Fundamentals: Necessary Characteristics of Sound African Leadership

The ancient African KMT tradition of leadership is precise and distinct.  In KMT temples all the wisdom and scientific knowledge of the ancient world was crystallized and systematized.  Had it been preserved in its unadulterated form, Africans today would lead the world in morality, philosophy, science and technology.   It had nothing to do with white Christianity, Jewish Judaism, or Arab Islam.  These murderous religions of invading whites, Jews, and Arabs did not even exist before they tore up African KMT and stole what they needed.

  • 1. In ancient African KMT, the personal character of leadership that our Black ancestors considered to be essential were that leaders should be honest, strong, steadfast, and self respecting. The service of the faith was hard---the laws of abstinence, chastity, and silence were not easy to obey. MAAT Law was the foundation.

  • 2. Life needs were not hedged about by circumspection, or the manifold strokes of chance to which human flesh is exposed. In ancient KMT, we had a mission. We had a daily routine. We had a purpose in life. We had a greatest good principle that placed the good of the many Africans ahead of the few. And we lived life to the fullest.

  • 3. In KMT, work determined worth. There were no hook-ups. People had to earn their position. The more work that a member completed, the more worthy they were for leadership and master teaching roles. Master teachers were those who were most prepared to lead, those who worked the hardest.

  • 4. Preparation was based on hard disciplined work. Hard disciplined work was based on a guiding mission in life. In this way all members can and must be leaders, and all leaders can and must become master teachers. Presence what is good in African culture and thrown away the bad.

  • 5. In ancient KMT, our leaders were straightforward, caring, and always willing to listen and study. They confessed their mistakes in order to correct themselves. They led their armies into war. They were not armchair leaders like most of the African Americans claiming to be leaders. We talk too much and do too little. Arrogance was not tolerated, nor was cowardice. Leave no African in worst condition than when you came into it. Do away with bad habits as a first step in personal culture. Practice the ancient KMT culture, African first. This call upon agreements to develop from within outward, to begin with our inner nature and move outward. Pay much attention to moral, mental and physical training.

  • 6. Develop and cultivate bold, calculating, serious minds. Replace all mysticism, speculation and enslaver religions with evidence and science applied to African realities. Moral spirit must be awakened from its sleep. If we want to restore our people's standing, besides uniting all into a great national body, we must first recover our ancient morality. Then and only then can we plan how to attain again to the national position we once held. Since domination by alien race and since the invasion of foreign culture, our moral standards were forcefully broken and replaced with degenerate survival responses to Arab and white brutality. Practice extreme severity with one self

  • 7. They were exact with words, and applied their hearts while they were speaking. They understood that there would be no room for deviation and uncertainty if are solute course was firmly set. In essence, they always followed a mission.

  • 8. To wage a successful war with a historical enemy, it is necessary to be a philosopher. Leaders will know them by their works. Dignity is measured in this life. Leaders show African sons and daughters that we are their slaves no more.

  • 9. Leaders teach the doctrine of in the blood of our martyrs lie the seeds for our redemption and resurrection. Social support for those who join the movement must be guaranteed at all times. Many are called, few are chosen. Language and metaphors are repetitive as to help along the accurate oral dissemination of our words.

  • 10. Be quiet, clean, honest, strong, mysterious, and optimistic, reveal and conceal parables (stories with meanings). Historical stories/gospels/remembrances... Death, Crucifixion, resurrection if you bring forth what is best within you, it will save you. If you do not bring forth what is best within you it will destroy you. Do more than is necessary, give more than required.
  • 11. Leaders create doctrine, theory, guiding principles even before they build their organizations and prepare for success on life's battle fields.
