time on a global scale and with the intensity and rapidity of 10 million warring souls.

Iraq, Afghanistan, Congo, Zimbabwe, Israel, Sri Lanka, Kenya, France, Beruit, Palestine, Haiti, and Peru are merely outlines of things to come. First wars are not fought for moral reasons at all.  Wars are an extension of politics by violent means.  Classes, races, cultures arm themselves. 

So we first must understand the politics of a country and then we can understand its drive for war.

How to Research Social Phenomena, Independently

Those who still claimed some scientific standing and aspire to be something more than mere stoolpigeons, preachers, mystics, sophists and sycophants of the ruling-classes must have independent thought free of any historical enslavers.  That is to say, that not the idea, but the material reality, the facts, the data, the process organized overtime, accurately ordered alone should serve as the starting-point of independent research. 

Such an independent assessment should focus on a comparison of facts, not with speculation and guesses, but with other facts as they unfold in the process.  The facts should be investigated as accurately as possible, without bias (race, cultural, class, gender).  These facts linked together should actually form, each with respect to the other, different aspects, phases, stages, moments of an evolution in the development of the process.  Just as important is the appreciation of how that process changes under different conditions, how it adjusts, how it  moves through series of sequences in which the different stages of such an evolution/transformation express themselves.

In social/economic/political research, abstract laws do not exist. On the contrary, every historical period has laws of its own reflective of the conditions which produced the social activity formalized as trends.  As soon as society's economic, political, social, cultural, and technological foundations have outlived a given period of maturation/development, and is transforming itself from one phase to another, one stage to another, one category to another, it begins to be organized around other laws. With the varying degree of development of technology, technological systems reflective of robotics, energy sources, social, political, and economic systems---the laws organizing them vary too.  The scientific value of such a study is expressing the fact that the researcher has documented the objective conditions that regulate the origin, existence, development, death of a given social organism and its replacement by another and higher one. 

Essentially, the problem statement, clearly defined, holds the elements of its solution within the problem statement itself.  Frame the problem statement accurately and the answer will be at the heart of the question.  As a rule, from inception to infancy to youth, through maturity, to old age, to death and eventually to replacement by something higher or lower, all processes can be researched holistically using scientific African research method.  Objective conditions must be precisely studied, calculated, weighed, and measured in order to isolate the African problem statement.  This has never been done.

Within this context, the history of Africans in the Western Hemisphere can be systematically traced with a special focus on the social, cultural, political, economic, and moral evolution of Africans in the United States (1607-2009+).

1. Statement of the purpose or problem-What is being investigated?  What is the purpose of the study?  Identify the focus of the study.  Define the problem. Type of problem to be researched helps determine that research design is the best to use.  For example, if the problem amounts with something historical, documentary or historiography research designs would be appropriate; if one wants to study the behavior of adults in a church setting, a field research design would be used. In some instances there is not one particular research design that addresses all the dimensions of the research problem.  In such cases research designs can be combined to better address the problem.

• 2. Questions to be answered-When the research is finished, what are the questions will be answered by the research?
• 3. Statement of hypotheses or objectives- Isolate research hypotheses that will be tested. Each tested hypothesis must answer an element of the research question, and the overall research problem statement.
• 4. Design and procedure-State what are the subjects of the study, how will data be collected, when, where, from whom, why, the conditions under which the data will be collected, treatment variables to be manipulated if necessary, what measuring instruments or data-gathering techniques will be used, and how the data will be analyzed and interpreted.
• 5. Assumptions-What assumptions regarding the nature of the behavior being investigated, about the conditions under that the behavior occurs, methods and measurements, the relationship of the study to other studies?
• 6. Limitations-What are the limitations? Are they critical? What limitations exist in the study, methods or technique(s), sampling restrictions, uncontrolled variables, instrumentation, and other limitations to internal and external validity?
• 7. Scope-Scope of this study? Aspects of the problem, areas of interest, range of subjects, and level of technical preparation necessary?
• 8. Method- Isolate raw data, establish order, purge of errors, order, reduce, prepare for analysis/synthesis

