As computer technologies continue to develop and replace workers in industry after industry and job after job, employed consumers become unemployed nonconsumers, cash spending becomes credit spending, credit is called in, wageless non-workers cannot buy commodities at a profit-no profit no wage; no wage no circulation; no circulation no capitalism, collapse of stock markets, insurance companies will stop paying claims,  credit  circulation is stopped, and the entire economic system collapses.  The unemployment rate in the United States exploded to 9.7 percent in June 2009, the highest since late 1983, as cost-cutting employers slashed jobs amid a deepening recession.

Capitalism, Socialism, and Communism

Capitalism evolved out of the industrial revolution, mechanized machine production, and wage labor applied to commodity production with the goal of extracting surplus value from workers as a means to multiply profit.  Its natural genesis has its womb in predatory centuries of slavery, wage labor, theft of two hemispheres, extermination of whole populations in North America, Caribbean, South America, Central America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc. Up until this point its wage labor, land, technology, and profits have financed its ability to arm itself so well that might makes it right. Production and distribution under capitalism is a very complex system of buying and selling and selling and buying where every producer is a consumer and every consumer is a producer. You had a society based upon the consumer producing and the producer consuming. Then along comes the robot and suddenly the producer or a growing number of producers no longer consume---most of them will never again work at a wage/salary high enough to feed, clothe, and shelter themleves without loans, credit, and government doles.  This system's days are numbered in decades rather than centuries. 

Socialism was the form that class struggle took coming out of feudalism for Russia, China and other nations engaged in national liberation movements. Industrialization can be private run industries or state run.  Socialism essentially is state run capitalism by a communist party.  Globally, in actual practice all socialist societies have morphed into a form of state capitalism ruled by an elite core of bureaucrats, claiming the dictatorship of their proletariat in which everyone got from each according to their need, to each according to their work. The USSR, China, Cuba, North Korea, and other Eastern European Nations rapidly industrialized then temporarily functioned under this economic system of production and distribution. Production and distribution under socialism is essentially state sanctioned buying and selling and selling and buying where every producer is a consumer and every consumer is a producer. Again, you had a society based upon the consumer producing and the producer consuming. Then along comes the robot and suddenly the producer or a growing number of producers no longer consume.  Socialism collapses in this period just as capitalism.  Wage labor is central to both.  It does not matter if the capitalists nationalize or the socialists nationalize---only in degrees will the form of distribution be different.  Masses will still be laid off---jobless, income-less, hungry, homeless, and without a future. 

Communism as a society has never existed. There are communist ideas, communist parties, and communist utopias but never a communist society. Communism as an idea envisions a classless society where everyone gets from each according to their abilities to each according to their needs. Socialism collapsed in Europe and regressed back into capitalism, interpenetrated, and now is in the process of inverting before the period of regression and ultimately antagonized collapse. The Communist movement that has existed for the past 168 years? It is a movement that declares itself for communism, but has led the militant struggle for reform. It is a movement of people who believe in communism, but did not have the scientific and technological revolution to help them usher in a higher form of society.  Communism of old still is white race, culture, gender oppressive and therefore is not an answer in this period.  Even its withering away of the state thesis is at best a pipe dream. 

We need a higher conceptualization of societal revolution in this period to reflect the liberating realities of the end ofthe need for wage labor brought about by the scientific and technological revolution.  Today, even the communist idea is not enough.  Sinking in the cesspool of white supremacist greco-roman fantasies that even their own Martin Bernal's Black Athena could not correct, these white Marxists crawl around with the bigot Hegel like Christians, Jews, and Muslims crawl around with their ethnic religious fantasies of some made up ethnic god, talking only to their race.  With such childish silliness, none of these historical exploiters have real answers.  All will end of siding with white Nazis in their final solutions to the African question as a means to preserve their racial, cultural, and even class domination over the dark skin populations of the world that they leech off of daily for mineral resources, land and cheap labor. 

Carefully study the history of whites and arabs during intense economic crisis.  Watch how they band together around white/arab nationalism and supremacy.  Carefully follow their actions in relationship to Africans.  In sum, we need a classless, equal, just, humane form of society, but we also need a society with equal/accurate culture, equal race/population relationships, equal sex/gender relationship.  Communism as formulated by Europeans and Asians is therefore not enough to solve any of the fundamental class, race, culture, gender, generational, and psychological polarities which will pose, oppose, and compose themselves in this epochal period of societal eclipse.

Higher Goals than White Socialism and Communism

In history after a society internally falls into decay and regresses into anarchy and mass civil war, if the progressive forces win the society does move into the next higher social formation, or form of society under the higher level of technology.  This is a sociological law of societal development validated in hundreds of primitive communal, slave, and feudal societies over thousands of years.  However, this period of decay before the revolution is always unforgiving.  Study the collapse of Roman slavery, European and Chinese feudalism, then study what happen globally with a mere growth pang of capitalism from 1910-1945.  Appreciate the mass devastation (the 2 world wars/9 national liberation wars), 60 million mass murdered, 148 million injured/maimed and mutilated---all of this in that crisis period of "growth."  Think what is in store when a global system of capitalism is on its death bed.

