Lessons: Present Opportunities for Pan African Unity

Africa is the second largest continent in size in the world, second only to Asia.  Including its islands, Africa is three times the size of Europe and four times the size of the United States.  The whole of Europe, the United States, India, and China could fit within African continental borders.  It is approximately 5,000 miles long (from south to north).  Its 11,768,000 square miles covers over 1/5 of the total land surface of the world.

Africa is the world's richest continent in untapped natural resources.  It is also severely under populated, in large measure because of the impact of European and Arab invasions, pillage, theft, slave raids, and parasitic colonialism.  It is clear that the African continent, (1) the sole victim of slavery in modern times (with 200 to 250 million people murdered, maimed or kidnapped ), with its (2) demographic emptiness, (3) sufficient sources of natural energy, (4) raw materials, and (5) arable land has the ability to sustain such a policy of intensive repopulation in optimum time.

As is well documented, whites and arabs have undermined African national development for centuries by: (1) extracting millions of Africans from the continent who would have labored to advance African civilization, and (2) robbing Africans of their natural resources, first through naked force and later through "commercial robbery."  In fact, more resources have been taken from Africa through commercial robbery than through naked forced robbery.  The end result is that today, impoverished, starving, diseased Africans---as opposed to losing a job, wage, house, clothing, then food---have no job or wage to lose and, thus, must experience the realities of whole populations starving to death or dying of AIDS.

Despite this exploitation overtime, Africa still possesses the required natural resources for the promotion and sustenance of Africans economic and human development.  Although natural resources are necessary for economic and human development, they, alone, are not sufficient.  Economic growth and human development presupposes technology capable of increasing the production and distribution of more necessities to more members in society.  The level of production in any society is limited to the level of technology within that particular society.  The absence of continually evolving technology in a society means the inability to deliver more necessities to a growing population.  Advanced technical skills are at the foundation of a technologically equipped society.  Africans in America have acquired and practiced the world's most advanced skills with regard to production, distribution, exchange, and consumption.

Africans in America, therefore, have a vital, indispensable role in the regeneration of an abundance of necessities to be produced and distributed for all Africans in Africa.  For a solid 500 years Europeans have eaten and drank, while Africans starved.  This was no accident.  Parasitically, Europeans and Arabs progressed only at the expense of Africans.  Today, it is clear that only Africans will genuinely help other Africans.  For the first time since Africans being dragged in chains to America, Africans in America are today being called upon to apply and teach the technical skills for the total benefit of Pan-Africanism as opposed to continuing to serve and profit whites.

Those Africans who work the land, labor in the small stores, offices, and factories, and those who operate at poverty-level, small-scale traders for self-maintenance are not hostile towards Africans in America.  Further, continental Africans are not hostile to the prospect of African Americans returning home to contribute and to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Africans on the continent to build prudently for Africans collective social and human advancement.  In fact, this overwhelming segment of Africans fully embrace the prospect of Africans much too long delayed reunification.

Africans reunification is only condemned by a tiny stratum of Africans in control of the various micro-states.  In their judgment, Africans reunification will inevitably result in the end of their regimes.  It will.

How this Unfolds

These capitalist and socialist systems are coming to an end like a 90 year old person that has simply run her/his course.  It will fight for its life; while the new society in its womb will struggle to stand on its own.

Historically, fundamental technology advances and their use in the production of life necessities are at the basis of economic, political and social change.  Technology is what humans use in the process of production to produce a good or service. A class/race/culture/gender is organized around a particular stage of technological development according to the nature of their relationship with that technology-as owners or non-owners.  In industrial production, there is a class that owns the industrial technology and buildings that house it, as well as a class that uses it in the workplace.

Similarly, the computerized technology (including computer automated) produced a class of owners and workers. The class of owners both inherits and coordinates a political/governmental apparatus that preserves their position as owners and creates policy agencies, both domestically and abroad.  Land, technology, economy, political system, social system, and cultural system as a whole equal a society.

In a capitalist society, this group (class/race/gender/culture) seeks to drive down the cost of production and increase profits by a combination of replacing workers with advanced technology and scouring the globe for a cheaper labor market to use that technology.  As long as workers (non-owners) use technology to produce the good or service that they are paid to produce-by selling their labor power-then they have a place in production; they have a job.  Yet when the technology has advanced such that it produces the good or service without the worker, the worker no longer has a job.

The 2009 unemployment statistics are instructive given that national unemployment is listed at nearly 10 percent, but African American national unemployment is near 36.2% when youth and discouraged workers are included.

The global economy has collapsed.  The United States economy is in a tailspin. Businesses are jettisoning jobs at an unprecedented pace. The unemployment rate is said to be 8.9% nationally.  This number does not include those not on the unemployment insurance rolls.  If the numbers were calculated correctly unemployment rates would be hovering around 15.8% nationally and 36.2% for African Americans.  Employers are shrinking their work forces at alarming clip and are turning to other ways to slash costs - including trimming workers' hours, freezing wages or cutting pay - because the recession has eaten into their sales and profits. Customers at home and abroad are cutting back as other countries cope with their own economic problems.  Some 7.2 million jobs have disappeared so far in a deepening recession; this number does not include the nearly 41 million workers that are working part-time yet seeking full time work, the under employed, and the discouraged worker who has given up looking for work.

The country is getting bloodied by fallout from the housing, credit and financial crises_ the worst Even in the best-case scenario that the relief efforts work and the recession ends later in 2009, the unemployment rate is expected to keep climbing, hitting 10.5 percent or higher this year.  The economy contracted at a staggering 9.8 percent in the final three months of 2008 and the first three months of 2009, the worst showing in a quarter-century and it will continue to shrink during the next 9 six months of this year.