• objectivity of consideration (not examples, not divergences, not analogies, but the thing-in-itself).
• category, comparison of characteristics that differentiate the entire totality of the relations of this thing to others.
• birth, growth, emergence, development of this thing, (phenomenon, respectively), its own movement, its own life.
• internally contradictory tendencies (and sides) in this thing, its internal engine, its source of motion, its driving force, its combustion chamber of opposites.
• classification of the actual thing (phenomenon, the reality, the thing-in-of-itself) as the sum and unity of opposites.
• following the battles, the back and forth of elements internal to the object, the struggle, respectively unfolding, of these opposites, and contradictory strivings..
• union of analysis and synthesis - the breakdown of the separate parts and the totality, the summation of these parts.
• relations of each thing (phenomenon, etc.) are not only manifold, but general, universal. Each thing (phenomenon, etc.) is connected with every other.
• not only the unity of opposites, but the transitions of every determination, quality, feature, side, property into every other [into its opposite?].
• from co-existence to causality and from one form of connection and reciprocal dependence to another, deeper, more general form.
• the spiral, the circle of higher repetition of certain features, properties, etc., of the lower
• in sum, the birth, development, unity and struggle of opposites, transition of quantity into quality and vice versa, regression before the leap, and kephera-the transformation.

Africans' growth was inhibited for nearly 3,000 years by internal factors and by foreign conquerors: Hyksos, Hittites, Assyrians, Persians, Greeks, Macedonians, Romans, Arabs, Turks, and Western Europeans---who took their turns.  Although these factors contributed to the African dark ages (i.e., beginning it and sustaining it), this, along with the 1000 year Arab enslavement of Africans, were greatly eclipsed by the magnitude, ferocity, and destructive force of the West European enslavement of Africans.  These, however, are external factors.   The internal factors (e.g. preparation, will, science, fighting capacity, ability to learn historical lessons as not to repeat mistakes, etc.) are often overlooked. 

In our effort to be consistent regarding the issue of evolutionary and revolutionary thinking, we realized that our approach to the subject of Africana theoretical paradigms would require that we began with a brief consideration and application of African sociopolitical paradigms in the following periods: 1) before Arab/Semitic penetration, 2) between Arab and Western European penetrations, and 3) after European penetration.

Also required is a demonstration of some continuity between those theoretical systems and those more familiar in the United States beginning in the late 19th century---the seeding period of Africana Studies.  To the contrary, some scholars contend that there is no continuity.  A brief presentation about the latest evidence and the cutting edge arguments on both sides of this debate is warranted.  Essentially, then, this presents a classification scheme of theoretical paradigms representing African Americans' sociopolitical struggles.

To solve the race problem, then, one must seek a causal explanation of historical activity not in the way people think, not in their abstract ideas, not in their mere opinions and pronouncements, but in their concrete needs and in the conditions out of which those needs arose.  Human need is the driving force behind action and behind plausible concrete, structured reasons advanced to justify that action. Needs give motivation, consistent purposeful action.  Need, the practical expression of necessity, brings human beings to consciousness, to race consciousness, to class-consciousness, to sex-sex/gender consciousness, to revolutionary change.  Human history is social history.   

1. Some thing as simple as how the white and Arabs enslaved so many Africans for so long with such success without any major attempt at racial wars of liberation.  How did this occur?  What were the conditions that laid the context for the enslavement?
2. So, how did they set up this master/slave, white capitalist/black worker relationship? They organized themselves and used superior force and violence to beat a group of people into submission, taking their land, labor, and possessions.   They captured, kidnapped, mass transported, divided up on plantations, set up a class system within the slave labor system of house negroes and field negroes, put the house negroes in charge holding the mass of field negroes down, then evolved that into present day black misleader ship and black worker control
3. Then they had the problem of making the enslaved remain enslaved. They started off by making laws about what a enslaved Black person must and can't do; their worth, how much they could be sold for, when, where, under what conditions, etc.. Then they armed a group of men/murderers to enforce those "laws" with brute force, maiming, mutilation, massacres, rape, burnings, looting, and lynching.
4. They set up whipping posts, ropes hung from trees, tied horses to us whipped them in different direction and tore us aparts.
5. They taught the enslaved that god, allah, and jehovah said that the enslaved must obey their masters and get rewarded in heaven.  They maintained ignorance by keeping the enslaved from being able to read and write, replacing science with myth and gossip, schools with churches and mosques, libraries with prisons, learning with liquor stores, engineering with entertainment and sport.
6. These destroyers created institutions and a culture to stabilize their society so that the enslaved will remain enslaved and they will remain the masters.
7. These laws and institutions are called the superstructure which includes legally created health care, education, governmental, recreational, religious, cultural, criminal justice, sport, and others. This superstructure reflects, protects, organizes and strengthens the base.

History, therefore is the record of the rise, fall, and rebirth of races, classes, sexes, and generations.