Without going into details, the arab and white enslavement of Africans for over one thousand five hundred years will fuel the next two decades of Black rebirth.  There is a fury of ages pent up, kinetic in nature, simmering, intense, fierce, potent, but now ignited also by the global economic crisis and the brutal mistreatment which comes with being historically taken advantage of and scapegoated.   They see us as a dog that they kick when they come home mad at the boss. This will be ended this time.   There will be a complete break, a genuine rupture, an unceremonious end to the subservient relationship fused from 500 years of direct arab/white (including jews) enslavement and rotten discrimination.  The best of these Black people will settle for nothing less than new life rebuilding their own indigenous, communal, modern, technologically advanced, secure, martially and morally sound African civilization at home within this life time.  A chance to live in a greo-roman, Christian, arab-islamic communist society will not be enough to solve the African quest for justice, civilization, and independence.

First will come the technological revolution that makes the capitalist/socialist society untenable, unviable, impossible.  The technological revolution compels the economic collapse, which fuels the societal destruction, decomposition, degeneration---in housing, education, health care, transportation, finance, manufacturing, mining, construction, agriculture, family, recreation, sport, government, religion, etc. Then the political wars over which class, race, culture, sex/gender, and generation will rule the new society being reconstructed out of the rotting/festering fascist society on its deathbed.   

Those confused/dependent Blacks who stay fighting the Nazis (white, jew, or arab), in a period of economic crisis, ultra-white nationalism, on their own turf, with all major white institutions facing collapse, prisons filled with Black men and women, and the remaining Black mass disorganized as an unarmed ignorant/mystical/minority will surely lose, even with white communist/socialist instigation.  Even when the dust clears, and the Black fuel is spent, burnt, used up fighting the proxy revolution for the whites, the physics of the matter is Black martyrdom does not translate into the resurrection/renaissance of Black civilization, but merely the transition of white society into a higher society for whites and white civilization.  Carefully study this.  After the Neo-Nazi movement finishes its ethnic-cleansing work of extermination/genocide and final solutions, the conclusion of this process will help only the whites move their racist civilization to another level (slavery, feudalism, capitalism, socialism, ???) while we continue to be decimated, scattered, kidnapped, oppressed "minorities" dominated by whites wherever we are in the world.  That is no solution. 

We are fighting for a complete break---a rupture of all unequal/unjust/oppressive relationships.  In time, the best prepared will completely break, organize, face the fear of ages, admit and correct mistakes, prepare, steel selves, leave, unify, solidify, consolidate, and begin to rebuild African civilization for the benefit of Africans first.  Either way this is looked at, the solutions will be final.  There will be no turning back. 

Present Conditions

The economy lost nearly 18.5 million jobs since October 2008; it is now October 2009.  Employers are systematically slashing their work forces and turning to other ways to slash costs - including trimming workers' hours, freezing wages or cutting pay - because the recession/depression has all but ended their sales and profits. Customers at home and abroad are cutting back as other countries cope with their own economic problems.

All told, the number of unemployed people climbed to 24.5 million. In addition, the number of people forced to work part time for "economic reasons" rose by a sharp 932,000 to 13.8 million. These are people who would like to work full time but whose hours were cut back or were unable to find full-time work.

• 1. If part-time, discouraged workers and others are factored in, the unemployment rate would have been 22.4 percent in September 2009, the highest on records dating to 1946.
• 2. The pain manual and semi-skilled laborers, those without a high-school diploma and those highly educated. The jobless rate for people with a bachelor's degree or higher jumped to 8.1 percent in October 2009 up from 3.8 percent in January 2009. That's the highest on record.

• 3. In one year (June 2008-September 2009), construction companies eliminated 2,503,000 jobs.
• 4. Factories axed 1,187,000.
• 5. Retailers cut nearly 981,000.
• 6. Professional and business services got rid of 550,000, with 324,000 jobs lost at temporary-help agencies. Financial companies reduced payrolls by 687,000.
• 7. Leisure and hospitality firms chopped 413,000 positions.
• 8. The few areas spared merely lost less than other sectors: education lost 222,549 and health services gained 133,543, as well as government losing 341,976.

Disappearing jobs and evaporating wealth from tanking home values, 401(k)s and other investments have forced consumers to retrench, driving companies to lay off workers. It's a vicious cycle in which all the economy's negative problems feed on each other, worsening the downward spiral.  Employers are shrinking their work forces at alarming clip and are turning to other ways to slash costs - including trimming workers' hours, freezing wages or cutting pay - because the recession has eaten into their sales and profits. Customers at home and abroad are cutting back as other countries cope with their own economic problems.  Some 7.2 million jobs have disappeared so far in a deepening recession; this number does not include the nearly 41 million workers that are working part-time yet seeking full time work, the under employed, and the discouraged worker who has given up looking for work.  Black populations make up nearly one-third of the unemployed but are barely one-ninth of the population in the United States.  Over 9.6 million African Americans are essentially one sharp turn in the economy from being unemployed.  With 75% of Black families being head by women, millions of innocent women and children will soon be out in the streets---homeless and hungry.