Disappearing jobs and evaporating wealth from tanking home values, 401(k)s and other investments have forced consumers to retrench, driving companies to lay off workers. It's a vicious cycle in which all the economy's negative problems feed on each other, worsening the downward spiral.

As people lose their jobs they are increasingly unable to pay for the goods and services they need and want, both directly and indirectly (e.g., through taxes).   Even their credit is called in.  In a capitalist society, when a commodity gluts a market and it cannot be sold at or above the cost of production (depending on the intensity of the crisis), it is either stored, warehoused and "concentrated" for later use, or destroyed, dumped in the ocean, burned, and slaughtered, as was done to agricultural products on a large scale during the Great Depression.  This burning of oranges, wheat, corn and the slaughter of cattle occurred in the United States in a time when millions stood begging in bread lines and stole to stay alive.

This includes houses, cars, computers, gas, oil, shoes, tables, chairs, schools, hospitals, trains, planes, clothes, food, churches, mosques, books, chairs, tables---everything.  Home foreclosures, school closures, hospitals being boarded up, car repossessions, evictions, homelessness, hunger, clinic closures, recreation centers boarded up, factory closures, layoffs, retirement benefits cut, health care benefits ended, concessions, give-backs, profiling, police brutality/murders, insurance nonpayment's, mass unemployment, stock market crisis, all of these are indication of a contracting/collapsing economy.  Human labor power is also a commodity that at a certain stage of technological transformation becomes glutted, and useless to the generation of capitalist profit.  Blacks are first to go.

Without the ability to sell their labor power and with no economic safeguards or political voice (because the class of owners develop the economic institutions, organize political apparatuses, and own the media outlets), workers begin to struggle openly on issues of necessity, such as food, clothing, and shelter.  Police, paramilitary, military, white militia, Nazi storm troopers, and white contract mercenaries are there to cripple political movements.   They have a Patriot Act which gives them the ok to do whatever they like to whom ever is vulnerable.

The natural rotting of their historically outmoded parasitic societies has begun around the world.  The natural end of white capitalism and socialism is near, and the only correct course is to study, organize, prepare. The culture, race, and gender/sex wars will be fought in print, speech, then with weapons.  Slowly emerging, there will be class war between the remaining whites, after scapegoat race battles between armed whites and unarmed, dependent, ‘non-violent' Blacks.  After Obama won the election, the gun sales from disaffected whites were unprecedented.  The United States has reached its point of exhaustion, it will enter into its period of decay, it will fall into open fascist rot when white supremacists openly rule, then it will degenerate, destroy itself, then die as a form of society and be replaced.  This is inevitable.

Class, Race, Culture, and Gender Battles to Come

Like clockwork capitalism and socialism are coming undone in face of this emerging scientific and technological revolution.  As the technological revolution matures, economic systems around the world will not be able to distribute what they produce without debt spending because unemployed populations have no income and robots cannot buy back what they produce.  As the economic systems breakdown from obsolete means of distribution/exchange, the social systems will degenerate then overtime collapse forcing political anarchy and martial law.  The state will step in on the side of the rule classes, race, and cultures.  Africans will be isolated for slaughter, around the world.

Those social scientists who naively took the antagonism of class interests, of wages and profits, of profits and rent for a social law of nature now are faced with labor replacing computer automated machine production which replaces human labor permanently and with their replacement the ending of wage labor and the beginning of emergent debt based capitalist economies. The science of capitalist and socialist economics therefore has reached the limits beyond which it cannot pass.

Capitalist society which has to use Computer Automated Machine Production in place of unemployed workers, and therefore cannot distribute or sell what it produces. After certain bankruptcy, factories that Chrysler, Ford and GM close are not reopened with workers but with robots if they are reopened at all.   Credit spending is merely a temporary measure, but all credit will be called in at some time.  Inflation becomes deflation.  Then the collapse.  This period is the execution of the last will and testament of the technological revolutions that conceived White capitalism and socialism on the graveside of dying feudalism.  Today, those forms of society have also run their natural course and are in their death throes.

These are difficult times.  All evidence points to everything getting worse fast.  The more serious the crisis, the more difficult the conditions for African Americans to exist in the United States under the oppression of Whites.  Yet, the more serious the crisis the better the conditions for advancing toward self reliance, self help, separation, and ultimately the African solution that will solve the 500 years of kidnapped existence by the African race within the United States.

Societal changes in the United States are epochal in scope, and take decades to unfold.  In the past, the pressure of such transformations have been released historically by a combination of methods: (1) Allow a person to slowly rot from hunger, homelessness, disease and mental distress Imprison useless workers and force them to work as institutionalized slaves (2) Ship the poor take destitute to colonize and steal lands and resources from other peoples around the world (3) Provide a population of social waste with the instrument and false reasons to destroy its self.  (4) Reduce population birth, fertility, and growth rates; (5) artificially accelerate the spread of fatal diseases via injection, gift of smallpox blanket, or some other systematically arranged social vector  (6) Send workers to war to die in defense of profits; (7) incite pogroms aimed at massacre of a population which has been scapegoated as the source of crime, delinquency, poverty, social unrest, and economic crisis, or when all else fails (8) Implement the "final solution", i.e., extermination, in a form relative to the technical destructive capacities of the society.

The internal decay, decadence, and rotting of contemporary capitalist societies are inevitable.  The U.S. capitalist economy and the society will degenerate in the years to come because it has become historically outmoded with the introduction of labor replacing technology which disallows it to distribute (sell) what it produced to an unemployed or under employed population.  Black people in America will be forced out by the nazi final solution movement of murderous white supremacists.
Africans in African are the least technologically developed populations in the world.  The Africans in the United States have the highest concentration of Black scientists-in the world, although those numbers are relatively low compared to whites.  It will be unity or death for both elements of the African and African Diaspora population.