The country's economy collapsing by fallout from the housing, credit and financial crises_ the worst Even in the best-case scenario that the relief efforts work and the recession ends later in 2010, the unemployment rate is expected to keep climbing, hitting 11.4 percent or higher this year.  The economy contracted at a staggering 12.5 percent in the final three months of 2008 and the first 9 months of 2009, the worst showing in a quarter-century, and it will continue to shrink during the next 3 six months of this year.

US families lost $15.8 trillion from January 2008 to July 2009

So much for the last 4 years: The net worth of American households fell 32% from the previous year, according to new government data.

Americans' net worth fell in 2009, erasing four years of gains, as the value of their houses and stock portfolios declined, according to new data from the Federal Reserve .

Household assets as a whole fell 27% to $56.21 trillion, unadjusted for inflation, compared with a decline of less than a percentage point to $14.2 trillion in total household liabilities.

The net worth of American households -- the difference between assets and liabilities -- was $48.2 trillion, down $15.6 trillion, or nearly 22%, from 2007. That sets Americans' total wealth back to levels lower than in 2004. It was the first decline in American household net worth since 2002.  Black net worth was never high; thus the collapse of the economy has at least 60 percent of the Black families headed by one parent being one pay check away from the streets.  In fact, by the end of 2009, over 16.7 million Black family members will have incomes below the poverty level. 

Mortgage credit fell to $10.1 trillion, the first decline since the Fed started keeping track in the 1950s, mostly due to the housing bust, foreclosures and tighter lending. Black borrowers have been completely shut out of the housing market in over 88% of the credit markets.

Overall household debt increased by one-half percentage point -- 6.25 percentage points less than the increase the previous year.

Reflecting the diminishing value of their houses, American homeowners' equity as a percentage of the value of their homes fell to 38% in 2008, down nearly 9 percentage points from a year earlier. The value of Americans' stock market holdings -- direct holdings, mutual funds and retirement plans -- fell to $9.4 trillion from $21.3 trillion the year before, the lowest level since 1997.

As the stock prices tumbled, Americans have moved more money into banks. Total bank deposits rose nearly 5% to $7.7 trillion in 2008.

What This Means to Obsolete African Workers

In order to survive in America, and contribute to the African Liberation Movement, Africans need the accumulated political, economic, cultural and social knowledge of world civilization. 

Even with this knowledge, Africans go begging to whites for food, clothing, shelter, health care, religion, education, language, transportation, and money because whites own or directly influence everything of significance to life.  Whites own every major industry in America.  Africans in America live in a white society, with a white supreme court, a white senate, a white/black president (serving the interests of the white ruling class, a white house of representatives, a white religion, a white language, white courts, white states, white cities, white schools, white churches, white banks, white farms, white stores, white sports, white clothes and dress codes, white buildings, white schools, white culture---white everything. 

Every institution in America is an institution made by white people in the image, interest, and direct benefit of white people.  In such an alien and hostile environment, Africans in America have only attempted to survive.  Now even that survival has been made temporary. 

The struggle with whites for partial demands of an end to slavery, an end to segregation,  voting rights, etc., and the winning of token concessions such as affirmative action (though difficult to win from oppressive whites) are only skirmishes, petty encounters on the outpost, whereas the decisive engagement is still to come.  Africans are no longer rural sharecroppers moving to northern urban cities; Africans are no longer fighting to get low level manufacturing jobs that no longer exist.  Africans are strategically located in key urban centers, which are the spinal cord, the primary nerve centers of white capitalism.  

Today, African solutions are not in begging, protesting, bluffing, faking, pleading, praying, threatening, tomming.  All past outlets are closing as African labor and livelihood is being systematically phased out with the introduction of labor replacing Computer Automated Machine Production.  Therefore, African purpose in life must be higher than temporary survival in decadent white/arab societies around the world.  African life is worth more.  The goal, the outcome, the purpose must not continue to be a life long exercise in helping whites/arabs to build their societies and civilization.  It is time to place the same precise value in rebuilding African civilization in Africa that we place in building white civilization for whites.

In essence, Africans must not organize just to buy time in a 2700 year old white genocidal process which has had Africans reduced to being treated as the lowest of animals in the world.   As white primitive communal, slave, feudal, and capitalists societies have degenerated in the past, nazi extermination, ultra white supremacist nationalism, and final solutions to nonwhites has been a standard white cultural reflex.  Alexander, Caesar, King James, George Washington, Napoleon were all murderous "Hitlers" to non whites before Hitler.   Study the past 600 years of White/ Black relationships.   The racial battles are always before the class war; white supremacy is always first for whites/arabs.  The zenophobia, the defense of whiteness, the murderous fascism always leads the white response to economic crisis.   African workers must not suit up in this emerging race and class war merely to bargain for more time to dig graves for their children in America.  Nor can we risk being cannon fodder for the cowardly element of the white left which historically has used Black movements as human shields for their revisionist/reformist silly tea party activity against their own governments.  Africans must have their own independent doctrine---philosophy, theory, methods, principles, laws, policies, procedures, and line.
